The iron sheet indentation and notching machine capable of continuously discharging and conveying is characterized in that a directional discharging device (3) is arranged below the indentation and notching device (4), the directional discharging device (3) comprises two matching plates (35) matched with a second indentation cylinder (24) and a third indentation cylinder (25), a discharging plate (38) is arranged below the matching plates (35), a directional shaft (36) symmetrical about the second indentation cylinder (24) and the third indentation cylinder (25) is arranged on the machine frame (8), a positioning clamping block (37) matched with the matching groove formed in the matching plate (35) is arranged on the directional shaft (36), the positioning clamping block (37) is of a bending type, the positioning clamping blocks (37) on the two sides are matched with each other, and the directional shaft (36) is connected to a directional power device, the directional power device is connected to the controller.
