本发明提供一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法,包括喷墨打印机控制器、信号处理单元、复位单元与报警单元,所述的信号处理单元与复位单元电性连接,所述报警单元接收来自于喷墨打印机控制器的报错信号,并控制报警信号灯闪烁提醒用户,所述的复位单元根据喷墨打印机控制器的类别来实现控制复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的,本发明解决了喷墨打印机在报出墨盒墨水已经用完的提示时破解被小墨盒芯片加密的问题,从而使喷墨打印机认为墨盒芯片是正常的、墨水是足够的,同时也实现了喷墨打印机改装纸盒抽纸状态的复位。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及喷墨打印机技术领域,尤其涉及一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法。
背景技术
喷墨打印机(英语:inkjetprinter)是打印机的一种,它采用各种色彩的墨水混和打印,喷墨打印机可以把数量众多的微小墨滴精确地喷射在要需打印的媒介上,对于彩色打印机包括照片打印机来说,喷墨方式是绝对主流。
然而,喷墨打印机生产商大部分来自国外,自从喷墨打印机进入中国市场后,喷墨打印机生产商为了防止中国用户放弃使用原厂耗材,随即采用了加密措施,用加密的手段来约束用户必须使用他们的耗材,作为一家打印机改装公司,该措施对我们的改装造成很大困扰。为解决喷墨打印机的墨盒芯片加密问题,国内的芯片破解研发单位目前只能进行仿制,而不能从根本上解决上述问题,更不能满足我们的需求,芯片仿制研发对我们来说治标不治本,所以必须从根源上解决问题。
因此,发明一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中,喷墨打印机存在的缺陷,本发明的一个主要目的在于提供一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法,喷墨打印机控制器、信号处理单元、复位单元与报警单元,所述的信号处理单元与复位单元电性连接,所述报警单元接收来自于喷墨打印机控制器的报错信号,并控制报警信号灯闪烁提醒用户,所述的复位单元根据喷墨打印机控制器的类别来实现控制复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的,其中:
一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统的复位方法,该方法包括:
1)喷墨打印机发出报错信号,同时喷墨打印机原面板上的信号灯开始闪烁;
2)信号处理单元截获喷墨打印机报错信号,并通过计算所述信号灯的闪烁次数来判断报错信号类型;
3)信号处理单元把得出的信号类型处理结果发送给复位单元,复位单元控制继电器的闭合来模拟喷墨打印机复位按键的闭合从而达到复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的。
本发明解决了喷墨打印机在报出墨盒墨水已经用完的提示时破解被小墨盒芯片加密的问题,从而使喷墨打印机认为墨盒芯片是正常的、墨水是足够的,同时也实现了喷墨打印机改装纸盒抽纸状态的复位。

如图1所示,该喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法,包括喷墨打印机控制器、信号处理单元、复位单元与报警单元,所述的信号处理单元与复位单元电性连接,所述报警单元接收来自于喷墨打印机控制器的报错信号,并控制报警信号灯闪烁提醒用户,所述的复位单元根据喷墨打印机控制器的类别来实现控制复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的,其中:

1.一种喷墨打印机自动复位系统及方法,其特征在于,包括喷墨打印机控制器、信号处理单元、复位单元与报警单元,所述的信号处理单元与复位单元电性连接,所述报警单元接收来自于喷墨打印机控制器的报错信号,并控制报警信号灯闪烁提醒用户,所述的复位单元根据喷墨打印机控制器的类别来实现控制复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的。
2.一种根据如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机自动复位系统的复位方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
1)喷墨打印机发出报错信号,同时喷墨打印机原面板上的信号灯开始闪烁;
2)信号处理单元截获喷墨打印机报错信号,并通过计算所述信号灯的闪烁次数来判断报错信号类型;
3)信号处理单元把得出的信号类型处理结果发送给复位单元,复位单元控制继电器的闭合来模拟喷墨打印机复位按键的闭合从而达到复位墨盒芯片与纸盒的目的。
