Abstract
本发明涉及一种面膜及其制造方法,尤其是一种玻尿酸面膜及其加工方法。该面膜包括基材及浸润与基材中的敷料,其特征在于:所述的敷料按重量计包括A相物料90.87‑94.47%、B相物料0.82‑0.98%、C相物料4.46‑8.06%、D相物料0.09‑0.25%。本发明的玻尿酸面膜及其制造方法通过多相物料的组配,结合玻尿酸和多种特殊的植物提取成分,并根据各种植物提取成分的特性分组配比及加工,实现保湿、祛皱、抗衰、紧致肌肤的综合作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面膜及其制造方法,尤其是一种玻尿酸面膜及其加工方法。
背景技术
面膜是一种常用的改善脸部皮肤的护肤品,现在的面膜包括很多成分种类,其中,玻尿酸面膜是一个重要的分类,玻尿酸是一种透明质酸,可以保持皮肤的柔软度和弹性,所以使用玻尿酸面膜可以在面部加强营养物质的供给,保持皮肤弹性,延缓皱纹产生。现有的玻尿酸面膜在保湿效果外一般效果比较单一,往往不能综合的对皮肤缺陷进行护理。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种既能够发挥玻尿酸的有效作用、又加入天然植物成分辅助调理、消炎等效果的玻尿酸面膜。
该面膜包括基材及浸润与基材中的敷料,其特征在于:所述的敷料按重量计包括A相物料90.87-94.47%、B相物料0.82-0.98%、C相物料4.46-8.06%、D相物料0.09-0.25%;其中,
A相物料按总重量计包括水76.77-78.57%、丁二醇3.7-4.3%、丙二醇5.7-6.3%、甘油4.7-5.3%;
B相物料按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.08-0.12%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.28-0.32%、海藻糖0.18-0.22%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.28-0.32%;
C相物料按总重量计包括透明质酸钠0.15-0.25%、小麦蛋白0.05-0.15%、马齿苋3.53-6.47%、对羟基苯乙酮0.25-0.35%、己二醇0.25-0.35%、1/2-戊二醇0.025-0.075%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.005-0.015%、红没药醇0.15-0.25%、姜根提取物0.05-0.15%;
D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.005-0.015%、六肽-90.005-0.015%、肌肽0.03-0.07%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.05-0.15%。
优选地,所述的A相物料按重量计占总量92.67%,其中按总重量计包含水77.67%、丁二醇4%、丙二醇6%、甘油6%;
优选地,所述的B相物料按重量计占总量0.9%,其中按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.1%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.3%、海藻糖0.2%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3%;
优选地,所述的C相物料按重量计占总量6.26%,其中,包括透明质酸钠0.2%、小麦蛋白0.1%、马齿苋5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3%、己二醇0.3%、1/2-戊二醇0.05%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.01%、红没药醇0.2%、姜根提取物0.1%。
优选地,所述的D相物料按重量计占总量0.17%,其中,包括按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.01%、六肽-9 0.01%、肌肽0.05%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.1%。
本发明还提供一种玻尿酸面膜制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、A相物料处理:乳化锅中加入A相物料,搅拌均匀分散完全后,高速搅拌分散均匀,然后搅拌升温至80-85℃;
S2、B相物料处理:加入B相物料,搅拌保温20min左右,确保溶解完全;
S3、C相物料处理:降温至43-45℃,加入C组物料,搅拌均匀。
S4、D相物料处理:继续降温至40℃以下,加入D组物料,慢速搅拌均匀;
S5、检验过滤:取料检验,合格后过滤出料,得到敷料;
S6、敷料浸润基材,包装、喷码;
其中,所述的敷料按重量计包括A相物料90.87-94.47%、B相物料0.82-0.98%、C相物料4.46-8.06%、D相物料0.09-0.25%;其中,

B相物料按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.08-0.12%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.28-0.32%、海藻糖0.18-0.22%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.28-0.32%;
C相物料按总重量计包括透明质酸钠0.15-0.25%、小麦蛋白0.05-0.15%、马齿苋3.53-6.47%、对羟基苯乙酮0.25-0.35%、己二醇0.25-0.35%、1/2-戊二醇0.025-0.075%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.005-0.015%、红没药醇0.15-0.25%、姜根提取物0.05-0.15%;
D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.005-0.015%、六肽-90.005-0.015%、肌肽0.03-0.07%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.05-0.15%。
本发明的玻尿酸面膜及其制造方法通过多相物料的组配,结合玻尿酸和多种特殊的植物提取成分,并根据各种植物提取成分的特性分组配比及加工,实现保湿、祛皱、抗衰、紧致肌肤的综合作用。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例中由于取值范围变化较小,所以先在第一实施例和第二实施例中以端值为取值说明各个具体成分的配比,其中第一实施例的玻尿酸面膜包括基材及浸润与基材中的敷料,所述的敷料按重量计包括A相物料90.87%、B相物料0.82%、C相物料8.06%、D相物料0.25%;其中,
A相物料按总重量计包括水76.77%、丁二醇3.7%、丙二醇5.7%、甘油4.7%;
B相物料按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.08%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.28%、海藻糖0.18%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.28%;
C相物料按总重量计包括透明质酸钠0.25%、小麦蛋白0.15%、马齿苋6.47%、对羟基苯乙酮0.35%、己二醇0.35%、1/2-戊二醇0.075%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.015%、红没药醇0.25%、姜根提取物0.15%;
D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.015%、六肽-9 0.015%、肌肽0.07%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.15%。
第二实施例中的玻尿酸面膜包括基材及浸润与基材中的敷料,所述的敷料按重量计包括A相物料94.47%、B相物料0.98%、C相物料4.46%、D相物料0.09%;其中,
A相物料按总重量计包括水78.57%、丁二醇4.3%、丙二醇6.3%、甘油5.3%;
B相物料按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.12%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.32%、海藻糖0.22%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.32%;
C相物料按总重量计包括透明质酸钠0.15%、小麦蛋白0.05%、马齿苋3.53%、对羟基苯乙酮0.25%、己二醇0.25%、1/2-戊二醇0.02%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.005%、红没药醇0.15%、姜根提取物0.05%;
D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.005%、六肽-9 0.005%、肌肽0.03%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.05%。
在第三实施例中,以上述端值的中间值为例说明配比组成,该中间值配比为最优实施例,第二实施例中的玻尿酸面膜包括基材及浸润与基材中的敷料,所述的敷料按重量计包括:
A相物料按重量计占总量92.67%,其中按总重量计包含水77.67%、丁二醇4%、丙二醇6%、甘油6%;
B相物料按重量计占总量0.9%,其中按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.1%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.3%、海藻糖0.2%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3%;
C相物料按重量计占总量6.26%,其中,包括透明质酸钠0.2%、小麦蛋白0.1%、马齿苋5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3%、己二醇0.3%、1/2-戊二醇0.05%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.01%、红没药醇0.2%、姜根提取物0.1%。
D相物料按重量计占总量0.17%,其中,包括按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.01%、六肽-9 0.01%、肌肽0.05%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.1%。
本发明的第四实施例提供一种玻尿酸面膜制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、A相物料处理:乳化锅中加入A相物料,搅拌均匀分散完全后,高速搅拌分散均匀,然后搅拌升温至80-85℃;
S2、B相物料处理:加入B相物料,搅拌保温20min左右,确保溶解完全;

D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.005-0.015%、六肽-90.005-0.015%、肌肽0.03-0.07%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.05-0.15%。
上述成分中,A相物料中的水7作为溶剂,丁二醇、丙二醇、甘油和D相物料中的棕榈酰五肽作为保湿剂;B相物料中库拉索芦荟、燕麦β-葡聚糖、海藻糖作为皮肤调理剂,丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物作为增稠剂,C相物料中的透明质酸钠作为保湿剂,其余皆作为皮肤调理剂;D相物料中除棕榈酰五肽外皆作为皮肤调理剂,其中A相物料主要作为保湿功用,B、C、D相物料主要起到祛皱、抗衰、紧致肌肤的综合作用。
B相物料按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.12%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.32%、海藻糖0.22%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.32%;
C相物料按总重量计包括透明质酸钠0.15%、小麦蛋白0.05%、马齿苋3.53%、对羟基苯乙酮0.25%、己二醇0.25%、1/2-戊二醇0.02%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.005%、红没药醇0.15%、姜根提取物0.05%;
D相物料按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.005%、六肽-9 0.005%、肌肽0.03%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.05%。
基于上述各个实施例中所得的敷料特性为:颜色:无色;性状:透明粘稠液体;气味:植物清香。
由于各个实施例中的成分的取值比较接近,以下以第三实施例中的配比制造的面膜的实验数据为例进行说明具体的检验数据:

3.如权利要求1所述的玻尿酸面膜,其特征在于:所述的B相物料按重量计占总量0.9%,其中按总重量计包括库拉索芦荟0.1%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.3%、海藻糖0.2%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3%。
4.如权利要求1所述的玻尿酸面膜,其特征在于:所述的C相物料按重量计占总量6.26%,其中,包括透明质酸钠0.2%、小麦蛋白0.1%、马齿苋5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3%、己二醇0.3%、1/2-戊二醇0.05%、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.01%、红没药醇0.2%、姜根提取物0.1%。
5.如权利要求1所述的玻尿酸面膜,其特征在于:所述的D相物料按重量计占总量0.17%,其中,包括按总重量计包括棕榈酰五肽0.01%、六肽-90.01%、肌肽0.05%、3-o-乙基抗环血酸0.1%。
6.玻尿酸面膜制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、A相物料处理:乳化锅中加入A相物料,搅拌均匀分散完全后,高速搅拌分散均匀,然后搅拌升温至80-85℃;
S2、B相物料处理:加入B相物料,搅拌保温20min左右,确保溶解完全;
