Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for resetting dual-mode SSD open channel mode capacity in batch flashing, wherein the method comprises the following steps: s1, starting capacity flashing; s2, acquiring information of all dual-mode SSD devices under the system; s3, carrying out capacity erasure on the open channel mode of each dual-mode SSD device; and S4, carrying out capacity resetting on the open channel mode of each dual-mode SSD device. The system comprises a capacity flashing starting module, a dual-mode SSD device information acquisition module, a dual-mode SSD device capacity erasing module and a dual-mode SSD device capacity resetting module. The invention realizes the automatic batch flash resetting of the dual-mode SSD open channel mode capacity, reduces the manual test work, improves the reliability of the test result in the dual-mode SSD test, reduces the error rate and improves the test efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dual-mode SSD capacity flashing, and particularly relates to a method and a system for resetting dual-mode SSD open channel mode capacity in batch flashing.
Background
The OP is short for Over-provisioning, and is capacity OP, that is, capacity reservation.

The invention aims to provide a method and a system for resetting the capacity of the dual-mode SSD open channel mode in a batch flashing manner aiming at the defects that the dual-mode SSD open channel mode is different from the NVME mode, a separate drive is needed and can be identified under the system, the disk erasing and writing and capacity OP method is different from the common NVME SSD, the erasing and writing capacity is often needed when the SSD performance is tested, and time and labor are wasted under the condition that the number of hard disks is large, so that the technical problem is solved.
