Abstract
本申请实施例公开了一种网络电话的处理方法及相关网络设备,用于提升网络电话系统的整体效率,并降低建设成本。本申请实施例一种网络电话的处理方法包括:主叫接入网元检测到摘机事件;主叫接入网元将摘机事件封装为第一信令;主叫接入网元将第一信令发送至云服务器,第一信令用于云服务器创建会话管理和媒体管理;主叫接入网元接收云服务器发送的第二信令,第二信令用于在主叫接入网元和云服务器之间建立第一传输通道,第一传输通道用于传输主叫接入网元与云服务器之间的数据;主叫接入网元根据第二信令建立第一传输通道。本申请实施例还提供了相关网络设备。本申请实施例能够提升网络电话系统的整体效率,并降低建设成本。
