The four-way valve comprises a core iron 26 shown in fig. 1 and a dragging frame 20 shown in fig. 5; the dragging frame 20 comprises a spring piece 21 and a connecting plate 22; in the production process, the assembly work of the dragging frame and the core iron is required to be completed, and then the core iron is sent to the next station for riveting.
In the existing processing, the horizontal pre-combination assembly mode is selected for the assembly of the core iron and the dragging frame before riveting, and the two riveting is carried out after the assembly is completed; the following disadvantages exist in the production mode: firstly, the metal scrap iron generated by riveting is difficult to remove due to the mode of horizontal assembly and horizontal riveting, and is accumulated on the forming surface of the tooling, so that secondary pollution of products is caused, and the appearance quality, particularly the bottom surface of the core iron, is greatly influenced. Secondly, in the process of moving from the first riveting station to the second riveting station, the core iron and the dragging frame are required to be rotated by 90 degrees to be adjusted, so that positioning errors are easy to occur, and the products obtained by riveting are unqualified. Thirdly, the riveting is divided into two times, so that the core iron closing-in surface is not smooth easily, and a riveting section difference gap exists.
Therefore, in order to improve the production efficiency and the production quality of the whole production line, a novel riveting tool needs to be designed.
