Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a sixth embodiment of a double-sided coding control method according to the present invention, based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments, the double-sided coding control method further includes:
step S130, when a character string decryption instruction is detected, acquiring the character string group to be decrypted and outputting a key input interface;
step S140, when a first key input by a key input interface is detected, sending a second key acquisition request to a server, where the second key acquisition request includes the first decryption key;
and step S150, when receiving a second decryption key fed back by the server, decrypting the string group according to the first key and the second key.
In order to prevent the generated character string from being leaked, the character string is generally encrypted when being generated, and after the character string is obtained by a coding manufacturer, the coding manufacturer needs to decrypt the character string first to perform coding production. At present, only one simple password is encrypted for the character string, and only a decryption password needs to be input when the character string is decrypted, so that the safety is low. Therefore, in the technical solution provided in this embodiment, when the character string is decrypted and the terminal detects the input first key, it is necessary to send a second key acquisition request to the server, and after receiving the second key fed back by the server, the character string can be decrypted according to the first key and the second key.
Specifically, when a terminal detects a character string decryption instruction, the terminal acquires the character string to be decrypted and outputs a key input interface, an operator inputs a first key based on the key input interface and clicks to determine, and when the terminal detects the first key input by the key input interface, the terminal sends a second key acquisition request to a server, wherein the second key acquisition request comprises the first decryption key; when receiving a second key acquisition request sent by a terminal, a server acquires a first key in the second key acquisition request, judges whether the first key is correct, and sends a corresponding second key to the terminal when judging that the first key is correct.
In order to further enhance the security of the character string encryption, preferably, the server may further store information of a responsible person (for example, the responsible person may be a person who sets a secret key), when it is determined that the first secret key is correct, send a verification code to a terminal corresponding to the information of the responsible person, and send a verification code input interface to the control terminal of the double-sided coding, after the responsible person receives the verification code, the responsible person enters the verification code in the verification code input interface or provides the verification code for a coding production person to input, after the verification code is input, submits the verification code to the server, and when the server determines that the verification code is correct, the server sends a second secret key to the control terminal of the double-sided coding. And after receiving a second decryption key fed back by the server, the double-sided coding control terminal decrypts the character string according to the first key and the second key. It can be understood that, there is no precedence relationship between step S130 and any one of steps S10 to S120, and fig. 7 is only a schematic flow chart of a scheme in this embodiment.
Further, when the character string is encrypted, a validity period (preset validity period) may be preset for the key, and when the validity period is exceeded, the key cannot decrypt the character string, it can be understood that the preset validity period may be set according to an actual situation, and is not specifically limited herein, for example, the preset validity period may be set to 30 days. Specifically, when a terminal detects a character string decryption instruction, the character string to be decrypted is obtained, a key input interface is output, an operator inputs a first key based on the key input interface and clicks to determine, when the terminal detects the first key input by the key input interface, whether the first key is in a preset validity period is judged, when the first key is in the preset validity period, a second key obtaining request is sent to a server, and when a second key fed back by the server is obtained, the character string is decrypted according to the first key and the second key; and when the first key is not in the preset validity period, outputting reminding information to remind an operator that the key is expired.
In this embodiment, a character string group for double-sided coding is generated by a server, and a control terminal sends a character string group/character string acquisition request to the server at regular time, so that the server feeds back a newly generated character string group/character string when the new character string group/character string is generated.

It is to be understood that the server includes a cloud server. It is understood that the string code packet generated by the server may be an already associated string group or an unassociated string group, and is not limited specifically herein. And after the double-sided coding control terminal receives the character string group/character string, when a decryption instruction is received, decryption can be carried out according to the above mode.
In addition, in practical situations, a code-assigning production plant generally has a plurality of code-assigning production lines, and therefore has a plurality of double-sided code-assigning control terminals (e.g. a plurality of industrial computers), in this case, a manufacturer server may be set, the manufacturer server establishes a connection with each double-sided code-assigning control terminal through a local area network, and periodically sends a string set/string acquisition request to the server by the set manufacturer server (preferably, the manufacturer server sends the string set/string acquisition request to the server in a polling manner), when acquiring the string set/string fed back by the server, the string set/string is saved, and when producing code-assigning, the double-sided code-assigning control terminal acquires the string set/string from the manufacturer server for code-assigning production.
Furthermore, when the code packet generated by the server is a character string group, the decrypted code packet can be directly used for double-sided coding production; when the code packet generated by the server is a character string, the character string needs to be associated into a character string group at the double-sided code assigning control terminal, and then the character string group is used for double-sided code assigning production. Specifically, an operator can input the number (first target number) of character string groups to be generated on a double-sided code-assigning control terminal, trigger a character string group generation instruction, acquire the first target number when the double-sided code-assigning control terminal detects the character string group generation instruction, then acquire character strings of a second target number (the second target number is twice of the first target number), then associate every two character strings to obtain the character string group, and respectively mark the two associated character strings in the character string group as an inner box character string and an outer box character string.
Further, the association between the character string set and the product information may be performed when the character string set is generated by the server, or may be performed again at the control terminal that assigns codes on both sides. Specifically, when the double-sided coding control terminal is correlated again, an operator clicks related software through the double-sided coding control terminal to trigger a coding instruction, the double-sided coding control terminal outputs a coding information editing interface when receiving the coding instruction, wherein the coding information editing interface comprises a product information input window and a third target number input window, the operator can input product information and a third target number based on the information editing interface and then click and store the product information and the third target number, when detecting the product information and the target number input based on the coding information editing interface, the double-sided coding control terminal acquires a character string group of the third target number from the stored character string group and correlates the character string group with the product information, wherein the character string group comprises the inner box code character string and the outer box code character string, the inner box code character string and the outer box code character string are both associated with the product information; the product information is stored in advance, the product information input window can be a selection window, a user only needs to click for selection, and the product information can comprise brands, names, tastes, specifications and the like. And after the product information is associated with the character string group by the control terminal of the double-sided coding, the double-sided coding production is controlled according to the method.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when a double-sided coding control terminal detects a character string group decryption instruction, the character string to be decrypted is obtained, a key input interface is output, and when a first key input by the key input interface is detected, a second key obtaining request is sent to a server, wherein the second key obtaining request comprises the first decryption key, and when a second decryption key fed back by the server is received, the character string group is decrypted according to the first key and the second key; because the character string group is encrypted by double keys and the second key is required to be obtained from the server during decryption, the security of the character string group is enhanced.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a double-sided coding control device, including: the double-sided code-assigning control method comprises a memory, a processor and a double-sided code-assigning control program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the steps of the double-sided code-assigning control method according to any one of the embodiments are realized when the processor executes the double-sided code-assigning control program.

when the carton is detected to reach the code area and a character string decryption instruction is detected, acquiring a character string group to be decrypted and outputting a key input interface, wherein the character string group comprises an inner box code character string and an outer box code character string which are mutually related;
when a first decryption key input by the key input interface is detected, sending a second decryption key acquisition request to a server, wherein the second decryption key acquisition request comprises the first decryption key;
when a second decryption key fed back by the server is received, decrypting the character string group according to the first decryption key and the second decryption key;
respectively acquiring the decrypted inner box code character string and the decrypted outer box code character string in the character string group according to the inner box code identification and the outer box code identification;
and controlling the inner box code sprayer to code the inner side of the carton according to the inner box code character string to generate a first graphic code, and controlling the outer box code sprayer to code the outer side of the carton according to the outer box code character string to generate a second graphic code.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the inner box code sprayer to code the inner side of the carton according to the inner box code character string to generate a first graphic code, and the step of controlling the outer box code sprayer to code the outer side of the carton according to the outer box code character string to generate a second graphic code further comprises:
collecting first graphic code information on the inner side and second graphic code information on the outer side of the carton after coding;
and when at least one of the first graphic code information and the second graphic code information is not acquired, controlling a conveying device to convey the carton to a rejection area.
3. The method for controlling double-sided coding according to claim 2, wherein after the step of collecting the coded first graphic code information on the inner side and the coded second graphic code information on the outer side of the carton, the method further comprises:
acquiring character strings corresponding to the first graphic code information and the second graphic code information when the first graphic code information and the second graphic code information are acquired;
and when at least one of the character strings is not matched with the code-assigned character string, controlling a conveying device to convey the carton to a rejection area.

The double-sided coding control method according to claim 3, wherein after the step of acquiring the character strings corresponding to the first graphic code information and the second graphic code information when the first graphic code information and the second graphic code information are acquired, the method further comprises:
when the character strings are matched with the code-assigned character strings, judging whether the character strings are correlated character strings;
when the character strings are not the character strings which are mutually associated, controlling a conveying device to convey the carton to a rejection area;
and when the character strings are mutually associated character strings, controlling a conveying device to convey the carton to a stacking area.
5. The double-sided coding control method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein after the step of controlling the conveying device to convey the cartons to the rejection area, the method further comprises:
and clearing the character string group currently used and putting the character string group into an abnormal data pool.
6. The double-sided coding control method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein after the step of controlling the conveying device to convey the cartons to the rejection area, the method further comprises:
updating the number of the cartons in the rejection area;
and outputting reminding information when the number of the cartons in the rejection area is greater than a preset threshold value.
7. The double-sided coding control method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of controlling the conveyor to convey the cartons to the stacking area when the character strings are mutually associated character strings, the method further comprises:
updating the number of cartons in the group stacking area;
and when the number of the cartons reaches a preset number, conveying the cartons in the stacking area to a strapping machine through the conveying device, and emptying the number of the cartons in the stacking area.

A control device for double-sided coding, the control device comprising: memory, a processor and a double-sided code-assigning control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the double-sided code-assigning control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
