技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轮胎硫化的模具的内镶薄板。
背景技术
文献EP0868955描述了一种使用称作选择性激光熔化的技术制造模具部件的方法,在该技术中,借助激光束,通过选择性地熔化由颗粒形成的粉末来生产内镶元件,例如薄板。这种方法可以通过将由激光束结块的颗粒层进行叠加来构造薄板。
这种技术的优点是薄板的形状可以由计算机建模。因此,关于建模的薄板的尺寸,可以通过计算机控制激光,以选择性地形成连续的层。薄板由压板构造,压板的表面大体上是平的。该压板用作通过连续的层构造薄板的基础。结块的颗粒的第一层直接形成在压板上。
由于使用了激光熔化技术,该第一层焊接到压板上。然后,在第一层上连续地形成结块的颗粒的其它层团。一旦已经形成薄板,就需要使其与压板分离。这种分离操作通常通过使用电火花加工切割来进行。
然而,薄板与压板的分离会导致所述薄板变形。具体而言,每一次通过激光熔化形成结块颗粒层的时候,都会在所述层与先前形成的层之间产生特定的机械应力。当薄板与压板分离的时候,在各层之间存在的机械应力发生变化,并且可能导致薄板变形。例如,当薄板处于较薄的板子的形式的时候,一旦与压板分离,这就可能使薄板在长度和/或宽度上弯曲。因此,变形的薄板在轮胎上留下的印痕可能与轮胎上期望的胎面花纹不对应。
文献WO2011161248描述了一种旨在用于轮胎胎面硫化的模具内镶物的薄板,所述薄板通过选择性地激光熔化来制造。薄板包括配置成将薄板固定在内镶物主体中的固定部分,以及配置成模制轮胎胎面中的至少一个切口的模制部分。薄板还包括完全存在于所述薄板的固定部分的加强装置。在文献WO2011161248提供的方案中,通过选择性地激光熔化来制造的是薄板组件,即固定部分和模制部分。因此,与传统的生产方法相比,用于该薄板的制造时间相对较长,特别是在固定部分的加强件具有复杂的形状的时候。设置的加强件有时不足以调节模制区域的变形。此外,它们相对于模制部分不在正确的位置。因此,需要进一步改善通过激光烧结完全地或者部分地生产的薄板的刚性。
因此,需要整体上优化薄板的制造。
本发明提供了各种技术手段,以改进这些各种缺点。
发明内容
首先,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种薄板,其用于生产非常不同的轮廓,包括复杂轮廓和薄轮廓。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种薄板,其可以优化模制的轮胎胎面的特性。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种薄板,该薄板具有使其更容易制造的技术特征。
为此,本发明提供一种旨在用于轮胎胎面硫化的模具内镶物的薄板,所述薄板包括:
-固定部分,其配置成将薄板固定在内镶物的主体中;
-模制部分,其配置成模制轮胎胎面中的至少一个切口;
模制区域通过第一方法生产,固定区域通过与第一方法不同的第二方法生产。
得益于这种布置,消除或者至少显著地减少了与部分变化相关的问题,这些问题是可能变形的原因。获得了刚性优异的模制部分。
该实施方案使得可以生产混合薄板,混合薄板的某些区域根据轮廓优化,所述轮廓可以借助于第一种方法获得,而至少一个其它区域可以仅通过另一种方法适当地生产。
根据第一个有利的实施方案,模制区域通过包括选择性激光熔化的方法来生产(固定区域的部分通过不包括选择性激光熔化的方法来生产)。
该实施方案可以生产具有模制区域的薄板,模制区域设置有复杂的轮廓,同时具有固定区域,固定区域具有更简单的轮廓,特别是设置有非常薄的表面的轮廓,其难以通过选择性激光熔化来生产。
该实施方案可以通过激光熔化方法生产具有高附加值的部分,并且可以通过传统的方法生产更简单的固定区域,以便降低成本,特别是当该部分标准化的时候。
此外,当部分有较大的变化的时候,结合复杂的较大部分和薄部分,已知的方案会在完全通过激光熔化获得的薄板中产生显著的应力和变形。通过两种不同的方法生产的两个薄板元件的组件可以避免这些变形。
根据第二个有利的实施方案,固定区域通过包括选择性激光熔化的方法来生产(模制区域的部分通过不包括选择性激光熔化的方法来生产)。
该第二个实施方案可以生产具有固定区域的薄板,固定区域设置有复杂的轮廓,同时具有模制区域,模制区域具有更简单的轮廓,特别是设置有非常薄的表面的轮廓,其不能通过选择性激光熔化来生产。
根据一个有利的变体形式,薄板包括至少一个薄部分,其厚度在0.05mm至0.6mm之间,优选为在0.1mm至0.4mm之间。
得益于混合薄板的特性,由不包括选择性激光熔化(例如通过压制)的方法生产的部分可以实现厚度特别小的特性,这难以用选择性激光熔化方法实现。
在变体形式中,薄板的至少一个部分由金属或者复合材料制成。
有利的是,模制区域和固定区域通过焊接、通过销连接、通过夹紧、通过压接、或者通过粘合来组装。在变体形式中,通过将模制区域和固定区域插入到模具的紧固区域中来组装这两个元件。预先放置薄板的两个部分,并且在固定在铝的模具中的期间进行最终组装。
本发明还提供了一种用于轮胎硫化的模具,其具有如上所述的多个薄板。
