Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the housing 10 includes a frame, an upper cover, a left wall, a right wall, a rear wall, a lower wall, and a front door 15, the front door 15 is a folding door, the upper edge of the front door 15 is pivotally mounted on the frame, the upper cover is fastened on the frame, and the left wall, the right wall, and the rear wall are respectively fixed with the frame by screws, so that an upper space and a lower space are formed in the housing 10. A handle 151 is fixed to a lower portion of the front door 15. An operation panel 12 is arranged in front of the upper cover, a laundry detergent inlet 11 is arranged at the top of the upper cover, and the laundry detergent inlet 11 is selected to be funnel-shaped. An apparatus box 13 is arranged in the space enclosed by the upper cover and the framework, and the apparatus box 13 is fixedly connected with the framework.
In order to make the towel after cleaning more sanitary, the towel cleaning machine may further comprise a sterilizing device 61. The sterilization and disinfection device 61 selects an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, referring to fig. 3, the device box 13 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by a partition 132, the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is arranged in a lower layer space, at this time, ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet sterilization lamp need to be transmitted out of the device box 13 and irradiate on a towel, a light-transmitting plate 131 needs to be arranged on the bottom surface of the device box 13, and the light-transmitting plate 131 can be made of a transparent material or provided with light-transmitting holes.
To enable faster use of the cleaned towels, the towel cleaning machine may further comprise drying means. The drying means comprises a fan (not shown) for accelerating the flow of gas in the housing 10, the fan being fixed to the housing 10. Preferably, the fan is fixed to the upper layer of the device box 13 by a screw connection, and the drying device preferably further comprises an air supply pipe 51, so that the fan has a larger installation space, and the fan can be arranged at an air inlet of the air supply pipe 51 or in the air supply pipe 51 to suck external air into the air supply pipe 51, and an air outlet of the air supply pipe 51 is arranged above the towel hanging rod 20 and aligned with the towel hanging rod 20. As shown in fig. 2-3, the air supply pipe 51 is fixedly connected with the device box 13, and an air outlet is provided on the air supply pipe 51. Depending on the tightness of the housing 20, the ventilation opening 14 may be provided on the housing 20 when the tightness thereof is large, which is disadvantageous for the air suction and exhaust needs of the drying device, for example, the ventilation opening 14 in fig. 1 is provided on the right side plate.
The upper and lower layers in the device box 13 are used for installing the fan and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp respectively, so that the partition 132 is not necessary, and the partition 132 can be provided with ventilation holes, thereby facilitating heat dissipation when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp works. The sterilizing and disinfecting device 61 can also select a volatile sterilizing agent box, so that if the partition 132 can be ventilated or omitted, the sterilizing agent volatilized by the volatile sterilizing agent box can be blown out through the air supply pipe 51 and the air outlet when the fan works, and the towel can be sterilized while being air-dried.
The towel rail 20 is horizontally pivoted in the housing 10, for example, as shown in fig. 2-3, the towel rail 20 is disposed in the lower space, two ends of the towel rail 20 are pivotally connected to the air supply duct 51, and the air supply duct 51 is disposed in a '匚' shape. The foregoing process is then repeated at least 3 times, and at the second start, the controller U1 controls the towel rail driving unit M731 to rotate forward for 2s through the dc motor driver U9, so that cleaning of the towel portion at the towel rail 20 can be achieved, at the third start, the controller U1 controls the towel rail driving unit M731 to rotate backward for 2s through the dc motor driver U9, and at the fourth start, the controller U1 controls the towel rail driving unit M731 to rotate forward for 2s through the dc motor driver U9, so that flushing of the towel portion at the towel rail 20 can be achieved, and thus cleaning operation is completed. Since the amount of the laundry detergent is limited, as the laundry detergent is used up, the water sprayed from the water outlets of the washing roller 321 and the washing roller 322 is clean tap water, and the towel can be washed.
When the towel is air-dried, the controller U1 turns on the power circuit of the fan M731 through the first relay KM731, the air blown by the fan M731 blows the towel downwards from the air supply pipe 51 and the air outlet, the drying speed of the towel is accelerated by utilizing the principle that the evaporation efficiency can be improved by accelerating the air flow, and after 1 minute, the controller U1 turns off the power circuit of the fan M731 through the first relay KM 731. The towel rail 20 can be rotated by a dc motor drive U9 as desired.
During sterilization, the controller U1 turns on the power supply circuit of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp H741 through the second relay KM741, ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp H741 irradiates the towel below from the light-transmitting plate 131, and after 5 minutes, the controller U1 turns off the power supply circuit of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp H741 through the second relay KM 741. The towel rail 20 can be rotated by a dc motor drive U9 as desired.
The air drying process and the sterilization process can be performed synchronously or asynchronously. After the cleaning, air drying, cleaning, sterilizing or cleaning, air drying and sterilizing modes selected by the user are finished, the controller enables the alarm SPEAKER to send out a prompt tone through the high current triode Q761 so as to remind the user of finishing washing.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings and the embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various specific parameters in the above embodiments may be changed without departing from the spirit of the invention, and a plurality of specific embodiments are all common variation ranges of the present invention and will not be described in detail herein.
