Background
The pipeline is a device for conveying gas, liquid or fluid with solid particles, which is formed by connecting pipes, pipe connectors and valves, and the fluid is pressurized by a blower, a compressor, a pump, a boiler, etc. and then flows from the high pressure position to the low pressure position of the pipeline, and can also be conveyed by the pressure or gravity of the fluid, the pipeline welding device adopts a draw plate type structure, and adopts an electric heating method, firstly, a plastic pipeline is fixed by a fixing device, the welding surfaces of the left and right plastic pipelines are cut off by a milling cutter, the milling cutter is a rotary cutter with one or more cutter teeth for milling, the cutter teeth cut off the allowance of a workpiece intermittently in sequence during working, then the heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surfaces of the left and right plastic heating elements by the electric heating method to melt the surfaces, then the heating plate is rapidly withdrawn, and the melting surfaces of the left and right heating elements are fused and solidified after the left and right heating elements are heated, The whole machine is in a frame form and consists of three large plates, namely a milling cutter, a heating plate and a welding auxiliary device.
However, the existing pipeline welding device in the market is heavy in size and difficult to carry, only a pipeline with one size can be welded, only a straight pipe can be welded, and pipelines with different angles cannot be welded; therefore, the existing requirements are not met, and a pipeline welding device is provided for the pipeline welding device.

The invention aims to provide a pipeline welding machine, which solves the problems that the existing pipeline welding device in the market proposed in the background art is heavy in size, difficult to carry, only can weld a pipeline with one size, only can weld a straight pipe, cannot weld pipelines with different angles and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a welding machine for pipelines comprises a first upper clamp plate, a first lower clamp plate, a second upper clamp plate, a second lower clamp plate and a second supporting base, wherein four braking rollers are installed at the bottom end of the second supporting base, a storage rack is installed on one side of the second supporting base, a milling cutter is installed on the inner side of the storage rack, a heating plate is installed on one side of the milling cutter and comprises a first fixing handle, a connecting piece, a circular heating piece and a supporting plate, the first fixing handle is installed on two sides of the upper end of the connecting piece, the circular heating piece is installed on the lower end of the connecting piece, the supporting plate is installed on two sides of the lower end of the circular heating piece, the first supporting base is installed on the other side of the second supporting base, the first supporting base and the second supporting base are connected through a first hinge, and the number of the first hinges is three, an angle measuring scale is installed at the upper end of the first hinge, a pointer is installed inside the angle measuring scale, a fixing screw is installed inside the pointer, a fixing wrench is installed at one end of the second supporting base, two fixing wrenches are provided, a braking roller is installed at the bottom end of the first supporting base, four braking rollers are provided, a buckling hook is installed at one end of the first supporting base, two buckling hooks are provided, the fixing wrench and the buckling hook are connected through a fixing buckling ring, a long sliding rod is installed at the upper end of the second supporting base, a long sliding rod is installed at the upper end of the first supporting base, the second lower plate is connected with the first lower plate through a lower cross piece, two second lower plates are provided, two first lower plates are provided, the second lower plate is connected with the second upper plate through a second hinge, and the first lower plate is connected with the first upper plate through a second hinge, the second upper plate is connected with the first upper plate through an upper cross piece, the lower cross piece is connected with the upper cross piece through a fixed rotating handle, adjustable fixtures are mounted on two sides of the upper ends of the first upper plate and the fixed wrench, the adjustable fixtures are mounted at the bottom ends of the second lower plate and the first lower plate, sliding pieces are mounted on two sides of the bottom ends of the second lower plate and the first lower plate, positioning holes are formed in the outer surfaces of the sliding pieces, and the sliding pieces are connected with the long sliding rods through the positioning holes.

Further, fixed rotatory handle 14 runs through last crosspiece 13 and extends to the inside of crosspiece 7 down, and fixed rotatory handle 14 passes through the internal thread with crosspiece 7 down and fixes for the placing and the convenience of taking of pipeline are very convenient.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, an external power supply is switched on, the fixing clamping ring 30 is taken out from the inner side of the clamping hook 32 through the fixing wrench 31 according to the angle of a pipeline to be welded, the first supporting base 4 and the second supporting base 36 are adjusted, the angle measuring scale 21 is observed, after the device reaches a proper angle, the device is firmly fixed on the ground through the braking roller 6, then the upper clamping plates of the two clamping devices are opened through the second hinge 33, the two pipelines to be welded are respectively placed on the adjustable clamp 5 at the bottom ends of the second lower clamping plate 35 and the first lower clamping plate 29, after the upper clamping plates and the lower clamping plates of the two clamping devices are closed through the second hinge 33, the lower cross pieces 7 and the upper cross pieces 13 of the two clamping devices are fixed through the fixing rotating handle 14, so as to fix the upper clamping plates and the lower clamping plates, the effect of fixing the pipelines is achieved through adjusting the adjustable clamp 5, and the milling cutter 2 is taken out from the shelf 1, put into two clamping device's inboard, all laminate with milling cutter 2 with the inboard of two clamped pipelines through slip gleitbretter 28, open milling cutter 2 switch, will be pressed from both sides the pipeline face of weld and surely smooth the back, close the power, slip gleitbretter 28, keep away from milling cutter 2, take back milling cutter 2, put into supporter 1, take out hot plate 3 from supporter 1, put into two clamping device's inboard, slip gleitbretter 28 laminates the inboard of two clamped pipelines with hot plate 3, hot plate 3 power control button opens, after two clamped pipeline inboard melts, close the power, slip gleitbretter 28, keep away from hot plate 3, take back hot plate 3 rapidly, slip gleitbretter 28 immediately, make two clamped and inboard molten pipeline mouths laminate completely, wait after two pipeline junctions cool off, open clamping device and take out the pipeline that welds.
