Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an auxiliary bronchoscopy tuberculosis therapeutic device.
Background
Bronchial tuberculosis refers to tuberculosis that occurs in the trachea, bronchial mucosa and submucosa. The most common infection route of adult bronchus tuberculosis is that mycobacterium tuberculosis in the focus of the lung is directly implanted into the bronchus mucosa, and then the focus of the lung can invade the bronchus mucosa through the surrounding tissues of the bronchus; mycobacterium tuberculosis can also spread through blood and lymphatic drainage to first invade the submucosa of the bronchi and then involve the submucosa. The children's bronchus tuberculosis usually causes tuberculous bronchitis due to erosion of bronchi adjacent to the mediastinal lymphoid tuberculosis.
Bronchial tuberculosis should be based on systemic treatment; in the case of topical treatment, bronchoscopes are one of the most frequently used medical devices. During the interventional therapy under the bronchoscope, medical staff can inject the liquid medicine for treating the bronchotuberculosis into the tracheal lumen of a patient, at present, two modes of injection are mainly adopted, one mode is to directly inject about 3ml of liquid medicine into the bronchus of the patient, and the liquid medicine can not stay at the focus of the bronchotuberculosis of the patient directly by adopting the mode of injection, so that the treatment effect is poor; meanwhile, the liquid medicine flows to the deep part along with the phlegm and the bronchus tuberculosis necrosis, so that the bronchus of the tuberculosis is spread, and the illness state can be aggravated in a short period. The other is to puncture and inject medicine under the action of a bronchoscope under the mucous membrane near the focus of the patient, and the injection mode is extremely easy to cause damage and bleeding, thereby bringing great pain to the patient.
However, aiming at the defects of the prior art, a researcher needs to develop an auxiliary bronchoscope tuberculosis therapeutic device which has reasonable design, simple structure and convenient operation, can ensure that the liquid medicine for treating the bronchotuberculosis stays at the focus of the bronchotuberculosis of a patient for a long time, controls the stay time of the liquid medicine at the focus of the bronchotuberculosis of the patient by medical staff, can effectively treat the bronchotuberculosis and has better therapeutic effect.
