本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维针刺毡,包括外部防水层、玻璃纤维复合层、粘结层、三维微孔、加固包边和加强丝网,所述外部防水层内侧设置有玻璃纤维复合层,所述粘结层内侧开设有三维微孔,所述加固包边内侧设置有加强丝网,本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置有外部防水可以防止外界湿气、水分对与玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面之间发生腐蚀现象;设置有玻璃纤维复合层使玻璃纤维针刺毡具备耐高温、尺寸稳定、伸长收缩率小和强度高的优点;设置有三维微孔使玻璃纤维针刺毡能够降低对过滤气体时产生的阻力,提高其过滤效果;设置有加固包边和加强丝网使玻璃纤维针刺毡具备较高的抗形变和抗撕扯能力,使其应用范围更广、寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺织物技术领域,具体为一种玻璃纤维针刺毡。
背景技术
随着社会现代化的不断发展和人们的环保意识不断增强,使玻璃纤维针刺毡的使用范围也随之逐渐扩大,玻璃纤维针刺毡只要应用于汽车工业、工业过滤、烟气净化和粉尘回收等各种实际应用领域,现有市场的玻璃纤维针刺毡,因其外表面不具备防水性能,导致空气中的湿气、水分等经常与其外表面之间反应造成玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面腐蚀,影响其在实际应用中的使用效果,同时现有的玻璃纤维针刺毡因其内部不具备加强丝网,导致其抗撕扯能力较低,容易使其内部缠绕结构发生变型。
发明内容
本发明提供一种玻璃纤维针刺毡,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的玻璃纤维针刺毡不具备防水性能,导致空气中的湿气、水分等经常与其外表面之间反应造成玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面腐蚀,影响其在实际应用中的使用效果,不具备加强丝网,导致其抗撕扯能力较低等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种玻璃纤维针刺毡,包括外部防水层、憎水剂、玻璃纤维复合层、玻璃纤维基布层、玻璃纤维层、织物组织层、纤维毡网、短丝纤维、粘结层、有机粘结带、三维微孔、针刺微孔隙、固定空穴、加固包边和加强丝网,所述外部防水层内部设置有憎水剂,所述外部防水层内侧下方设置有玻璃纤维复合层,所述玻璃纤维复合层包括玻璃纤维基布层和玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维基布层下方设置有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维复合层内侧下方设置有织物组织层,所述织物组织层包括纤维毡网和短丝纤维,所述纤维毡网下方设置有短丝纤维,所述玻璃纤维复合层与织物组织层之间设置有粘结层,所述粘结层内部中端开设有三维微孔,所述粘结层左右两侧均开设有针刺微孔隙,所述针刺微孔隙外侧开设有固定空穴,所述固定空穴外侧设置有加固包边,所述玻璃纤维复合层和织物组织层外表面均设置有加强丝网。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维复合层与织物组织层之间通过粘结层缠绕粘接。
优选的,所述粘结层内部设置有有机粘结带。
优选的,所述憎水剂为一种硅水乳液材质的构件。
优选的,所述加强丝网为一种透明尼龙纤丝材质的构件。

为了使玻璃纤维复合层3与织物组织层6之间能够形成相互紧密连接缠绕的毡状,本实施例中,优选的,玻璃纤维复合层3与织物组织层6之间通过粘结层9缠绕粘接。
为了使玻璃纤维针刺毡内部之间在连接缠绕时更加紧密,本实施例中,优选的,粘结层9内部设置有有机粘结带10。
为了提高玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面的防水性能,本实施例中,优选的,憎水剂2为一种硅水乳液材质的构件。
为了使玻璃纤维针刺毡具备高强的抗撕扯能力,本实施例中,优选的,加强丝网15为一种透明尼龙纤丝材质的构件。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:玻璃纤维针刺毡在实际运用中,外表面的外部防水层1和其内部的憎水剂2可以有效防止空气中的水分、湿气等与玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面之间发生反应,造成玻璃纤维针刺毡外表面的腐蚀和溃烂,玻璃纤维复合层3和其内部的玻璃纤维基布层4与玻璃纤维层5可以使玻璃纤维针刺毡具备良好的耐高温、尺寸稳定、伸长收缩率小和强度高等特性,使其应用范围更加广泛,织物组织层6和其内部的纤维毡网7和短丝纤维8使玻璃纤维针刺毡能够具备良好的吸音、减震、耐腐蚀、绝缘、阻燃的优良特性,粘结层9和其内部的有机粘结带10使玻璃纤维针刺毡内部层间的连接缠绕更加紧密,在发挥过滤作用时,使其过滤效果更好,加固包边14和加强丝网15使玻璃纤维针刺毡具备更高的抗形变和抗撕扯能力,使其在实际运用过程中,不被轻易损坏,同时提高了其使用范围和使用寿命。
