As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for extending a voice product function of a terminal device, including:
s11, detecting the operation of the user for logging in the voice product on the terminal equipment to obtain the current user information of the current user, wherein the current user information comprises user identity information and user-skill relationship.
Illustratively, the terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a car machine, a story machine, or other smart devices, which is not limited in the present invention. The user installs a voice product on the terminal device, the voice product has a plurality of different voice service functions, and the voice service functions are correspondingly realized by a plurality of different voice skills (such as navigation, story, chatting, weather inquiry and other voice skills).
The user identity information of the current user is, for example, userID, and the user-skill relationship information may be determined based on, for example, accesstoken. The user can log in by inputting an account name (or information such as a mobile phone number and a mailbox) and a login password on a login interface of the voice product, and the corresponding userID can be generated based on any one or more of the information such as the mobile phone number, the mailbox address and the login password, which is not limited in the invention.
In consideration of the situation that a plurality of users log in the same voice product on the same terminal device by adopting respective account information, the embodiment of the invention acquires the current user information of the current login user so as to avoid mutual crosstalk between different users and voice skill access rights.
And S12, when the adjusting operation of the voice skill by the user is detected and the adjusting operation causes the user-skill relation to change, generating a first global unique identification.
The adjusting operation comprises an editing operation on a voice skill contained in the voice product and/or an operation of customizing a new voice skill. The user can perform operations such as customizing new voice skills, editing existing semantic skills in original voice products and the like, and business operations such as purchasing new voice skills and the like through the terminal equipment, so that a new voice service function is obtained or the existing voice service function is perfected.
The present embodiments provide a way for user-level skill implementation. By establishing user-level skills, the user can freely select and use the skills, which brings greater convenience to the user. On one hand, the user can create skills meeting self requirements through the DUI platform and install the skills on the equipment, so that the flexibility is higher. On the other hand, a skill developer can develop a skill which is more in line with the user appeal and distributes the skill to a C-end skill store for the user to select, and the user obtains the satisfactory skill and feeds back the skill to the developer. A skill supply and demand market is established by relying on a series of matched functions of a DUI skill developer platform, a C-terminal skill store and the like, a brand-new voice interaction intelligent world is brought to people, an intelligent interaction market is also brought, and the method has deep economic significance.
S13, sending the first globally unique identification, the user identity information and the changed user-skill relationship to the server so as to reestablish connection with the server.
The skills are managed based on product dimensions, so when the skills are adjusted, the configuration and the attributes of the skills in the product need to be revised. The lack of configuration of the user dimension's skill (user-level skill) attributes limits the user's freedom to customize the skill.
In the embodiment of the invention, the long connection with the server is established in a mode of sending the user identity information and the user-skill relationship to the server through the equipment terminal directly used by the user so as to obtain the voice service. And when detecting that the user adjusts the voice skills and the user-skill relationship changes, reestablishing the long connection with the server, so that the user can directly adjust the skills through the terminal equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a flowchart of another embodiment of the method for extending the voice product function of the terminal device of the present invention, the method further includes:
and S21, after acquiring the current user information of the current user, the terminal equipment generates a second global unique identifier.
S22, sending the second global unique identifier and the current user information to the server, so that the server can verify the validity of the current user and establish a long connection with the equipment terminal of the current user.
In this embodiment, after the user logs in the voice product on the terminal device and acquires the user information of the currently logged-in user, a second global unique identifier is generated, that is, each user generates a second global unique identifier corresponding to each user when logging in through an account of the user, and the second global unique identifier and the current user information are sent to the server segment for storage and verification.
Illustratively, when a user changes a user-skill relationship through an adjustment operation on voice skills and generates a first global unique identifier, and a long connection is established between the server and the user information through the identifier, the server can compare whether the stored global unique identifiers corresponding to the same user are consistent or not, and perform consistency update, so as to realize the storage of the latest state of the user-skill relationship by the server side, and facilitate the user to acquire a corresponding voice service from the server side through the voice skills.
It should be noted that "first" and "second" in the first global unique identifier and the second global unique identifier in the embodiment of the present invention are only used for distinguishing, and do not represent a sequence.
In some embodiments, the user identity information is used for the server to verify the validity of the current user, and the first globally unique identifier is used for the server to determine whether the stored second globally unique identifier corresponding to the current user is consistent.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of another embodiment of the method for extending a voice product function of a terminal device according to the present invention, the sending the first globally unique identifier, the user identity information, and the changed user-skill relationship to the server to reestablish a connection with the server includes:
s131, sending the first global unique identifier, the user identity information and the changed user-skill relationship to the server;
s132, when the first global unique identification is inconsistent with the second global unique identification, reestablishing the long connection with the server.
In this embodiment, whether long connection between the device terminal and the server needs to be established again is determined by comparing consistency of the first global unique identifier and the second global unique identifier, so that reconnection between the terminal device and the server can be realized in time after a user-skill relationship where the terminal device is located changes, and a user can acquire a desired voice service function in time.
In some embodiments, the method for extending the voice product function of the terminal device further includes, when the result that the user-skill relationship changes due to the adjusting operation indicates that the user adds a new voice skill, setting a priority order between the newly added voice skill and the voice skill in the voice product according to the configuration information of the user, so that when the same voice instruction of the user hits multiple voice skills at the same time, the voice skill responding to the same voice instruction is selected.
Therefore, when the added semantic skills configured by the user are overlapped with the hit statements of the voice skills contained in the voice product installed in the terminal equipment, the voice skills used for responding to the user can be automatically selected to serve the user, the condition that the system cannot determine how to select the voice skills to cause blocking is avoided, the fluency of semantic service is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, a system implementing the method for extending the voice product function of the terminal device of the present invention is composed of five parts: the method comprises the following steps of a device matching client side (US SDK), a device side (DS SDK), a C-terminal skill store (US), a message notification side (Q) and a voice resource service (DS), and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: after the device side is started, a global unique identifier uuid is generated, user information (userID, accesstken) transmitted by the US SDK is processed (wherein the accesstken is a temporary user certificate generated after the user information is encrypted and used for ensuring that the userID is not illegally changed by the outside in the communication process so as to ensure the safety and accuracy of the userID of basic data), and then the following two actions are performed:
a. and sending the user information (userID, accessoken) to the message notification end Q. After receiving the message, the message notification end Q verifies the userID validity of the userID and the accessToken, and the userID validity is guaranteed. Then DS SDK establishes Socket long connection with message notification end, and carries out attribute description of user information for the long connection. After the connection is established between the message notification end and the DS SDK, the connection needs to be identified. Since there are multiple DS SDKs as the DS SDK follows the client, when there is a change in information, it is necessary to determine through identification which long connection to notify to the corresponding DS SDK. Rather than in the form of a broadcast.
b. The user information (uuid, userID, accessoken) is transmitted to the DS. After the DS receives the message, the userID is also validated legally, and then uuid and userID are compared with the information stored in the DS memory. If the uuid corresponding to the userID is changed, the latest user skill information is obtained from the US service to rebuild the resources (for example, the skill information obtained by the previous user is erased in the DS, the DS pulls the user skill configuration information according to the latest user skill, and the skill information is subjected to effective sequencing according to the obtaining or configuration sequence), and updates the uuid information in the DS memory to prepare for the next comparison, and the resource rebuilding is not carried out each time the connection is established. After the resource preparation is finished, the DS and the DS SDK establish Socket long connection, and attribute description of user information is carried out on the long connection.
As shown in fig. 4, re-connect & shouldEndSession represents the timing for re-establishing the long connection with the server, where re-connect represents the received connection re-establishment instruction, which may be a strong instruction or a weak instruction; the shouldEndSession is a field carried in a message returned by the response of the service end for each voice interaction between the equipment end and the service end. This field is a suggestion from the server to the client that the representative can safely end the voice conversation.
The combined relationship between re-connect and shouldEndSession is shown in the following Table
shouldEndSession-true shouldEndSession-false
re-connect-true Immediately ending the session and reconnecting Immediately ending the session and reconnecting
re-connect-false Without ending the conversation Without ending the conversation
re-connect (Weak instruction) -true Immediately ending the session and reconnecting Without ending the conversation
re-connect (weak instruction) -false Without ending the conversation Without knotsBundle conversation
When re-connect is a strong instruction, it is necessary to perform a forced interruption on the basis of the content of the current user session, interaction, or the like, in which the restrictions of policy, regulation, or the like are placed. Therefore, the conversation is directly ended without waiting for the shouldEndSession command, and resource reconstruction and interactive reconnection actions are carried out. When the re-connect is a weak instruction, it represents that the skill associated with the current user changes, and a reconnect action needs to be performed, and user experience needs to be considered. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for the shouldEndSession command, and perform resource reconstruction and interactive reconnection after receiving the explicit shouldEndSession command.
Step two: the user operates skills in a skill store through the US SDK to generate a series of business behaviors, wherein some business behaviors influence the relationship between the user and the skills, and the US performs library falling on the part of the influence (illustratively, the user performs business operations such as obtaining, unloading, upgrading and other business actions of the skills).
Step three: after receiving the userID, the Q finds out the Socket connection where the user is located according to the user attribute description of the Socket long connection, and informs the DS SDK of the change of the user and skill relation through the connection, and reconnection is needed.
Step four: and (c) after the US SDK receives the reconnection request, refreshing the local uuid immediately, and performing the action of the step (b).
In the embodiment of the invention, the user logs in by using the client of the equipment, and the client transmits the user information to the equipment after the login is completed, so that the product information and the user information are provided at the equipment, and a data basis is laid for the user-level skills later.
The user can define the skills conceived by the user through the DUI developer platform through the interface configuration, and the skills are released to the C-terminal skill store. The skills are selected through browsing, viewing, acquiring, unloading and other functions provided by the C-terminal skill store, and the order of the skills to be effective is determined through the definition of the ranking of the skills. The technical ability acquisition and sequence problems are solved. After the user acquires and unloads the skills, the user and the skill relation is notified to a client list, a server side and a resource side by using a notification mechanism, and each side carries out reconnection, resource reconstruction, scheduling and rearrangement work according to the message type.
It should be noted that for simplicity of explanation, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention.
