Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a system for detecting an abnormal door closing state of an elevator according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the system for detecting an abnormal door closing state of an elevator according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a safety circuit 10, a door lock switch module 20, a main control module 30, and a door system 40 provided with an encoder.
On the basis of the second embodiment, the elevator of the embodiment of the invention further comprises an auxiliary door, wherein the auxiliary door comprises a hall door auxiliary door and a car door auxiliary door, correspondingly, the door lock switch module 20 further comprises an auxiliary door lock switch, the auxiliary door lock switch comprises a hall door auxiliary door lock 203 and a car door auxiliary door lock 204, and the elevator door system 40 further comprises an auxiliary door system 404 provided with an auxiliary door encoder 402.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the safety circuit 10 is connected to the main control module 30 through a main door lock switch and an auxiliary door lock switch, specifically, the safety circuit 10, the hall door main door lock 201, the car door main door lock 202, the hall door auxiliary door lock 203, the car door auxiliary door lock 204, and the main control module 30 are sequentially connected in series, and output an effective door lock signal when the main door and the auxiliary door are closed in place, and output an invalid door lock signal when the main door and the auxiliary door are not closed in place, for example, when the hall door main door lock 201, the car door main door lock 202, the hall door auxiliary door lock 203, and the car door auxiliary door lock 204 are all locked in place, the main control module 30 receives the effective door lock signal; when at least one of the hall door main lock 201, the car door main lock 202, the hall door auxiliary lock 203 and the car door auxiliary lock 204 is unlocked and paid in place, the main control module 30 receives an invalid door lock signal.
The main door encoder 401 of the main door system 403 outputs a valid main door code identifier when detecting that the position of the main door is in the door closing in-place position, and outputs an invalid main door code identifier when detecting that the position of the main door is not in the door closing in-place position, specifically, the main door encoders 401 are all arranged on the doors of the car door main doors, and when the main door encoder 401 on the car door main doors detects that the position of the car door main doors is in the door closing in-place position, the valid main door code identifier is output, otherwise, the invalid main door code identifier is output.
The auxiliary door encoder 402 of the auxiliary door system 404 outputs a valid auxiliary door code identifier when detecting that the position of the auxiliary door is in the door closing in-place position, and outputs an invalid auxiliary door code identifier when detecting that the position of the auxiliary door is not in the door closing in-place position, specifically, the auxiliary door encoder 402 is arranged on the door machine of the car door auxiliary door, and outputs the valid auxiliary door code identifier when the auxiliary door encoder 402 on the car door auxiliary door detects that the position of the car door auxiliary door is in the door closing in-place position, otherwise, the invalid auxiliary door code identifier is output.
After receiving the door opening instruction, the main control module 30 opens the main door first, and determines that the door of the elevator is closed abnormally when determining that the door lock signal is an invalid door lock signal and the main door code identifier is an effective main door code identifier within a preset time period, or determines that the door of the elevator is closed abnormally when determining that the door lock signal is an effective door lock signal and the main door code identifier is an invalid main door code identifier within a preset time period.
For example, the effective primary door code identifier of the primary door in the closed position is a, the effective secondary door code identifier of the secondary door in the closed position is B, and the main control module 30 detects whether the door lock signal and the elevator door state represented by the code identifier are consistent, specifically as follows:
the method comprises the steps of firstly opening a main door, determining abnormal door closing of the elevator door when the door lock signal is determined to be an invalid door lock signal and the main door code identification is A within 300ms, or determining abnormal door closing of the elevator door when the door lock signal is determined to be an valid door lock signal and the main door code identification is not A within 300ms, namely theoretically, the door lock signal should be an invalid door lock signal and the main door code identification should not be A within 300ms as the main door is opened, if the door lock signal is invalid and the main door code identification is A, or the door lock signal is valid and the main door code identification is not A, determining abnormal door closing of the elevator, such as door lock adhesion or encoder slippage possibly, controlling the elevator to stop running to ensure safety, and generating fault information.
The main control module 30 receives a door closing instruction after the main door and the auxiliary door are opened in place, closes the main door first, and determines that the door of the elevator is closed abnormally if the door lock signal is valid door lock information after determining that the main door code identifier is a valid main door code identifier a within a preset time period.
For example, the effective main door code identifier of the main door in the closed position is a, after the main door is closed in the closed position, the main control module 30 determines that the main door code identifier is a in 300ms, and because the auxiliary door is not closed in the closed position or is in the open state at this time, if the received door lock signal is an effective door lock signal, it is determined that the elevator door of the elevator is closed abnormally, for example, the auxiliary door lock is short-circuited, so that the door lock signal is effective.
After determining that the primary door code identifier is a valid primary door code identifier within the preset time period, the main control module 30 determines that the door of the elevator is closed abnormally if a door lock signal is received that the secondary door code identifier is a valid secondary door code identifier within the preset time period and the door lock signal is invalid.
For example, the valid main door code identifier of the main door in the closed position is a, the valid auxiliary door code identifier of the auxiliary door in the closed position is B, after the main door is closed in the closed position, the main control module 30 determines that the main door code identifier is a within 300ms, if the received auxiliary door code identifier is B within 300ms, the door lock signal should be a valid door lock signal, and if the door lock signal is an invalid door lock signal, it determines that the elevator door of the elevator is closed abnormally.
In the embodiment of the invention, the elevator comprises the main door and the auxiliary door, the encoder is an original component in the elevator, the positions of the main door and the auxiliary door can be determined through the encoding identification output by the encoder without adding extra devices, and the system can determine whether the main door and the auxiliary door of the elevator are abnormally closed or not by combining the door lock signal, the main door encoding identification and the auxiliary door encoding identification, so that the cost of the elevator is reduced under the condition of ensuring the safety of the elevator.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the door system 40 is further configured to output a door lock position code identifier when the encoder detects that the door is located at the position of the door lock switch module, and the main control module 30 is further configured to determine whether the encoder is abnormal according to the door lock signal output by the door lock switch module, the code identifier output by the door system, and the door lock position code identifier.
For example, if the door lock code identifier of the main door lock is D, the door lock code identifier of the auxiliary door lock is E, the main door code identifier of the main door lock in the closed position is a, and the auxiliary door code identifier of the auxiliary door lock in the closed position is B, the elevator door system determines whether the encoder is abnormal according to the door lock signal output by the door lock switch module, the code identifier output by the elevator door system, and the door lock position code identifier as follows:
when the elevator has only a main door:
1. if the current output door lock code identification of the encoder is D, the main door code identification A is output at the same time, the output of the slave encoder indicates that the main door is closed in place, and if the door lock signal which is invalid indicates that the door lock switch module 20 is not actually closed and connected, the main door is closed abnormally, and the output of the encoder may have bias, such as the encoder slips, and the calibration is needed.
2. If the received door lock signal is effective, it is indicated that the main door is closed in place, if the position of the main door detected by the encoder and the door lock code identification stored in advance are not D, namely the main door detected by the encoder does not reach the door lock, if the error between the position of the main door and the position of the door lock exceeds 5mm, it is prompted that the door is closed abnormally, and the encoder needs to be corrected.
When the elevator comprises a main door and a secondary door:
