the channel end is used for respectively carrying out anti-fraud query on the anti-fraud query information after receiving an anti-fraud query request or a wind control review request, and sending the obtained anti-fraud query result to the intermediary end; or the wind control examination information is subjected to wind control examination, and an obtained wind control examination result is sent to the intermediary terminal;
the channel end is also used for receiving a recommendation instruction of a channel user, inputting a recommended intermediary user and carrying out classification management on the recommended intermediary user;
the financial product information includes one or more combinations of the following data:
the system comprises a channel manager name, an organization type, an organization name, a service area, a product type, a product label, a product main point, a product description, a monthly interest rate, a term, a limit, a repayment term, an application condition, application data and remarks;
the intermediary terminal is also used for receiving the product operation instruction of the intermediary user and modifying or deleting the financial product information in the product database.

contact phone, identification number, intended product, credit investigation status, capital demand, customer status, customer source, remarks, credit investigation information, social security information, public accumulation information, business insurance information, property information, vehicle information, and business information.

the intermediary terminal is specifically used for receiving a file-entering request which is provided by an intermediary user aiming at financial product information in the product database, selecting client information from the client database as client information to be entered, receiving file-entering data input by the intermediary user, generating a file-entering record according to the file-entering data, and updating the client information;
the incoming data comprises one or more combinations of the following data: customer name, incoming status, contact phone, customer status, funding requirements, commitment costs, payment costs, contract information, customer affiliation, funding channel, channel manager name, and incoming time.
4. The customer management system for use in the financial mediation industry of claim 1,
the agent end is also used for receiving a follow-up request which is provided by an agent user aiming at client information, inputting follow-up data, generating a follow-up record according to the follow-up data and updating the client information;
the follow-up data comprises one or more combinations of the following data: a person to follow up, a client status, a client maturity, a time to follow up, follow up details, and a follow up type.
5. The customer management system for use in the financial mediation industry of claim 1,
the intermediary end is also used for receiving the pre-credit management information input by the intermediary user, performing anti-fraud query and wind control examination on the pre-credit management information, and storing an anti-fraud query result and a wind control examination result;
the pre-credit management information includes a customer name, an identification number, and/or a contact phone.

the channel end is also used for receiving financial product information input by a channel user and carrying out classification management on the financial product information.
