Example 1
The present embodiment provides an infusion hemostatic patch, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, which includes a sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, a first release paper 2, a first adhesive sheet 3, and an elastic pressing assembly. The sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is a main component of the transfusion hemostatic patch and is used for sterilizing and anti-inflammatory skin at a transfusion needle hole. The first release paper 2 is arranged below the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 and is in contact with the lower bottom surface of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, the first adhesive sheet 3 is adhered above the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, and the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is positioned between the first adhesive sheet 3 and the first release paper 2. The first adhesive sheet 3 and the first release paper 2 are both long-strip-shaped, the lengths of the first adhesive sheet 3 and the first release paper 2 are both larger than the length of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, and the part of the first adhesive sheet 3 protruding out of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is adhered to the part of the first release paper 2 protruding out of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, so that the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is fixed between the first adhesive sheet 3 and the first release paper 2, and the first adhesive sheet 3 and the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 can be exposed after the first release paper 2 is torn down before the transfusion hemostatic patch is used. The elastic pressing component comprises an elastic pressing block 4, the elastic pressing block 4 is arranged above the first adhesive sheet 3 and is opposite to the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, and the elastic pressing block 4 can generate certain pressure on the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 under the action of self gravity or other external forces, so that the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 can generate certain pressure on an infusion needle hole, and the aim of pressing the skin at the infusion needle hole of a patient is fulfilled.
Compared with the prior art, after transfusion is finished, a patient or other people need to hold the sterilized cotton ball to press the skin at the transfusion needle hole so as to reduce the bleeding amount, in the embodiment, the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 can be pressed at the needle hole under the pressing of the elastic pressing block 4 by arranging the elastic pressing block 4, so that the skin at the transfusion needle hole of the patient is pressed, sterilized and anti-inflammatory, the bleeding amount at the needle hole can be reduced, the healing speed of the needle hole is improved, the hands of the patient are liberated under the premise of ensuring the pressing effect, the freedom of movement of the patient is improved, and the situation that other people need to help to press is avoided. In the infusion process of a patient, the infusion hemostatic patch can be adhered to the skin of the patient by using the first adhesive sheet 3, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory block 1 and the elastic pressing block 4 are fixed at the infusion needle, the infusion needle can be limited to a certain extent, and the needle running phenomenon is avoided. In addition, the arrangement of the first release paper 2 can improve the use convenience of the transfusion hemostatic patch, is favorable for keeping the adhesiveness of the first adhesive sheet 3 and avoids the first adhesive sheet 3 from being polluted by unnecessary foreign matters.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first adhesive sheet 3 is selected to be a medical adhesive tape, the medical adhesive tape includes a base material layer and a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the base material layer is a fabric, the fabric may be made of a medical adhesive tape material such as a nonwoven fabric, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is disposed on the bottom surface of the fabric, for achieving adhesion with the skin of a patient. Of course, a sheet-like structure made of a material having a remarkable elasticity may be selected as the base material layer in addition to the cloth, so that the adhesive area between the first adhesive sheet 3 and the skin of the patient is increased by elongating the first adhesive sheet 3 when the first adhesive sheet 3 is adhered to the skin of the patient, thereby improving the firmness of the adhesion.
Specifically, the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 comprises an adsorption layer and an anti-inflammatory layer, wherein the adsorption layer is adhered to the first adhesive sheet 3, the adsorption layer is made of medical materials such as cotton fibers and can adsorb overflowed blood at the infusion needle hole, the anti-inflammatory layer is abutted to the first release paper 2, medicines capable of sterilizing and diminishing inflammation at the infusion needle hole are arranged on the anti-inflammatory layer, and the type of specific medicines is not limited. After the first release paper 2 is torn, the medicine on the anti-inflammatory layer can leak out. Since the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 needs to be in direct contact with the skin at the needle hole, in order to ensure sanitation and use safety, the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 needs to be sterilized, in particular, the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is sterilized by using ethylene oxide when producing the transfusion hemostatic patch.
Specifically, the elastic pressing block 4 is a block structure made of an elastic material, and the specific shape of the elastic pressing block 4 is not limited, and may be, for example, a cylindrical shape, a cubic shape, or other shapes. In this embodiment, the elastic material may be made of one or more of PAV sponge, rubber or wood pulp sponge, and when the elastic material is made of rubber, silica gel is preferable. PAV sponge is also called as expansion sponge, which can expand after absorbing liquid, wood pulp cotton is also called as lignocellulose, is an organic flocculent fibrous substance obtained by processing natural renewable wood through a chemical treatment mechanical method, and has the characteristic of absorbing and expanding. When the elastic pressing block 4 adopts various types, the elastic pressing block 4 is preferably arranged into a multi-layer structure, each layer adopts different elastic materials, and the deformation capacity of the elastic material positioned on the upper layer is smaller than that of the elastic material positioned on the lower layer, so that the elastic pressing block 4 is ensured to have a better pressing effect. The elastic pressing block 4 can resist the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 below the first adhesive sheet 3 to a certain extent by means of self gravity or under the action of external force, so that the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is in close contact with the skin at the infusion needle hole, and the healing speed of the infusion needle hole is improved.
Further, the portion of the first adhesive sheet 3 opposite to the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is provided with a water permeable hole 31, and the water permeable hole 31 not only can improve the air permeability of the whole transfusion hemostatic patch, but also can enable blood to enter the elastic pressing block 4 through the first adhesive sheet 3 when the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 wets the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 due to too small pressure of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 to the skin at the transfusion needle hole, so that the elastic pressing block 4 absorbs blood to expand, the weight of the elastic pressing block 4 is increased, the pressing force of the elastic pressing block 4 to the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 is improved, and the pressure of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1 to the skin at the transfusion needle hole is increased, so that the hemostatic purpose is achieved.
In order to ensure that the elastic pressing block 4 can stably press the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 1, in the embodiment, the elastic pressing assembly further comprises a second adhesive sheet 5, wherein the second adhesive sheet 5 is of a strip-shaped structure, specifically, the second adhesive sheet 5 can be rectangular, waist-shaped or corrugated, and the like, the second adhesive sheet 5 is adhered to the upper surface of the elastic pressing block 4, and two ends of the second adhesive sheet 5 protrude out of the elastic pressing block 4, so that the elastic pressing block 4 can be adhered to the first adhesive sheet 3 or the skin of a patient, and the purpose of fixing the elastic pressing block 4 is achieved. The second adhesive sheet 5 may also be a medical tape, and the base material layer of the second adhesive sheet 5 is located above the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Since the second adhesive sheet 5 has a length greater than that of the elastic pressing block 4, in order to prevent the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the elastic pressing block 4 protruding from the second adhesive sheet 5 from being contaminated with foreign substances, a second release paper 6 is provided on the protruding portion. In order to reduce the difficulty of tearing the second release paper 6, the length of the second release paper 6 may be extended, so that a tearing joint 61 is formed at the end of the second release paper 6, and when the user needs to use the second adhesive sheet 5, the second release paper 6 can be easily torn off from the second adhesive sheet 5 by pulling the tearing joint 61.
Further, in the present embodiment, the length of the second adhesive sheet 5 is longer than that of the first adhesive sheet 3, and preferably the length of the second adhesive sheet 5 is 2 to 3 times that of the first adhesive sheet 3, so that the second adhesive sheet 5 can be adhered to the first adhesive sheet 3 and the skin of the patient at the same time, improving the connection stability so that the elastic pressing block 4 can be firmly pressed against the sterilization and anti-inflammatory block 1. In order to improve the structural compactness of the whole transfusion hemostatic plaster and to facilitate packaging, as shown in fig. 2, a portion of the second adhesive sheet 5 protruding from the first adhesive sheet 3 is folded and disposed, and a folded portion is disposed between the second adhesive sheet 5 and the first adhesive sheet 3.
Of course, in addition to increasing the length of the second adhesive sheet 5, the number of the adhesive portions 52 of the second adhesive sheet 5 may be increased by changing the shape, as shown in fig. 3, in which the second adhesive sheet 5 has an irregular cross shape, the elastic pressing block 4 comprises a connecting part 51 and four bonding parts 52, wherein the four bonding parts 52 are radially arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting part 51, the connecting part 51 is used for being connected with the elastic pressing block 4, and the bonding parts 52 are used for bonding with the first bonding sheet 3 or the skin of a patient. In order to facilitate improvement of the structural compactness of the whole transfusion hemostatic plaster and facilitate packaging, a plurality of bonding parts 52 can be arranged into an integrated structure, and easy break points are arranged between the adjacent bonding parts 52, so that when the second bonding sheet 5 is required to be used, the adjacent bonding parts 52 can be separated by forcibly tearing the easy break points between the adjacent bonding parts 52 towards opposite directions.
Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the bonding portions 52 may be specifically set according to the needs, for example, may be 3, 5 or more, and the shape of the second bonding sheet 5 may be cross-shaped or rice-shaped, which is not specifically limited herein. Of course, the length of the second adhesive sheet 5 and the number of the adhesive portions 52 thereon can be increased at the same time as the manufacturing process allows for further improvement in the adhesion.
