Abstract

That is, by the cooperation of the first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305, the optional communication between the liquid storage cavity 111 and the countercurrent cavity 212 is effectively completed, and meanwhile, the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 is reduced to generate pressure, and the pressure drives the gas and liquid in the liquid storage cavity 111 to flow out through the liquid outlet hole 211, so that the liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity can be extruded as much as possible and the impact force of the air flow is transmitted to the affected part, and the utilization rate of the liquid medicine is improved.
The first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305 may be located on the same horizontal plane, or the first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305 respectively extend towards an end close to the countercurrent chamber 212 and are closely abutted against each other, for example, the first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305 respectively extend towards an end close to the countercurrent chamber 212 and form a V shape, a trapezoid shape, an M shape or the like, and a first linear opening 306 is formed at an abutted position of the first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305, for example, a top end of the V shape faces towards an end close to the countercurrent chamber 212, and a top end of the V shape has a linear opening.
The second body 301 may be elastic or made of a hard material, but based on the comfort experience of the implantable flusher 10 and the performance consideration of the second fluid conducting member 300, the second body 301 has elasticity, so that it can deform under the action of external force, and all the deformation is recovered under the action of removing the external force, so as to ensure the air tightness. Meanwhile, the material of the second body 301 may be the same as that of the first elastic wall 303 and the second elastic wall 305, and thus detailed descriptions are omitted herein.
Alternatively, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the second body 301 is provided with a mounting portion 310 in the circumferential direction, the mounting portion 310 protrudes from the outer wall of the second body 301, and the flushing head 200 is provided with a groove 213 cooperating with the mounting portion 310, wherein the groove 213 is located in the liquid outlet channel 201. For example, the mounting portion 310 is located at an end of the second body 301 remote from the counter flow chamber 212, and a side of the mounting portion 310 remote from the counter flow chamber 212 is flush with a side of the second body 301 remote from the counter flow chamber 212.
That is, the second fluid conducting member 300 is effectively fixed to the liquid outlet channel 201 by the cooperation of the recess 213 and the mounting portion 310. The groove 213 and the mounting portion 310 may be clamped, or may be in interference fit.
The second body 301 may be mounted on the liquid outlet channel 201 at the position of the head 210, or may be mounted on the liquid outlet channel 201 at any position of the neck 220. Preferably, the groove 213 is disposed at the position of the liquid outlet channel 201 at the head 210, and in particular, the groove 213 is disposed at the preset position a and at a side of the head 210 near the neck 220, and under this setting condition, due to the reduced diameter of the head 210, the deformation of the second fluid conducting member 300 during use can be effectively reduced.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments provided by the present invention, the washing head 200 is provided with a first protruding portion 215 facing the liquid outlet channel 201 and a second protruding portion 217, the first protruding portion 215 has a first inclined surface 2151, the second protruding portion 217 has a second inclined surface 2171, and the first inclined surface 2151 and the second inclined surface 2171 are disposed opposite to each other with a groove 213 formed therebetween;
the mounting portion 310 has a mounting end surface 311 on a side away from the second body 301, and two sides of the mounting end surface 311 in the axial direction are respectively in interference fit with the first inclined surface 2151 and the second inclined surface 2171, so that the second fluid conductor 300 is fixed in the liquid outlet channel 201, and a first gap 240 is formed between the mounting end surface 311 and the groove 213.
Wherein, the setting of first inclined plane 2151 and second inclined plane 2171, and interference fit's relation of connection, be convenient for at first the second fluid in the actual course of working and lead to 300 installation or dismantlement, improve production efficiency, secondly interference fit's relation of connection effectively improves the gas tightness of junction, effectively prevent the emergence of phenomenon such as production weeping in the actual use, finally, the setting of first clearance 240 allows installation terminal surface 311 to receive external extrusion deformation time and can not produce the destruction to flushing head 200, also allows flushing head 200 when producing certain deformation at this position simultaneously, can not produce the influence to the gas tightness of drain channel 201 and second fluid and lead to 300.
Optionally, the mounting portion 310 is an elastic mounting portion 310, that is, the second fluid conducting member 300 is an elastic second fluid conducting member 300, which not only has a better interference fit effect, but also allows the mounting end surface 311 not to damage the rinse head 200 when being deformed by external extrusion, and also allows the rinse head 200 and the mounting portion 310 to have a certain deformation, so that the air tightness between the liquid outlet channel 201 and the second fluid conducting member 300 is not affected.
The first protrusion 215 is located at a side of the second protrusion 217 away from the liquid storage cavity 111, and a second gap 250 is formed between the second protrusion 217 and the outer wall of the second body 301.
In the actual use process, the second fluid conducting piece 300 is connected with the fluid channel only through the mounting part 310, so that the contact area between the second fluid conducting piece 300 and the fluid channel is small, deformation of the flushing head 200 is guaranteed not to influence the deformation of the second fluid conducting piece 300 in the actual use process, leakage is prevented, and meanwhile, a certain deformation space is provided for the second fluid conducting piece 300, and the performance of the flushing head 200 is not influenced.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first fluid conducting member 400 includes:
the first body 410, the first body 410 is hollow, and the first body 410 is installed on the liquid storage tank 100;
the end of the first body 410 facing the liquid storage cavity 111 is provided with a third elastic wall 411 and a fourth elastic wall 413 which are matched with each other, the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 have an open state and a closed state, the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 are in the closed state only in the process of reducing the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111, and the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 are in the open state only when the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 is increased, so that air enters the liquid storage cavity 111 from the outside to drive the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 to be further increased.
That is, through the cooperation of the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 in the first fluid conducting member 400, air enters the liquid storage cavity 111 from the outside to drive the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 to further increase, and meanwhile, the air cooperates with the second fluid conducting member 300 to apply pressure to reduce the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111, so that the liquid storage cavity 111 is washed, and then the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 is increased under the action of external force or the action of the material of the liquid storage cavity 111, air is introduced, and the external pressure is continuously applied to reduce the volume of the liquid storage cavity 111 to wash an affected part; repeating the steps to further realize the purpose of continuous flushing.
Under the above setting conditions, the liquid storage tank 100 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown), and the specific setting mode that the second fluid conducting member 300 is mounted on the liquid outlet channel 201 can be adopted, so that the first fluid conducting member 400 is mounted in the mounting hole, and air tightness is ensured, and at this time, the second fluid conducting member 300 is an elastic fluid conducting member, which is not described in detail herein. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first fluid conducting member 400 may be installed in the liquid outlet hole 211 by screwing, clamping, integrally forming, or the like.
It should be noted that, the mounting hole may be directly formed in the liquid storage tank 100, penetrate through the inner wall and the outer wall of the liquid storage tank 100, or may be formed by forming a protrusion (not shown) on the outer wall of the liquid storage tank 100, and the mounting hole is formed in the protrusion and penetrates through the protrusion, and the inner wall and the outer wall of the liquid storage tank 100 at the corresponding positions of the protrusion.
The third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 may be located on the same horizontal plane, or the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 respectively extend towards an end close to the liquid storage cavity 111 and are closely abutted against each other, for example, the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 respectively extend towards an end close to the liquid storage cavity 111 and form a V shape, a W shape or a trapezoid, etc., where the abutted position of the third elastic wall 411 and the fourth elastic wall 413 has a second linear opening 415, for example, the top end of the V shape faces towards an end close to the liquid storage cavity 111, and the top end of the V shape has the second linear opening 415.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the liquid storage tank 100 includes a pressing portion 113, a hollow telescopic portion 115, and a connection portion 117, wherein the pressing portion 113, the telescopic portion 115, and the connection portion 117 are sequentially connected to form the liquid storage chamber 111, the connection portion 117 is connected to the rinse head 200, and the first fluid conduction member 400 is disposed on the connection portion 117. That is, the mounting hole is opened in the connection portion 117.
The setting of flexible portion 115 for flexible portion 115 can change the volume of stock solution chamber 111 under the exogenic action, realizes can drive the increase of stock solution chamber 111 volume with the help of the exogenic action, simultaneously with the cooperation of first fluid conduction spare 400, admit air, further drive the increase of stock solution chamber 111 volume through the air, and set up first fluid conduction spare 400 in connecting portion 117, compare in first fluid conduction spare 400 setting up in other positions, can effectively improve the gas tightness, prevent to take place the weeping phenomenon.
Wherein, the expansion part 115 is transparent, so as to be convenient for checking the condition of the liquid medicine in the containing cavity.
In order to ensure the air tightness between the first fluid conducting member 400 and the mounting hole and the stability of the movement of the expansion and contraction portion 115, optionally, the hardness of the material of the connection portion 117 and the pressing portion 113 is greater than that of the expansion and contraction portion 115, and the expansion and contraction portion 115 is an elastic expansion and contraction portion 115, so that the expansion and contraction portion 115 deforms without deformation or with little deformation of the pressing portion 113 after the pressing portion 113 is stressed, and the deformation of the connection portion 117 is substantially not affected, thereby avoiding the deformation of the first fluid conducting member 400; alternatively, a certain mechanical structure and material are adopted, for example, the expansion part 115 is provided in a spring, and the expansion part 115 is made of a material having a certain elasticity, and the volume of the accommodating chamber is increased or decreased by using mechanical deformation and elasticity of the material, which is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that, when the volume of the accommodating cavity is minimum, a gap (not shown) is formed between the pressing portion 113 and the first fluid conducting member 400, so as to prevent the first fluid conducting member 400 from being deformed under the action of the pressing portion 113, and influence the conducting performance of the first fluid conducting member 400. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the diameter of the liquid outlet 211 increases from the end near the liquid outlet 201 to the end far from the liquid outlet 201. On the one hand, the contact area of the liquid medicine and the affected part is increased, and on the other hand, the impact force of the liquid medicine flowing out can be effectively relieved, so that the liquid medicine is contacted with the affected part more slowly, the comfort level experience of the affected part is improved, and discomfort caused by overlarge impact force is prevented.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the reservoir 100 is detachably connected to the rinse head 200.
The detachable connection mode comprises any one or a combination of a plurality of clamping connection, screw connection and interference fit, and the detachable connection mode realizes the multiple use of the embedded flusher 10 or the instant use of the liquid medicine.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the liquid storage tank 100 and the flushing head 200 may be integrally formed, or the liquid storage tank 100 and the flushing head 200 may be fixed by an adhesive, welding, or the like, which is used as a disposable article.
In summary, according to the implantable flusher 10 provided by the present invention, the water of 20KPa is applied to the head 210 of the flushing head 200 to perform the backflow prevention of the second fluid conducting member 300, and as a result, under the above-mentioned test conditions, no water enters the liquid storage cavity 111 through the second fluid conducting member 300 within 5s, and the result shows that the implantable flusher 10 provided by the present invention has the backflow prevention.
In conclusion, the embedded flusher provided by the invention has a simple structure, has the backflow prevention function, can continuously flush the affected part without repeated drawing and inserting, and improves the comfort experience of patients.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. An implantable flusher, comprising:
the liquid storage tank is provided with a liquid storage cavity with a variable volume and used for storing liquid;
the flushing head is provided with a liquid outlet channel and a liquid outlet hole, the liquid outlet channel is communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the liquid outlet channel is communicated with the outside air through the liquid outlet hole;
the first fluid conducting piece is arranged on the liquid storage tank and allows outside air to enter the liquid storage cavity only when the volume of the liquid storage cavity is increased; and
the second fluid conducting piece is arranged on the flushing head and only allows gas and liquid in the liquid storage cavity to flow out through the liquid outlet hole when the volume of the liquid storage cavity is reduced;
the second fluid conductor includes:
the second body is hollow, one side of the second body, which is close to the liquid storage tank, is arranged in the liquid outlet channel, and a countercurrent cavity is formed between the second body and the liquid outlet hole;
the first elastic wall and the second elastic wall are provided with an opening state and a closing state, the first elastic wall and the second elastic wall are in a closing state only when the volume of the liquid storage cavity is increased, and the first elastic wall and the second elastic wall are in an opening state only when the volume of the liquid storage cavity is reduced, so that the pressure generated by the liquid storage cavity with the reduced volume drives gas and liquid in the liquid storage cavity to flow out through the liquid outlet hole;
the second fluid conducting piece is circumferentially provided with a mounting part, the mounting part protrudes out of the outer wall of the second fluid conducting piece, the flushing head is provided with a groove matched with the mounting part, and the groove is positioned in the liquid outlet channel;
the flushing head is provided with a first protruding part and a second protruding part which face the liquid outlet channel, the first protruding part is provided with a first inclined surface, the second protruding part is provided with a second inclined surface, and the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are arranged oppositely and form the groove;
one side of the mounting part, which is far away from the second fluid conducting piece, is provided with a mounting end face, two sides of the mounting end face along the axial direction are respectively in interference fit with the first inclined face and the second inclined face so as to fix the second fluid conducting piece in the liquid outlet channel, and a first gap is reserved between the mounting end face and the groove;
the first protruding part is positioned at one side of the second protruding part far away from the liquid storage cavity, and a second gap is formed between the second protruding part and the outer wall of the second fluid conducting piece.
2. The implantable flusher of claim 1, wherein the first fluid conductor comprises:
the first body is arranged in a hollow mode and is arranged in the liquid storage tank;
the first body is towards the one end of stock solution chamber is equipped with mutually supporting third elastic wall and fourth elastic wall, the third elastic wall with fourth elastic wall has open state and closed state, the third elastic wall with fourth elastic wall is closed state only in the in-process that the volume of stock solution chamber reduces, the third elastic wall with fourth elastic wall is open state only when the volume of stock solution chamber increases, so that air gets into from the external world the drive of stock solution intracavity the volume of stock solution chamber further enlarges.

The implantable flusher of claim 1, wherein the reservoir includes a pressing portion, a hollow telescoping portion, and a connecting portion, the pressing portion, the telescoping portion, and the connecting portion being sequentially connected to form the reservoir, the connecting portion being connected to the flushing head, the first fluid conducting member being disposed in the connecting portion.
4. A flush apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the diameter of the liquid outlet hole gradually increases from an end closer to the liquid outlet passage to an end farther from the liquid outlet passage.
5. The implantable flusher of claim 4, wherein the number of the liquid outlet holes is at least two, and the at least two liquid outlet holes are circumferentially distributed at one end of the flushing head away from the liquid storage tank.
6. The implantable flusher of claim 1, wherein a flow stop ring is disposed on a side of the flushing head close to the liquid storage cavity along a circumferential direction of the flushing head, and the liquid outlet hole is disposed on a side of the flow stop ring away from the liquid storage cavity.
7. The implantable flusher of claim 1 wherein said reservoir is removably connected to said flushing head.
