when a supporting rod rotates to the top of the wheel disc, the main brush piece and the auxiliary brush piece are respectively contacted with the main contact piece and the auxiliary contact piece on the outer side of the uppermost supporting rod, so that the upper electromagnet, the middle shaft electromagnet and the uppermost overturning electromagnet are electrified to work, the magnetism of the overturning electromagnet is the same as that of the upper electromagnet, and the magnetism of the overturning electromagnet is opposite to that of the middle shaft electromagnet.
