本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及终端设备、基站、数据传输方法销。一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器,用于根据第二时域资源指示信息,确定T2时间长度内的时域资源;所述第二时域资源指示信息用于指示数据传输在T1时间长度内占用的时域资源,所述T2等于2倍T1;所述处理器,还用于生成第二控制信息,所述第二控制信息包括所述第二时域资源指示信息;发射机,用于发送第二控制信息;所述发射机,还用于在所述T2时间长度内确定的时域资源上发送数据。本申请通过仅定义周期一半时间长度的时域类型,使得系统总的时域类型数目适用于车辆与车辆通信场景;另外,时域资源指示信息占用的比特位数也比较少,节约了系统资源。
