Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a bidirectional folding curtain wall, which includes a first curtain wall board 1 and a second curtain wall board 2 hinged up and down, a bracket assembly 3, a vertical guide rail 4 and a driving device, wherein the vertical guide rail 4 is vertically and fixedly installed on the bracket assembly 3, and the top side of the first curtain wall board 1 positioned above and the bottom side of the second curtain wall board 2 positioned below are respectively connected with the vertical guide rail 4 in a sliding manner; and the top side of the first curtain wall board 1 and the bottom side of the second curtain wall board 2 are respectively connected with a driving device in a transmission way, so that the driving device can drive the top side of the first curtain wall board 1 to slide downwards or drive the bottom side of the second curtain wall board 2 to slide upwards.
Through the drive arrangement of the first curtain wall board 1 topside of transmission connection and second curtain wall board 2 downside simultaneously, can realize that second curtain wall board 2 upwards fold and open or first curtain wall board 1 downwards fold and open two kinds of functions. The two functions can realize the integral folding lighting and ventilation of the curtain wall. When the first curtain wall board 1 is folded downwards, the initial installation can be facilitated, and the first curtain wall board 1 can be lifted up after the installation is completed; meanwhile, the maintenance work in the using process is facilitated, and the parts on the top side of the first curtain wall plate 1 can be inspected and maintained at a lower position only by putting down the first curtain wall plate 1, so that the danger that maintenance personnel climb to perform high-altitude operation is avoided.
The specific structure of the bracket assembly 3 is not described here in detail, and it serves only as a bracket structure for connection to a building.
Preferably, the driving device comprises a motor 5, a synchronous shaft (not shown), a winding disc 6, a traction rope 7, a fixed pulley 8 and a limiting block 9; the motor 5 is connected with the bottom side of the second curtain wall plate 2, and the motor 5 is in transmission connection with a synchronous shaft which is arranged parallel to the bottom side of the second curtain wall plate 2; the two ends of the synchronous shaft are in transmission connection with a winding disc 6; the bottom end of the traction rope 7 is fixedly connected with the winding disc 6 and is wound on the winding disc 6; the fixed pulley 8 is rotatably arranged above the bracket assembly 3 corresponding to the winding disc 6, and the installation position of the fixed pulley is higher than or equal to the top side height of the first curtain wall plate 1 in the closed state; the top end of the traction rope 7 bypasses the fixed pulley 8 and is fixedly connected with the top side of the first curtain wall plate 1, and the total weight of the second curtain wall plate 2, the motor 5 and the synchronous shaft is larger than the total weight of the first curtain wall plate 1; a limiting block 9 is fixedly arranged on the side of the fixed pulley 8, so that the top side of the first curtain wall plate 1 is limited by the limiting block 9 when the first curtain wall plate is completely closed.
The driving device is characterized in that the motor 5 serving as a driving component is also of a non-fixed structure and can slide along the bottom side of the second curtain wall plate 2 in the vertical direction, so that bidirectional driving is realized.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, when the first curtain wall plate 1 and the second curtain wall plate 2 are fully opened and are in the closed state of the curtain wall, the top side of the first curtain wall plate 1 is limited by the limiting block 9. When the second curtain wall plate 2 is required to be folded upwards to enable the curtain wall to be opened, only the motor 5 is required to drive the winding disc 6 to conduct forward winding, at the moment, the top end of the traction rope 7 is limited by the limiting block 9 because of the first curtain wall plate 1, and the motor 5 generates an upward climbing effect to drive the second curtain wall plate 2 to be folded upwards. The downward closing of the second curtain wall plate 2 is the reverse operation of the above action, and will not be described in detail.
When the first curtain wall board 1 needs to be folded downwards, the driving motor 5 is reversed to enable the winding disc 6 to wind reversely only when the whole curtain wall is in a closed state, and at the moment, the top end of the traction rope 7 is continuously laid down by bypassing the fixed pulley 8, and the first curtain wall board 1 is folded downwards under the action of dead weight. The upward closing of the first curtain wall plate 1 is the reverse operation of the above action, and will not be described in detail.
In the above operation actions, two actions can be realized only by forward rotation or reverse rotation of the single motor 5, the structure is simple, and excessive electronic control program intervention is not needed.
In this case, the fixed pulley 8 is actually provided with a lever on both sides, and in order to achieve the above action, the total weight of the second curtain wall plate 2, the motor 5 and the synchronizing shaft must be greater than that of the first curtain wall plate 1, i.e. the curtain wall must be a "light up and heavy down" counterweight structure except for the bracket assembly 3 itself. Otherwise, the first curtain wall board 1 directly pulls up the second curtain wall board 2 due to dead weight, and the whole mechanism cannot realize the orderly action. Thus, to ensure this counterweight structure, a counterweight (not shown) may also be provided on the second screen panel 2 or on the guide assembly on the bottom side of the second screen panel 2 to fulfill this counterweight requirement.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, preferably, the top side of the first curtain wall board 1 and the bottom side of the second curtain wall board 2 are slidably connected with the vertical guide rail 4 through guide components; the guide assembly comprises a base plate 10 and a guide member 11; the bottom plate 10 is hinged with the top side of the first curtain wall plate 1 and the bottom side of the second curtain wall plate 2 respectively; the guide member 11 is mounted on the bottom plate 10, and the guide member 11 is slidably connected with the vertical guide rail 4; the drive means are mounted on the base plate 10.
Curtain wall products are outdoor-mounted devices that must meet outdoor windbreak requirements. Therefore, for the cooperation between the first curtain wall plate 1 and the second curtain wall plate 2 and the vertical guide rail 4, certain strength requirements need to be met. In particular, a certain tightness and strength of the fit between the guide member 11 and the vertical rail 4 is required. The guide member 11 is preferably a guide wheel that is in contact with the vertical rail 4 or a slider that is slidingly connected to the vertical rail 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, since wind prevention is more important to avoid strong wind from blowing the first curtain wall board 1 or the second curtain wall board 2, particularly in the open state, the strong wind will not slide between the guide assembly and the vertical guide rail 4. It is therefore preferred that the guide assembly further comprises a locking means 13, the locking means 13 comprising a brake shoe 14 which is elastically spread out on both sides in frictional connection with the vertical rail 4, and electromagnetic means 15 which act on the brake shoe 14 to release it by energizing, the electromagnetic means 15 being electrically connected to the driving means.
When the driving device needs to act, the electromagnetic device 15 is electrified to drive the brake block 14 to be attracted and released, so that the guide assembly can slide freely with the vertical guide rail 4. After the driving device finishes the driving action, the guide assembly and the vertical guide rail 4 are locked by the locking device 13, and the brake block 14 is elastically opened and is in friction connection with the vertical guide rail 4.
Preferably, the curtain wall product also comprises a limiting unit 12; the limiting units 12 are arranged on the two side edges of the back surface of the first curtain wall plate 1 or the second curtain wall plate 2, and the limiting units 12 are arranged opposite to the vertical guide rails 4. When the first curtain wall board 1 and the second curtain wall board 2 are completely opened to realize the closing of the curtain wall, the limiting unit 12 is just propped between the first curtain wall board 1 or the second curtain wall board 2 and the vertical guide rail 4, so that the back surfaces of the two sides of the first curtain wall board 1 or the second curtain wall board 2 are prevented from directly colliding with the vertical guide rail 4. Moreover, since the driving device controls the opening and closing of the curtain wall, the acting force thereof is in the vertical direction, it is preferable to avoid the first curtain wall plate 1 and the second curtain wall plate 2 from being completely straightened and topped up by the limiting unit 12.
To accommodate electrical control, the curtain wall product also preferably includes electrical contacts (not shown); the electrical contacts are mounted on the guide assembly base plate 10 on the top side of the first screen panel 1 or the bottom side of the second screen panel 2. An electrical signal is generated when the two sets of guide members are brought into close proximity with each other. Meanwhile, electrical contacts can be additionally arranged on the edges of the two sides of the back of the first curtain wall board 1 or the second curtain wall board 2, and the electrical contacts are arranged opposite to the vertical guide rail 4. The installation position is equivalent to the limit unit 12, which serves to detect whether the curtain wall is completely closed.
Preferably, the driving device is provided with a wireless control unit for wireless control to realize wireless remote control.
According to the bidirectional folding curtain wall, through the design of the special driving device, the bidirectional folding curtain wall can be folded upwards and downwards at the same time, and the double functions of opening and closing actions are realized. The side part is convenient to overhaul and install when being folded downwards, and electric lifting and resetting are carried out after overhaul is completed, so that the operation is convenient, and the climbing danger is avoided. And the transmission structure is simple, the cost is lower, the device is durable, and the outdoor windproof requirement is realized by matching with the guide component.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
