Abstract
The invention relates to the field of organic chemical production, and discloses an automobile interior ABS/PA6 alloy resin for replacing metal spraying and a preparation method thereof, wherein the alloy resin comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-80% of ABS resin, 10-40% of PA6 resin, 4-8% of compatilizer, 2-10% of toughening agent, 0.2-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.2-1% of lubricant, 0.3-0.6% of hyper-dispersant and 0.5-10% of metal effect pigment. The preparation method comprises the steps of effect pigment surface treatment, premix preparation and finished product preparation. The material prepared by the invention can obtain a metal effect with uniform and consistent color and matte effect without spraying and direct injection molding, and the effect pigment has good compatibility with resin, small using amount of the effect pigment, low cost, environmental protection and excellent mechanical property.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of organic chemical production, in particular to an automobile interior ABS/PA6 alloy resin material for replacing metal spray paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In automotive interior materials, in order to improve the appearance of plastic parts and prolong the service life of the parts, the parts are generally subjected to spray coating treatment. If the metal powder is directly added into an ABS/PA6 system, the metal powder can be unevenly dispersed in a resin system to form accumulation and uneven product color, the tensile property and the impact property can be reduced due to the addition of the metal powder, and the performance can be unstable due to uneven dispersion. The addition of conventional paraffin dispersants also failed to achieve a good dispersing effect.

The invention aims to provide an automobile interior ABS/PA6 alloy resin material for replacing metal spray paint and a preparation method thereof, combines the advantages of spraying-free plastics, prepares the ABS/PA6 alloy material into spraying-free ABS/PA6 alloy resin, can obtain metal effects with uniform and consistent colors and matt luster without spraying and direct injection molding, and has the advantages of good compatibility of effect pigment and resin, small using amount of effect pigment, low cost, environmental protection and excellent mechanical properties.

Wherein the hyper-dispersant is formed by mixing zinc stearate, ethylene bis-stearamide and polyurethane according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.
Preferably, the metal effect pigment is one or a mixture of metal powder and pearl powder, and the particle size of the metal effect pigment is 30-65 μm.

2. The invention improves the compatibility of the effect pigment and the resin and the dispersibility of the effect pigment in the matrix resin by surface treatment of the effect pigment, reduces the using amount of the effect pigment and the cost on one hand, and effectively improves the metal texture on the other hand.
3. According to the invention, the micro-damage of screw shearing to the effect pigment is reduced and the effect and brightness of the effect pigment are improved by adding the surface-treated effect pigment in a side feeding and sectional manner.

The PA6 resin viscosity is 2.4-2.8 Pa.s.
The compatilizer is one or two of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted maleic anhydride.
The toughening agent is one or a mixture of more of high rubber powder, styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted maleic anhydride and ethylene-octene copolymer grafted maleic anhydride.
The lubricant is one or more of silicone powder, modified ethylene di-fatty acid amide TAS-2A, Kelaien E wax and montan wax.
The hyper-dispersant is formed by mixing zinc stearate, ethylene bis-stearamide and polyurethane according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.

The products are detected and compared, the results are shown in the table 2, and the results show that the ABS/PA6 alloy resin materials for replacing the automotive interiors for metal spray painting prepared by the methods of the examples 1-8 have uniform and consistent colors, matte metal effects, good strength, excellent mechanical properties and excellent impact strength; the matte effect of the embodiment 5 is the best, and the performances are excellent; the metal effect is strongest in example 7, but the impact strength is lowest. In example 8, since the amount of the hyperdispersant was 0, the effect pigment was not subjected to an effective surface treatment, and the compatibility with the resin and the dispersibility in the matrix resin were poor, the metallic effect was the worst, and the mechanical properties were also significantly reduced.

the hyper-dispersant is formed by mixing zinc stearate, ethylene bis-stearamide and polyurethane according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1;
the preparation method of the alloy resin comprises the following steps:
surface treatment of effect pigment: stirring and mixing the metallic effect pigment, the hyperdispersant and the lubricant in a stirrer, and controlling the temperature to be 60-80 ℃ to obtain an effect pigment with a good surface treatment;
