Abstract

一种显示面板包括第一基板、第二基板及多个隔垫物。第一基板包括遮光层,遮光层具有矩阵部及多个加宽部,各加宽部设于矩阵部的至少一列及至少一行的相交处。第二基板与第一基板相对设置。多个隔垫物设于第一基板上,各隔垫物分别被各加宽部复盖,且各隔垫物的一端抵靠于第二基板的表面。其中,各隔垫物抵靠于第二基板的一端于第二基板的表面上的可滑动范围不大于相对应的加宽部的复盖范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板。
背景技术
液晶面板在进行压力测试时,隔垫物(Photo Spacer)会发生滑动,然后将阵列基板上的配向层划伤。一般隔垫物会设置于遮光层(Black Matrix)的下方且被遮光层所复盖。然而,当隔垫物的滑动范围超出遮光层的遮挡范围时,划痕处便会发生漏光,而形成斑点(Spot)。当发生斑点时,将严重影响到液晶面板的显示品质。
因此,有必要提供一种显示面板,以解决上述斑点发生之问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板,能够有效改善斑点发生的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:第一基板,包括遮光层,所述遮光层具有矩阵部及多个加宽部,各所述加宽部设于所述矩阵部的至少一列及至少一行的相交处;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置;以及多个隔垫物,设于所述第一基板上,各所述隔垫物分别被各所述加宽部复盖,且各所述隔垫物的一端抵靠于所述第二基板的表面;其中,各所述隔垫物抵靠于所述第二基板的一端于所述第二基板的表面上的可滑动范围不大于相对应的所述加宽部的复盖范围。
在一些实施方式中,各所述加宽部的形状为圆形、矩形、椭圆形的其中一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二基板包括配向层,所述配向层形成于所述第二基板的表面。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一基板为彩色滤光片。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二基板为薄膜晶体管基板。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一基板还包括多个形成于所述遮光层上的子像素区,其中相邻于各所述加宽部的各所述子像素区具有邻接于相对应的所述加宽部的凹部。
在一些实施方式中,所述凹部的形状为弧形、直角、锐角、钝角、锯齿形或不规则形的其中一种。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术手段及其效果更加清楚明确,以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步地阐述。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,并不用于限定本发明。
请参考图1,其示出本发明实施例提供的显示面板的剖视图。显示面板1包括第一基板10、第二基板20及多个隔垫物30。其中,第一基板10包括透明基板100和遮光层101。在本发明的实施方式中,第一基板10为彩色滤光片,且第一基板10还包括多个形成于遮光层101上的子像素区102,。
如图1所示,第二基板20与第一基板10相对设置。在本发明的实施方式中,第二基板20包括透明基板200和配向层201,且配向层201形成于第二基板20的表面。另外,第二基板20为薄膜晶体管基板。
继续参考图1,多个隔垫物30设于第一基板10上。各隔垫物30分别被遮光层101复盖,且各隔垫物30的一端抵靠于第二基板20的表面。另外,各隔垫物30于第二基板20的表面上滑动而形成粗糙表面。
图2为图1的显示面板的第一基板的上视示意图。为了方便说明起见,图2省略了部分的第一基板10的组成元件。图2显示,遮光层101具有矩阵部1010及多个加宽部1011,其中以虚线标示出加宽部1011的范围。在本发明的实施方式中,各加宽部1011设于矩阵部1010的至少一列1010R及至少一行1010C的相交处1010A。具体地,加宽部1011的形状为矩形,但本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,加宽部1011的形状还可为圆形、椭圆形的其中一种。
图2还显示,各隔垫物30分别被遮光层101的各加宽部1011所复盖。另外,相邻于各加宽部1011的各子像素区102具有邻接于相对应的加宽部1011的凹部1020。在本发明的实施方式中,凹部1020的形状为直角,但本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,凹部1020的形状还可为弧形、锐角、钝角、锯齿形或不规则形的其中一种。
进一步地,结合图1与图2来对本发明说明如后。加宽部1011的虚线范围(如图2所示)即加宽部1011的复盖范围A1,并且由图2可观察到,各隔垫物30抵靠于第二基板20的一端于第二基板20的表面上的可滑动范围A2不大于相对应的加宽部1011的复盖范围A1。因此,加宽部1011能够有效地遮挡隔垫物30于第二基板20形成的粗糙表面(即可滑动范围A2)。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种显示面板,主要通过在遮光层设置加宽部,使得隔垫物的可滑动范围落于加宽部的复盖范围内,从而避免斑点的发生。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
第一基板,包括遮光层,所述遮光层具有矩阵部及多个加宽部,各所述加宽部设于所述矩阵部的至少一列及至少一行的相交处;
第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置;以及
多个隔垫物,设于所述第一基板上,各所述隔垫物分别被各所述加宽部复盖,且各所述隔垫物的一端抵靠于所述第二基板的表面;
其中,各所述隔垫物抵靠于所述第二基板的一端于所述第二基板的表面上的可滑动范围不大于相对应的所述加宽部的复盖范围。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于:各所述加宽部的形状为圆形、矩形、椭圆形的其中一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于:所述第二基板包括配向层,所述配向层形成于所述第二基板的表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于:所述第一基板为彩色滤光片。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于:所述第二基板为薄膜晶体管基板。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于:所述第一基板还包括多个形成于所述遮光层上的子像素区,其中相邻于各所述加宽部的各所述子像素区具有邻接于相对应的所述加宽部的凹部。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于:所述凹部的形状为弧形、直角、锐角、钝角、锯齿形或不规则形的其中一种。
