The negative oxygen ions have neutralization effect in the polluted air with positive particle ions, so that the air quality can be improved. In addition, the negative oxygen ions can promote the metabolism of human bodies, improve the immunity and regulate the functional balance, are relaxed and happy, and are known as 'air vitamins'. In addition, the negative oxygen ions also have good biological activity, and most of the negative oxygen ions are absorbed into the human body by taking the combination of the hydrate of the negative oxygen ion group and the carbonate oxygen ion group as the main material. Therefore, the negative oxygen ions have curative effects on early hypertension, occlusive angiopathy, spastic vasculopathy, neurasthenia, chronic gastritis, upper respiratory inflammation, asthma tracheae, atrophic rhinitis, burn, afuta stomatitis and the like in medical treatment. Experiments prove that the air negative ions can reduce the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine in blood and enhance the nerve inhibition process; it has effects of tranquilizing, hypnotizing, lowering blood pressure, making brain wave frequency accelerate, motion feeling time value accelerate, blood sedimentation slow, making blood viscosity decrease, plasma protein, erythrocyte hemoglobin increase, making tissue oxidation process of kidney, liver, brain enhance, making lung oxygen uptake, carbon dioxide discharge function increase, reducing blood sugar and muscle lactic acid, improving reticuloendothelial system function, promoting in vivo synthesis and storage of vitamins, improving basal metabolism, promoting protein metabolism, strengthening immune system, and promoting health, biological growth and development. Clinical experience of air ion for treatment shows that the anion has obvious curative effect on some diseases. For example, it has effects of relieving mild symptoms and curing allergic hay fever (hay fever), bronchial asthma, upper respiratory mucositis, ulcerative stomatitis, atrophic rhinitis, hypertension, neurosis, migraine, insomnia and burn.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the filtering material adopts the self-compounded healthy ecological anion powder and the water-based adhesive, so that the harm to human bodies and the environment is avoided, and the secondary pollution is avoided.
2. The filter material adopts the water-based adhesive with the open pores, has high-efficiency immobilization performance, basically exposes negative ion powder to contact with air, and has high release rate of ecological negative oxygen ions and lasting stability.
3. The filter material adopts the intermittent spot-spraying process technology and process, can effectively regulate and control the porosity and the anion release rate of the filter material, and has stable and reliable product quality.
4. The invention uses less negative ion powder and has high and lasting release amount, and the key is that the self-compounded negative ion powder, the open pore water-based adhesive and the proper gap type point spraying process technology are selected, firstly, the self-compounded nano negative ion release powder is adopted according to the influence factors of the mineral powder type, the particle size, the mutual compounding and the like on the release efficiency of the negative ions, and the self-compounded nano negative ion release powder has higher monomer negative ion release efficiency; secondly, because the water-based adhesive with the holes exposes most of the negative ion powder and directly contacts with air, the negative ion release effect is greatly improved, and the utilization rate of the negative ion powder is also greatly improved. However, the currently used adhesive without openings covers most of the negative ion powder under the surface film and cannot contact with air, which affects the negative ion release efficiency. In addition, the use of the water-based adhesive can firmly fix the anion powder on the surface of the filter substrate, the release effect cannot be obviously reduced after the anion powder is used for many times or cleaned or bent, and the common coupling agent process technology or after-finishing technology can not firmly fix the anion powder on the surface of the filter substrate, so that the use efficiency is lower and lower; and thirdly, the intermittent spot spraying process technology has three advantages of not blocking the pores and keeping the porosity of the filtering base material unchanged, uniformly dispersing the nano powder, having high and uniform base material anion release efficiency and stable product quality, and thirdly, not generating secondary pollution and saving the mass production cost.
5. In addition, some technical difficulties, such as the contradiction between the radioactivity of the negative ion powder and the release amount of the negative ions, are met and overcome in the research and development process of the technical scheme, the invention adopts several kinds of powder with the self-selected radioactivity meeting the requirements to carry out optimized compounding to prepare powder for releasing ecological negative ions, and adopts a wet grinding process to obtain nano-scale powder dispersion liquid for uniformly and stably dispersing the ecological negative ions; aiming at the difficulties that the negative ion powder is few in use and high in release amount and is durable, the invention adopts the water-based adhesive glue with the open pores as the load matrix, and because the adhesive with the open pores enables most of the negative ion powder to be basically exposed outside and directly contacted with air, the use ratio of the negative ion powder is greatly improved, the negative ion release effect is also greatly improved, and the non-open pore adhesive or other coupling agents cannot be realized. In addition, the water-based adhesive can firmly fix the anion powder on the surface of the filter substrate, the release effect can not be obviously reduced after the anion powder is used for many times or cleaned or bent, and the secondary pollution and the harm to the human body caused by other oily adhesives or other chemical reagents in the use process of the filter substrate are overcome; aiming at the difficulty that the performance of the filter base material is not influenced, the team finally selects an intermittent point spraying process method through processes of repeated attempts of dipping, tie dyeing, after finishing and the like, the method cannot cause the blockage of the pores of the filter base material to influence the permeability of air or water, saves a large amount of water and nano negative ion powder, hardly discharges waste water and waste gas, saves a large amount of production cost, and cannot cause damage to the base material. In addition, the intermittent spot spraying process technology has small and uniform spraying amount and can be cured within a range of normal temperature to 120 ℃ for several minutes, so that a large amount of energy and production cost can be saved.
6. The filtering material has the advantages of strong air permeability, no obstruction, difficult breakage, aging resistance, antibiosis, formaldehyde removal and the like, and can be applied to filtering systems of various air conditioners, air purifiers, vehicle-mounted tools, filtering systems in families and high buildings and the like.
