Abstract
本发明公开了一种除臭装置,包括通过管道依次连接的气泵、臭氧发生器、反应器及干燥室;所述反应器顶部与臭氧发生器相连、底部与干燥室相连,所述反应器顶部对应连接臭氧发生器下方设有滤板,所述反应器近连接干燥室侧壁处设有溢流板,所述反应器中部设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头连接反应器外的药剂储存箱,所述反应器底部设有排泥口。本发明与传统技术相比,通过臭氧发生器将部分有害粒子氧化,再经过反应器中与大颗粒物质的加药絮凝,基本解决了恶臭气体的最为关键的粒子和分子,达到真正的除臭目的。

技术领域
本发明属于环保机械领域,具体涉及一种除臭装置。
背景技术
工业生产、市政污水、污泥处理及垃圾处置设施等是恶臭气体的主要来源。恶臭气体主要产生在污水处理过程中的排污泵站、进水格栅、嚗气沉沙池、初沉池等处,污泥处理过程中的污泥浓缩、脱水干化、转运等处,垃圾处理过程中的堆肥处理、填埋、焚烧、转运等处,以及化学制药、橡胶塑料、油漆涂料、印染皮革、牲畜养殖和发酵制药等相应的产生源处。传统的除臭装置是针对气体来设计解决方案的,但是气体中往往会夹杂一些有害粒子或大颗粒杂质,往往会忽略掉这部分处理。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种除臭装置。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:一种除臭装置,包括通过管道依次连接的气泵、臭氧发生器、反应器及干燥室;所述反应器顶部与臭氧发生器相连、底部与干燥室相连,所述反应器顶部对应连接臭氧发生器下方设有滤板,所述反应器近连接干燥室侧壁处设有溢流板,所述反应器中部设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头连接反应器外的药剂储存箱,所述反应器底部设有排泥口。
其中,所述干燥器内设有活性炭和硫酸钙。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过臭氧发生器将部分有害粒子氧化,再经过反应器中与大颗粒物质的加药絮凝,基本解决了恶臭气体的最为关键的粒子和分子,达到真正的除臭目的。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种除臭装置,包括通过管道依次连接的气泵1、臭氧发生器2、反应器3及干燥室4;所述反应器3顶部与臭氧发生器2相连、底部与干燥室4相连,所述反应器3顶部对应连接臭氧发生器下方设有滤板5,所述反应器3近连接干燥室侧壁处设有溢流板6,所述反应器3中部设有喷淋头7,所述喷淋头7连接反应器3外的药剂储存箱8,所述反应器3底部设有排泥口9,所述干燥器内设有活性炭和硫酸钙。
本发明具体工作原理为废气经过气泵吸入后首先通过臭氧发生器进行氧化,使得一些有害粒子被氧化,进而进入反应器,反应器顶部的滤板先过滤部分大体积颗粒,然后气体下行至药剂喷淋处,通过药剂的絮凝作用,大部分分子形成絮凝物在排泥口排放,只有一些水分及处理后的气体经由溢流板进入干燥室,在干燥室中完成水分吸附及极小颗粒杂质的碳吸附,随后气体进入大气排放。

1.一种除臭装置,其特征在于,包括通过管道依次连接的气泵、臭氧发生器、反应器及干燥室;所述反应器顶部与臭氧发生器相连、底部与干燥室相连,所述反应器顶部对应连接臭氧发生器下方设有滤板,所述反应器近连接干燥室侧壁处设有溢流板,所述反应器中部设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头连接反应器外的药剂储存箱,所述反应器底部设有排泥口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除臭装置,其特征在于,所述干燥器内设有活性炭和硫酸钙。
