At present, multimedia live broadcast is diversified, the live broadcast threshold is gradually reduced, more and more users can become anchor broadcasts, and the multimedia live broadcast is output outwards and self expression is realized. With the continuous enrichment of live broadcast contents and the continuous increase of live broadcast users, the auditing and monitoring work of multimedia live broadcast is challenged more and more. In order to effectively monitor a large amount of multimedia live broadcasts, machine auditing is introduced into a live broadcast platform to improve auditing efficiency, but the current machine auditing can only be simply screened and screened, and if more accurate auditing and judgment of illegal contents are to be realized, enough and trained auditors are still needed to carry out secondary auditing.
Although the existing manual review can judge more complex contents than machine review, the manual review cannot be general like machine review, and can keep nearly consistent review accuracy rate while working for a long time, so that the manual review needs to be supervised, namely, the review efficiency of reviewers needs to be supervised and controlled, and the review efficiency and the review quality of the manual review can be better ensured while the review accuracy is improved by utilizing the manual review. At present, when a manager monitors the auditing quality of an auditor, the auditing quality of the auditor in the previous day can be known according to the data in the previous day often until the next day, and the manager cannot find and remind the auditor in time when the auditor has the problems of leaving a post, transferring attention and the like.
Based on the above problems, the inventor discovers that the existing auditing method cannot timely supervise the auditors and cannot timely make adjustments to ensure that the auditors can timely block the propagation of illegal contents when the auditing efficiency of the auditors is low or the quality of the auditors is not high after a series of researches on the existing auditing method. It is increasingly important how the quality of the audit can be effectively monitored.
In the research process, the inventor researches the difficult point of the current live content auditing, more comprehensively considers the requirement of actual auditing, and provides an auditing data processing method and device, an electronic device and a storage medium of the embodiment of the application.
In order to better understand a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for auditing data processing provided in an embodiment of the present application, a live broadcast network architecture and auditing logic suitable for the embodiment of the present application are described first below.

And the auditor logs in the audit account at the audit client, and the manager logs in the manager account at the management client. Different auditors correspond to different audit accounts. The auditor audits the data to be audited through the auditing client, submits a penalty result according to the auditing result obtained through auditing, and the penalty result is stored in the server 100. Managers log in the administrator accounts at the management terminal, different managers correspond to different administrator accounts, and the managers can monitor the auditing work of the auditing terminal through the management terminal.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an audit logic applicable to the embodiment of the present application. The multimedia live broadcast auditing system can adopt auditing logic shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 2, the multimedia live broadcast auditing system can be used for auditing whether data in the forms of pictures, live broadcasts, small videos and the like are safe, and the multimedia live broadcast auditing system can be used for picture auditing, live broadcast auditing and small video auditing.
The multimedia live broadcast auditing system comprises machine auditing and manual auditing, and in some embodiments, data can pass through the machine auditing firstly, and image recognition and data analysis are utilized in the machine auditing stage to preliminarily judge the data and judge whether the data is safe or not. After the determination, the secure data is stored and archived, and the unsecure data is stored as data to be audited in an audit data distribution queue for distribution to manual audit, and in some embodiments, the audit data distribution queue is stored in the server 100.
In some embodiments, the server 100 distributes the to-be-audited data to the audit accounts corresponding to the auditors according to the audit data distribution queue, and the auditors can log in the audit accounts in the multimedia live broadcast audit system to obtain the to-be-audited data corresponding to the audit accounts for auditing.
The auditing data distribution queue comprises at least one piece of auditing data, and the auditing data at least comprises one of pictures, live screenshots and small video screenshots as a mode. And the data to be audited in the audit data distribution queue enters manual audit, and specifically, the manual audit is carried out on the data to be audited through a plurality of auditors and audit clients.
Further, the manual review comprises a manual first review and a manual second review, wherein the manual first review comprises a mass first review which is not subjected to machine review and a high-risk review which is subjected to machine review. It should be noted that, the audit performed on the data in different forms may correspond to different audit modes, for example, a large amount of image audit corresponds to an image audit mode, a large amount of live audit corresponds to a live audit mode, and a large amount of small video audit corresponds to a small video audit mode.
Specifically, taking live broadcast review as an example, the manual first review performed on live broadcast-form data to be reviewed such as live broadcast screenshots includes live broadcast first review and high-risk review, wherein in a live broadcast first review mode, the review of reviewers is a mass live broadcast screenshot which is obtained through real-time image cutting and is not subjected to machine review, in the embodiment of the application, the live broadcast first review mode is a manual mass live broadcast review mode, and reviewers find out violation or suspected violation from the mass live broadcast screenshot in the manual mass live broadcast review mode and submit the violation or suspected violation to manual second review; in addition, massive live screenshots obtained through real-time image cutting can also be subjected to machine auditing, the live screenshots which are preliminarily judged to be unsafe through the machine auditing enter high-risk auditing, and an auditor finds violation or suspected violation from the live screenshots which are judged to be unsafe by the machine in a high-risk auditing mode and submits the violation or suspected violation to manual double-auditing.
It should be noted that, in the manual first-level review stage, violations or suspected violations can be found from the massive data to be reviewed according to the review rules, and submitted to the manual second-level review; in the manual secondary review stage, the data to be reviewed can be reviewed according to the review rule, the judgment can be rapidly made, and a reasonable processing mode can be selected. The audit rule is a basis for performing violation judgment on the data to be audited by the auditor, and as one mode, the auditor can determine violation types, such as pornography and violence, of the data to be audited according to the audit rule.
Further, punishing is performed on the anchor account corresponding to the illegal live broadcast which is determined to be illegal through manual review, the punishment may include but is not limited to a cover number, a fine, and the like, and a punishment result is stored in the server 100.
It should be noted that the flow diagrams of the audit logic and the audit logic provided in the embodiments of the present application are only for convenience of understanding, and the embodiments of the present application can be applied to various audit logics, so the flow diagrams of the audit logic and the audit logic are not limited to this scheme.
The following describes in detail an audit data processing method, an audit data processing apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium according to embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides an audit data processing method, which can be applied to the audit terminal. As will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 3, the above-mentioned auditing data processing method may specifically include the following steps:
step S310: and detecting whether a trigger action exists in the current audit page within a preset time period.
In this embodiment, the current audit page is used to load the audit data to be audited, where the audit data may be multimedia data such as pictures, videos, and audios, and the videos may be live broadcasts, small videos, and the like. As one mode, the data to be audited at least includes one of a picture and a video screenshot. One audit account may correspond to multiple pieces of data to be audited, specifically, one piece of data to be audited corresponds to one data ID, for example, one picture corresponds to one data ID.
The data to be audited loaded on the current audit page at least comprises the loaded data to be audited displayed on the current audit page, and in some embodiments, the data to be audited loaded on the current audit page may also comprise preloaded data to be audited that is not displayed on the current audit page.
It can be understood that the pre-loaded data to be audited is pre-loaded, but is not yet displayed in the current audit page, and after all the data to be audited displayed in the current audit page are processed, the pre-loaded data to be audited will be displayed in the current audit page. After the auditor finishes auditing the loaded to-be-audited data displayed on the current auditing page, the auditor can acquire the rest of the pre-loaded to-be-audited data which are not displayed for auditing, and continue to load new to-be-audited data. Therefore, the problem of delay of switching the current audit page by the auditor can be effectively solved, the waiting time is reduced, and the audit experience and the audit efficiency are improved.
The current audit page may be an audit page displayed on the client on the audit terminal in fig. 1, and in some embodiments, the client may be a multimedia live audit system, and the current audit page corresponds to an audit account. The trigger action may include any action of clicking, sliding, and the like on the current audit page, and the trigger action may be generated by an electronic device such as a mouse, a stylus, a keyboard, or a finger, for example, clicking on the current audit page with the mouse, touching or pressing on a screen of the audit terminal with the stylus, triggering by pressing a key on the keyboard, and the like, where a form of the trigger action is not limited.
The preset time period can be 30s, 180s, 5min, 30min and the like, and the preset time period can be preset by a system or can be set by a user in a self-defining way. It can be understood that the preset time period can be set according to actual use requirements, for example, as a mode, when data with low judgment difficulty is audited, a shorter preset time period, for example, 60s, can be set, so that auditors can be effectively urged to keep the auditing speed; as another mode, when data with high discrimination difficulty is audited, a longer preset time period, for example, 180s, may be set, so that while the auditing effect may be considered, the auditing speed is maintained, and the auditing efficiency is effectively improved. Whether the current audit page has trigger action within a preset time period or not is detected, namely whether the current audit page is overtime or not is detected, for example, the preset time period is 180s, whether the current audit page has trigger action within 180s or not can be detected, so that whether the current audit page exceeds 180s or not is known, and the situation that whether the auditor corresponding to the audit account corresponding to the current audit page leaves behind the post, forgets to close the current audit page or the audit attention is transferred, for example, doze, is favorably judged by a manager, so that the manager can supervise the auditor and process the audit in time.
In some embodiments, the current audit page is displayed at the audit terminal in fig. 1, and other pages may also be displayed besides the current audit page displayed at the audit terminal, and when the action such as clicking or sliding occurs on a non-current audit page, that is, occurs at other positions on the audit terminal except the current audit page, there is no trigger action on the current audit page. For example, a user opens a current audit page and a video playing page on an audit terminal at the same time, a movie is being played in the video playing page, when the user only clicks on the video playing page within a preset time period, such as 180s, to adjust the video playing progress, but does not trigger any action on the current audit page, it is detected that no trigger action exists on the current audit page within the preset time period. Therefore, only the trigger action of the current audit page is detected, the condition that the attention transfer equivalence rate of the auditors in the audit process is not high can be effectively detected, the auditors can be conveniently supervised by managers, the audit concentration degree of the auditors can be improved, and the audit efficiency can be improved.
Step S320: and when the current audit page has no triggering action in a preset time period, acquiring the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page.
In some embodiments, the data to be audited loaded on the current audit page includes loaded data to be audited that is displayed on the current audit page, and the data to be audited includes loaded data to be audited that is displayed on the current audit page and preloaded data to be audited that is not displayed on the current audit page.
Specifically, the pre-loaded to-be-audited data is to-be-audited data which is not displayed on the current audit page, and when the to-be-audited data is requested from the audit data distribution queue each time, the to-be-audited data can be stored in the background first, and after the audit of the loaded to-be-audited data displayed on the current audit page is completed, the pre-loaded to-be-audited data is displayed on the current audit page for auditors to audit. After the auditor audits the data to be audited displayed on the current auditing page, the auditor can obtain the rest part of the data to be audited which is not displayed for auditing. Therefore, the problem of delay when the auditor switches the current audit page and requests new data to be audited is effectively solved, the waiting time is reduced, and the audit experience and the audit efficiency are improved.
It can be understood that when there is no trigger action in the preset time period in the current review page, the to-be-reviewed data loaded by the current review page is acquired, where the acquired to-be-reviewed data at least includes the loaded to-be-reviewed data displayed on the current review page. In some embodiments, the acquired data to be reviewed may further include preloaded nuclear data that is not displayed on the current review page. Therefore, the preloaded data to be audited and the loaded data to be audited can be processed together, for example, the data to be audited can be returned to the audit data distribution queue together to wait for the re-audit, so that the data to be audited currently being audited by the auditor corresponding to the current audit page can be effectively controlled while the data request efficiency is improved by using the preloaded data to be audited, the data to be audited loaded by the current audit page can be returned to the audit data distribution queue together, and then the data to be audited by other auditors in time, and the spreading of illegal contents can be blocked in time.
In one embodiment, the to-be-audited data loaded by the current audit page is acquired, where the to-be-audited data loaded by the current audit page may include data of an audit result submitted and data of an audit result not submitted on the current audit page. For example, the current audit page is loaded with picture a1, picture a2, and picture A3, where picture a1 has already been audited and the audit result submitted is "pornography," and picture a2 and picture A3 have not yet been audited and the audit result has not yet been submitted, and at this time, picture a1, picture a2, and picture A3 are obtained.
Specifically, by acquiring the data of the submitted audit result on the current audit page in the current audit page, unified operation can be performed on all the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page, for example, all the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page are returned to the audit data distribution queue, so that the audit quality of the current audit page is ensured, and the illegal judgment of the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page is prevented from being influenced by the reason that the current audit page is overtime and has no operation. For example, the auditing personnel is overtime and does not operate due to dozing, and the problem of inattention caused by dozing possibly directly influences the auditing accuracy, so that when the current auditing page has no triggering action within a preset time period, all the data to be audited loaded by the current auditing page is returned to the auditing data distribution queue to wait for re-auditing, and the auditing quality can be effectively ensured.
In another embodiment, the to-be-audited data loaded by the current audit page is acquired, wherein the to-be-audited data loaded by the current audit page does not include the data of the audit result submitted on the current audit page, that is, the data of the audit result submitted on the current audit page is taken as the audited data, when the current audit page has no trigger action within a preset time period, the data is not returned to the audit data distribution queue to wait for re-audit, and only the data of the audit result not submitted is returned to the audit data distribution queue. For example, the current audit page is loaded with a picture a1, a picture a2, and a picture A3, where the picture a1 has been audited and the audit result submitted is "pornography," and the picture a2 and the picture A3 have not been audited and the audit result has not been submitted, and at this time, only the picture a2 and the picture A3 are acquired, and the picture a1 that has been audited is not acquired. The method and the device can reduce the acquired data volume and avoid repeated auditing of the same data to be audited, thereby improving the auditing efficiency.
Step S330: and adding the data to be audited to the audit data distribution queue again.
When the trigger action does not exist in the current audit page within the preset time period, acquiring the data to be audited loaded by the current audit page, and adding the data to be audited to the audit data distribution queue again, so that the data to be audited can be distributed to other auditors for auditing, and the problems that the auditing is not timely due to low auditing efficiency, non-centralized attention and the like of the current auditors, the spreading of illegal contents cannot be blocked in time, and adverse effects are caused to the society and users are avoided.
The auditing data distribution queue comprises at least one piece of data to be audited, the data to be audited can be data in the forms of pictures, videos, audios and the like, and as a mode, the data to be audited at least comprises one of pictures and video screenshots. Specifically, in some embodiments, the audit data distribution queue may be stored in the server, and a user, such as an auditor, may request the pending audit data from the server, that is, request the pending audit data from the audit data distribution queue, so as to obtain a plurality of pending audit data from the audit data distribution queue.
In one embodiment, the pending data may be manually requested, so as to obtain a plurality of pending data from the audit data distribution queue, for example, there is a trigger button such as "request data" in the current audit page, and the user may initiate a request to the server by clicking the trigger button, so as to obtain a plurality of pending data from the audit data distribution queue. For another example, a shortcut key such as "space" may be preset, and when the current review page is in a foreground operating state, the shortcut key triggers a data request by pressing the "space" key on the keyboard, and requests the server for the data to be reviewed. It can be understood that the user can manually request the audit data from the audit data distribution queue, so that the auditor can conveniently initiate the data request at any time, and the manual triggering mode can be preset by the system or can be set by the user in a self-defined manner.
In another embodiment, the pending nuclear data may be requested automatically, specifically, when the number of the pending nuclear data submitted by the current review page in the review reaches a preset threshold, for example, when all the pending nuclear data loaded on the current review page have been submitted in the review, the data request may be triggered automatically, a new data to be reviewed is requested from the server, and the new data to be reviewed is obtained from the review data distribution queue. Therefore, the auditor does not need to manually acquire the data to be audited, the operation flow can be reduced, and the auditing efficiency is improved. For another example, when all the loaded to-be-audited data displayed on the current audit page are submitted for audit, the data request may be automatically triggered, and new to-be-audited data may be acquired from the audit data distribution queue.
In addition, when the data to be audited of the current audit page is not audited, new data to be audited can be requested, so that part of the data to be audited can be loaded in advance in the background, and when the auditor audits the data to be audited loaded on the current audit page, the part of the data to be audited loaded in advance can be rapidly displayed on the new current audit page for the auditor to audit, so that the delay problem that the auditor switches the current audit page is effectively solved, the waiting time is reduced, and the audit experience and the audit efficiency are improved.
The current audit page is loaded with the to-be-audited data, the to-be-audited data at least comprises the loaded to-be-audited data displayed on the current audit page, and in some embodiments, the to-be-audited data may further comprise the preloaded to-be-audited data which is not displayed on the current audit page.
Specifically, for example, the current review page is loaded with the to-be-reviewed data, where the to-be-reviewed data includes the loaded to-be-reviewed data displayed on the current review page and the pre-loaded to-be-reviewed data not displayed on the current review page, and the current review page displays 2 pictures loaded to be reviewed and also loads 2 non-displayed pre-loaded pictures to be reviewed. And 2 loaded pictures to be audited displayed on the current audit page comprise 1 picture A without audit results and 1 picture A' with audit results submitted.
In one embodiment, when there is no trigger action in a preset time period in a current review page, obtaining the to-be-reviewed data loaded by the current review page, including the data of the submitted review result and the data of the uncommitted review result on the current review page. At this time, the picture a and the picture a' displayed on the current review page and the 2 undisplayed pre-loaded pictures to be reviewed are added to the review data distribution queue again. Therefore, the auditing quality of the current auditing page is ensured, and the condition that the illegal judgment of the to-be-audited data loaded by the current auditing page is influenced by the reason that the auditing personnel has no overtime operation on the current auditing page is avoided, so that when the current auditing page has no triggering action within a preset time period, all the to-be-audited data loaded by the current auditing page are returned to the auditing data distribution queue to wait for reauthorization, and the auditing quality can be effectively ensured.
In another embodiment, when there is no trigger action in the preset time period of the current review page, the acquired to-be-reviewed data loaded on the current review page does not include the data of the submitted review result on the current review page, but only includes the data of the uncommitted review result. At this time, only the picture a which is displayed on the current review page and has not been reviewed and the 2 pictures which are not displayed and are preloaded to be reviewed are added to the review data distribution queue again. The audited picture A' is not added to the audit data distribution queue again, so that repeated audit on the same data to be audited can be avoided, and the audit efficiency is improved.
According to the auditing data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the current auditing page has the triggering action within the preset time period is detected, then when the current auditing page has no triggering action within the preset time period, the to-be-audited data loaded on the current auditing page is acquired, and the to-be-audited data is added to the auditing data distribution queue again. Therefore, when the verification page is overtime and is not operated, overtime data is returned to the verification data distribution queue, the overtime data can be distributed to other verification personnel for verification, the verification efficiency and the verification quality are improved, timely verification is guaranteed, the phenomenon that illegal contents cannot be timely blocked due to overtime and no operation of the verification personnel is avoided, the attention condition of the verification personnel can be monitored, and the management personnel can conveniently supervise the verification personnel and control the flow and the quality of verification.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the present application provides an audit data processing method, which can be applied to the audit terminal. As will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 4, the above-mentioned auditing data processing method may specifically include the following steps:
step S410: and detecting whether a trigger action exists in the current audit page within a preset time period.
The detailed description of step S410 may refer to step S310 in the above embodiments, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
Further, after step S410, step S420 may be executed, and any one or any two or all three of step S450, step S480 and step S490 may be executed.
Step S420: and when the current audit page has no triggering action in a preset time period, acquiring the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page.
The detailed description of step S420 may refer to step S320 in the above embodiment, and therefore, is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, after step S420, it may be determined whether the current audit mode is the artificial mass live audit mode, when the current audit mode is not the artificial mass audit mode, step S430 is performed, and when the current audit mode is the artificial mass audit mode, step S440 is performed. The manual mass live broadcast mode corresponds to a live broadcast review in the live broadcast review, and specific description may refer to the embodiments described later, which is not described herein again.
Step S430: and adding the data to be audited to the first position of the audit data distribution queue.
And when the data to be audited is added to the audit data distribution queue again, adding the audit data to be audited to the first position of the audit data distribution queue. The data to be audited comprises loaded data to be audited displayed on the current auditing page and pre-loaded data to be audited not displayed on the current auditing page.
Specifically, the data to be audited is added in the audit data distribution queue before being taken out, specifically, referring to fig. 5, for example, the data to be audited includes loaded data to be audited, such as a picture F1 and a picture F2, which are displayed on a current audit page, and preloaded data to be audited, such as pictures B1 and B2, which are not displayed on the current audit page, when there is no trigger action in a preset time period on the current audit page, the data to be audited is obtained, and the data to be audited is added to the audit data distribution queue P again to obtain a new audit data distribution queue P ', which is sorted from first to last in the new audit data distribution queue P' into a picture F1, a picture F2, a picture B1, and a picture B2. That is, the picture F1, the picture F2, the picture B1, and the picture B2 may be preferentially acquired the next time the pending review data is requested.
In some embodiments, the loaded data to be reviewed displayed on the current review page may include data of submitted review results and data of uncommitted review results on the current review page.
Specifically, for example, the current review page displays 2 loaded pictures to be reviewed, and simultaneously also loads 2 undisplayed preloaded pictures to be reviewed.
At this time, the picture a and the picture a' displayed on the current review page and the 2 undisplayed pictures preloaded and to be reviewed are added to the head of the review data distribution queue again. Therefore, the condition that the reason that no operation occurs due to overtime on the current audit page by auditors influences the illegal judgment of the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page can be avoided, and the to-be-audited data of the overtime page can be audited in time while the audit quality of all the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page is effectively guaranteed by adding all the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page to the head of the audit data distribution queue.
In another embodiment, when there is no trigger action in the preset time period of the current review page, the acquired to-be-reviewed data loaded on the current review page does not include the data of the submitted review result on the current review page, but only includes the data of the uncommitted review result. At this time, only the picture a which is displayed on the current audit page and has not been audited yet and the 2 undisplayed pictures to be audited preloaded are added to the head of the audit data distribution queue again. The checked picture A' is not added to the checking data distribution queue again, repeated checking on the same data to be checked can be avoided, checking efficiency is improved, meanwhile, data which do not submit checking results overtime can be checked in time, and therefore spreading of illegal contents is blocked in time, and checking quality is improved.
In a specific application scenario, the auditor U1 may doze during audit, but does not operate overtime on the current audit page, and at this time, the to-be-audited data is acquired and added to the head of the audit data distribution queue, so that the auditor U2, which acquires the to-be-audited data next time, can preferentially acquire the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page, which is operated overtime by the auditor U1, for audit, and the to-be-audited data can be audited in time, thereby blocking the propagation of illegal contents in time, and avoiding adverse effects on society and users due to the influence of the audit efficiency caused by the overtime no operation of the auditor U1. Moreover, the auditing quality of the data to be audited may be affected by the reason that the auditor U1 has no operation after time out, and the manager may remind the auditor U1 or stop distributing the data to be audited to the auditor U1, so that a large amount of reworking which may occur is avoided, and the auditing quality is ensured.
Step S440: and releasing the data to be checked.
When the current auditing mode is the manual mass live auditing mode, the to-be-audited data are released, so that the released to-be-audited data are not added to the auditing data distribution queue again, and are not distributed again, the system storage pressure can be reduced, and the computing resources are saved.
Furthermore, live screenshots obtained from mass live broadcasts in real time are audited in live broadcast audit, auditors in live broadcast audit check the latest live screenshots in the mass live broadcasts currently in live broadcast, namely live broadcast audit is to audit the current live broadcast in real time, and a live broadcast room can continuously have new live screenshots to enter the live broadcast audit before the live broadcast is finished.
It can be understood that the live broadcast first audit has strong timeliness, and the fact that auditors cannot audit the latest live broadcast screenshots in massive live broadcasts in time due to the fact that auditors cannot quickly find violation in the latest live broadcast screenshots which continuously enter the live broadcast first audit, and therefore propagation of violation content cannot be blocked in time. Therefore, in the manual mass live broadcast auditing mode, when auditing is overtime, auditing personnel can directly release the data to be audited without redistribution, so that the current auditing personnel or other auditing personnel can timely acquire the latest live broadcast screenshot in the live broadcast room for auditing, real-time live broadcast auditing is realized, violation can be timely found, system storage pressure can be reduced on the basis of guaranteeing auditing efficiency and timely blocking violation content transmission, and computing resources are saved.
Specifically, for example, live broadcast room X is live broadcast, the system obtains a live broadcast screenshot of live broadcast room X in real time and enters a live broadcast audit mode, and the current audit page displays live broadcast screenshot 1 obtained by live broadcast room X at time T1 in an artificial mass live broadcast audit mode corresponding to the live broadcast audit mode. When no trigger action exists on the current audit page, the live screenshot 1 is released, the current audit client or other audit clients can obtain the latest live screenshot at the current moment at the moment T2 after the moment T1, such as the live screenshot 3, to audit in real time, so that violation can be found in time, the live screenshot 1 which is not audited overtime is not added to the audit data distribution queue again to be distributed, and the computing resources are saved.
Furthermore, the data to be audited entering the live broadcast first audit also passes through the machine audit, and the data to be audited judged to be unsafe by the machine audit enters the high-risk audit, so that the high-risk audit and the live broadcast first audit are combined, the omission factor in the live broadcast audit process can be greatly reduced, live broadcast illegal contents can be found in time, the propagation of the illegal contents in the live broadcast can be blocked in time, and the watching experience of a user is improved.
In this embodiment, after step S410, when there is no trigger action in the preset time period on the current audit page, step S450 may be executed, step S480 may be executed, and step S490 may also be executed. Only one step among the steps S450, S480 and S490 may be executed, any two combinations of the three steps may be executed, all three steps may be executed, and the execution sequence among the three steps or any two combinations of the steps is not limited in this embodiment.
When there is no trigger action in the current review page within the preset time period, steps S450 to S470 may be performed.
Step S450: and recording a detection result when the current audit page has no trigger action within a preset time period.
And the detection result at least comprises the time of detecting the last trigger action of the current audit page and the number of the auditor corresponding to the current audit page. Specifically, the employee number of the auditor corresponds to the audit account number one by one, the employee number of the auditor can be the audit account number, and can also be other symbols except the audit account number, it can be understood that the employee number can correspond to a specific auditor through the audit, and one auditor corresponds to one auditor number.
It should be noted that, after detecting one trigger action M1, timing is restarted, and whether there is a next trigger action M2 within a preset time period is detected, and when there is a next trigger action M2 within a preset time period, it is detected whether there is another next trigger action M3 within a preset time period, with the time of the next trigger action M2 as a starting point; and when the next trigger action M2 does not exist in the preset time period, recording the time generated by the trigger action M1 and the corresponding auditor job number of the current audit page. The detection result of the overtime no-operation of the current audit page can be recorded, so that a manager can conveniently control auditors, on one hand, the auditors can be timely reminded, on the other hand, the distribution of audit data can be adjusted, the audit efficiency and the audit quality can be guaranteed, the manager can conveniently check and evaluate the audit work of the auditors, and the audit efficiency and the audit quality of the whole audit team can be further improved.
In some embodiments, after the audit terminal records the detection result, the recorded detection result can be sent to the server, so that the manager can request the detection result from the server, and also can directly send the recorded detection result to the management terminal, so that the manager can obtain the audit condition of the audit staff in real time, find the problem in time and make a prompt or adjustment, thereby ensuring the audit efficiency and the audit quality.
Step S460: and accumulating the overtime times according to the detection result.
According to the detection result, the number of times of the last trigger action of the current audit page can be accumulated, and the overtime number of the current audit page can be obtained according to the number of times, so that the overtime number of an auditor corresponding to the work number of the auditor corresponding to the current audit page can be obtained, and the audit state and the audit capability of the auditor can be evaluated. For example, the auditor with a large number of times out may have a poor audit state or a low audit capability.
Step S470: and setting an integral value corresponding to the number of the auditor staff according to the overtime times.
The number of times of timeout can be used as an integral term of the set integral value, so that the auditing state or auditing capacity of an auditor can be evaluated according to the number of times of timeout. It should be noted that one auditor corresponds to one auditor job number, so that the integral value of the corresponding auditor can be obtained according to the integral value corresponding to the auditor job number.
As an embodiment, the integral value corresponding to each audit job number corresponds to a same initial value, for example, 100, the integral value may be reduced as the number of times out increases, for example, when the number of times out is 1, 1 integral value is reduced to obtain a current integral value of 99, and when the number of times out is 2, the current integral value is obtained to obtain 98, so that the integral value corresponding to the audit job number is reduced continuously, so that the more the number of times out is, the lower the integral value corresponding to the audit job number can be set, and thus, by accumulating the number of times out, the auditing ability of the auditor can be evaluated.
It can be understood that the timeout may be caused by the fact that the auditor dozes off or leaves the position, the cumulative timeout times are many, the set integral value is low, it can be considered that the auditor leaves the position frequently or the attention is not concentrated frequently, that is, the audit state is poor, and therefore, the audit state of the auditor can be evaluated through the timeout times, so that the manager can make corresponding penalties for the auditor with a low integral value, and the audit quality of the audit team is improved. In addition, the overtime may also be that the auditing proficiency of the auditor for the service is not high, and the auditing speed of the to-be-audited data loaded on the current auditing page cannot meet the requirement, so that the auditing is overtime, and at this time, the auditing capability of the auditor can be evaluated through an integral value, for example, the higher the integral value is, the stronger the auditing capability is, the higher the integral value is, the later-stage targeted training of the auditor by a manager can be facilitated according to the integral value, and the auditing capability of the auditor is further improved.
Further, in some embodiments, a timeout duration of one timeout of the current audit page may be obtained by detecting a time of a last trigger action of the current audit page and a time of a next trigger action, and the timeout duration may be further used as an integral term for setting an integral value corresponding to the number of the audit employee. Specifically, the longer the overtime length is, the lower the integral value corresponding to the employee number can be set, so that the manager can know the off-post time of the auditor according to the height of the integral value, and the manager can make corresponding punishment on the auditor according to the off-post time, thereby being beneficial to improving the auditing quality of the whole auditing team.
When there is no trigger action in the current review page within the preset time period, step S480 may be executed.
Step S480: and when the current audit page has no triggering action within the preset time period, exiting the current audit page.
And when the current audit page has no triggering action within a preset time period, exiting the current audit page, so that the to-be-audited data loaded by the current audit page is not displayed on the audit client, and at the moment, other users cannot acquire the to-be-audited data being audited by the current auditor from the audit terminal. Specifically, the current audit page is exited, the interactive access between the audit terminal and the server is cut off, the data security of the data to be audited can be ensured, and the data leakage is prevented.
In some embodiments, when there is no trigger action in the current audit page within the preset time period, the current audit page is exited, the to-be-audited data is acquired, and the to-be-audited data is added to the head of the audit data distribution queue, so that when the current audit page is overtime and has no operation, the to-be-audited data loaded on the current audit page can be returned to the audit data distribution queue, and the current audit page is exited.
When there is no trigger action in the current review page within the preset time period, step S490 may be executed.
Step S490: and when the current audit page has no trigger action in a preset time period, generating prompt information.
And the prompt information is used for prompting that the current audit page is overtime and has no operation. Specifically, when there is no trigger action in the preset time period on the current review page, a window may be popped up on the current review page for prompting, and prompt information may also be generated on other pages besides the current review page.
In some embodiments, when there is no trigger action in the current review page within a preset time period, a prompt message is generated and the current review page is exited. Specifically, for example, the preset time period is 180s, when there is no trigger action in the current audit page within 180s, the current audit page is exited, and a prompt message "you have no operation for more than 180s, and the audit has been automatically exited" is generated. Therefore, the situation that the data to be audited cannot be audited in time due to the reason that auditors leave behind the post, transfer attention or forget to quit the current audit page and the like is avoided, when no operation is performed due to overtime, the data to be audited can be returned to the audit data distribution queue in time, other auditors can obtain the data to be audited for auditing, and therefore the transmission of illegal contents can be blocked in time while the audit efficiency is guaranteed.
Further, different preset time periods can be set according to different scene requirements for different forms of to-be-audited data. The data to be audited can be in the forms of pictures, live broadcasts, small videos and the like, and the corresponding audits are picture audits, live broadcast audits and small video audits respectively.
Specifically, for example, during image review, a preset time period of 180s may be set, and it is detected whether any operation such as page turning, submission, clicking and the like exists in the current review page within 180s, and if not, then the current auditing page can be judged to be overtime without operation, the popup prompts 'auditing overtime, please log in again for auditing', and the overtime data to be audited is added to the head of the audit data distribution queue again, the time of detecting the last trigger action of the current audit page and the employee number corresponding to the current audit page are recorded and sent to the server for storage together with the picture identification of the overtime data to be audited so as to be convenient for the manager to check subsequently, and also can be sent to the management terminal, so that the auditor can monitor the audit state of the auditor in time, so as to make timely adjustment and provide reference for later training, and ensure timely blocking of the propagation of illegal contents. In some embodiments, the review method for small video review is substantially the same as the picture review method, and is not described herein again.
For another example, during high-risk auditing in live auditing, a short preset time period such as 120s can be set, whether page turning, submission, clicking and other operations exist in a current auditing page within 120s is detected, if not, the current auditing page is judged to be overtime and not operated, a popup window reminds that auditing is overtime and auditing is required to be logged again, overtime data to be audited is added to the head of an auditing data distribution queue again, a detection result is recorded, and the overtime data to be audited and the picture identification of the data to be audited are sent to a server for storage of follow-up auditing of a manager and also sent to a management terminal, so that the auditing manager can monitor the auditing state of the auditing manager in time, timely adjust and provide reference for later training, and guarantee that illegal contents are prevented from being spread in time. Through setting up shorter preset time end in high-risk audit for the live broadcast of high-risk can be handled by the audit personnel earlier, makes the broadcast of violating the regulations live broadcast can be blocked earlier, reduces the display time of violating the regulations live broadcast when the user watches the live broadcast.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the multimedia live broadcast auditing system can automatically refresh the data to be audited, that is, according to the number of the data to be audited that can be displayed on the current auditing page, new data to be audited is automatically acquired and loaded and displayed on the current auditing page, so that the auditor does not need to frequently click to acquire new data to be audited, the operation of the auditor is simplified, and the auditing fluency is improved. It should be noted that, when new data to be reviewed is automatically acquired through automatic refreshing and displayed on a current review page, it can be considered that a trigger action exists on the current review page, and review of the data to be reviewed, which is loaded on the current review page, by an auditor is not affected in the automatic refreshing process. Therefore, after the current audit page can not display more data to be audited any more through automatic refreshing, namely the current audit page is refreshed to be full, a preset time period, such as 60s, which is shorter than the audit is set, the trigger action is detected in the shorter preset time period, and the audit timeliness of the data to be audited is ensured.
Specifically, an automatic refresh mode can be started by clicking the corresponding position of the current audit page, and in the automatic refresh mode, a short preset time period such as 60s can be set, that is, whether any operation such as page turning, submission, clicking exists in the current audit page within 60s after the current audit page can not display more data to be audited any more through refreshing, that is, the current audit page is refreshed fully, if not, the current audit page can be judged to have no operation due to overtime, popup window reminding is performed, the overtime data to be audited is added to the head of an audit data distribution queue again, the detection result is recorded, and the detection result and the picture identification of the overtime data to be audited are sent to a server for storage so as to be convenient for a manager to perform subsequent verification and also can be sent to a management terminal, so that the auditor can monitor the audit state of the auditor in time, so as to make timely adjustment and provide reference for later training, and the illegal contents are guaranteed to be blocked from spreading in time. Therefore, the auditing operation is simplified, the auditing fluency is improved, and meanwhile, the auditing quality is convenient to monitor by managers.
According to the auditing data processing method provided by the embodiment, the overtime no-operation of the current auditing page is detected, the to-be-audited data is acquired and added to the head of the auditing data distribution queue, so that the to-be-audited data loaded by the overtime no-operation current auditing page can be preferentially acquired for auditing, the to-be-audited data can be audited in time, the auditing efficiency is ensured, the propagation of illegal contents is blocked in time, and the auditing efficiency is not influenced by the overtime no-operation of auditors, so that the society and users are not influenced. By releasing overtime nuclear data to be audited in a manual mass auditing mode, computing resources can be saved, the auditing quality of the data to be audited can be influenced by the reason that an auditor has no operation due to overtime, the auditor can be reminded of overtime and ensuring data safety at the same time by generating prompt information and quitting the current auditing page, and in addition, by recording the result of overtime detection, inquiry and evidence can be facilitated for managers, so that the managers can remind the auditor or adjust auditing data distribution strategies, such as stopping distributing the nuclear data to be auditor, a large amount of rework which can happen is avoided, and the auditing quality is ensured.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flow charts of fig. 3 and 4 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 3 and 4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
