Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the sanitary shorts disclosed in patent document 1, the sanitary napkin is pressed against the body by the fastening force of the garment sheet, and the non-stretchable waterproof fabric is disposed from the crotch portion to the waist opening edge side of the rear body, so that leakage of menstrual blood to the outside along the hip cleft is prevented, and the sanitary napkin is not displaced in the stretching direction of the garment sheet. In particular, when sleeping at night, consumers have a strong sense of insecurity against leakage, and it is required to strongly fasten a sanitary napkin to the crotch portion.
However, in the case of the sanitary shorts which have a low stretchability and exhibit a strong fastening force as a whole in order to press the sanitary napkin against the body without a gap therebetween, the abdomen is strongly fastened, and the wearer feels a sense of pressure and cannot relax. On the other hand, when the garment fabric is formed of a highly stretchable fabric in order to reduce such a feeling of pressure, the fit of the sanitary shorts is reduced, and there is a fear that a gap is formed between the body and the shorts, which causes side leakage of menstrual blood. In particular, when the wearer turns over at night at bedtime, the garment piece is stretched with the movement of the thigh, and a gap is formed between the vicinity of the groin and the sanitary shorts, which may cause side leakage of menstrual blood.
The present invention is an improvement of conventional sanitary pants, and an object thereof is to provide a sanitary pants which can be worn comfortably without the wearer feeling the tightness of the abdomen and which does not cause the side leakage of menstrual blood even at night, for example, at bedtime.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is directed to a pair of sanitary shorts having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, and having a skin-facing surface and a non-skin-facing surface located on the opposite side thereof, a waist opening, a pair of leg openings, a front body panel, a back body panel, and a crotch portion.
The physiological pants according to the present invention have: a garment piece fabric which is stretchable and forms an outer surface of the sanitary shorts; a rear body waterproof cloth arranged on the skin-facing surface side of the garment sheet cloth and located at least over the crotch portion; and a cylindrical portion extending annularly in a leg circumferential direction, the cylindrical portion having an inner portion located inside in the lateral direction and an outer portion located outside in the lateral direction, the inner portion being formed by a part of the crotch portion, the inner portion having lower stretchability than the outer portion, and the front body having higher stretchability in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction than the crotch portion and the rear body.
In one embodiment of the sanitary shorts according to the present invention, a waterproof pad is disposed in the crotch portion on a skin-facing surface side of the crotch fabric fixed to the garment panel.
In such a pair of sanitary shorts, since the pad cloth has water-repellency in addition to the crotch water-proof cloth, the crotch portion has high water-repellency due to the double water-proof cloth, and even if menstrual blood leaks from both sides of the sanitary napkin, the menstrual blood can be prevented from flowing out of the sanitary shorts and contaminating the clothing.
In another embodiment of the sanitary shorts according to the present invention, the crotch portion is fixed to the crotch fabric only at both ends, and the dimension of the crotch fabric in the transverse direction is smaller than the dimension of the crotch fabric in the transverse direction.
In such a pair of sanitary shorts, both side edges of the crotch fabric do not overlap with both side edges of the crotch fabric even in a worn state of the shorts, and therefore, the sanitary napkin is easily pinched when attached to the crotch fabric.
In a still further embodiment of the sanitary napkin according to the present invention, the rear body section has a longitudinal elastic body arranged so as to be contractible in the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal elastic body has a higher extension stress than a leg elastic body arranged so as to be contractible at an edge portion of the leg opening.
In such a pair of sanitary shorts, the tension of the elastic body in the vertical direction pressing the crotch portion against the body is greater than the tension of the elastic body in the leg portion stretching the crotch portion in the lateral direction, and therefore the sanitary napkin is not separated from the body.
In a still further embodiment of the physiological pant according to the present invention, the waist opening is defined by a waist elastic region, and an extension stress in the transverse direction of the portion of the front body panel and the back body panel other than the waist elastic region is equal to or less than an extension stress in the transverse direction of the waist elastic region.
In such a pair of sanitary pants, the waist elastic region exerts a holding force that stably fits the body of the wearer, while the other parts of the body are strongly fastened, and therefore the wearer can wear the pants comfortably.
In a still further embodiment of the sanitary shorts according to the present invention, the longitudinal elastic body is covered with a back body waterproof cloth having a lower stretchability than the body cover cloth on an inner surface of the back body.
In such a pair of sanitary shorts, even if the garment sheet cloth having high stretchability is stretched in the back sheet, the low-stretchability back-sheet waterproof cloth is positioned in the back sheet, so that the sanitary napkin is prevented from falling off from the crotch portion of the wearer and the menstrual blood can be prevented from leaking to the outside of the sanitary shorts even if the menstrual blood propagates along the gluteal fold.
In a still further embodiment of the sanitary shorts according to the present invention, the crotch water-proof fabric disposed in the crotch portion and the back-body water-proof fabric disposed in the back-body portion are separate bodies.
In such a pair of sanitary shorts, the crotch part is not directly affected by a force pressing the sanitary napkin positioned in the center part of the crotch part against the body, and the crotch part is not separated from the base of the wearer's thighs.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
In the sanitary shorts according to the present invention, the front body section has higher stretchability in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction than the rear body section and the crotch section, and therefore, the wearer can wear the shorts comfortably without giving a feeling of pressure by tightening the abdomen of the wearer. Further, since the inner portion of the cylindrical portion extending around the leg openings is formed by a part of the crotch portion having water-proof properties and has lower stretchability than the outer portion, even when the wearer turns over and assumes a body posture in which the thighs intersect, the inner portion does not move in conjunction with the outer portion to cause a positional deviation, and a gap causing a side leakage of menstrual blood is not formed between the cylindrical portion and the body.

Detailed Description
The embodiments described below relate to the sanitary shorts shown in fig. 1 to 7(a) and (b), and include not only the indispensable structure of the present invention but also optional and preferable structures. For convenience of explanation, in each drawing, the crotch portion 13 is dotted so as to be distinguishable from other regions of the sanitary napkin 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a sanitary pant, which is an example of the pant of the present invention, has a longitudinal direction Y and a transverse direction X, and a front-back direction Z in a worn state, and includes a waist opening 8, a pair of leg openings 9, a front body panel 11, a back body panel 12, and a crotch portion 13 which is positioned between the front and back body panels 11, 12 and contacts the crotch of a wearer 90. For ease of illustration, the crotch portion 13 is located between a pair of transverse seams 51, 52. Here, the front body panel 11 refers to a portion other than the crotch portion 13 in a front view of the sanitary pants, and the rear body panel 12 refers to a portion other than the crotch portion 13 in a back view of the sanitary pants.
The sanitary shorts have a body cover 30 forming the outer shape thereof. The panel fabric 30 includes a waist fabric 31, a front fabric 32, and a crotch fabric 33, the waist fabric 31 extends annularly in the girth direction to form the entire outer surface of the rear body 12 and the entire outer surfaces of both side portions of the front body 11 excluding the central portion in the transverse direction, the front fabric 32 forms the outer surface of the central portion in the transverse direction X of the front body 11, and the crotch fabric 33 forms the outer surface of the crotch portion 13. The waist panel 31 and the front panel 32 are joined by sewing lines 35, and the sewing lines 35 extend so as to approach each other as they go from the waist opening 8 side toward the crotch portion 13.
The garment panel fabric 30 is formed of a stretchable fabric (biaxially stretched fabric) stretchable in the longitudinal direction Y and the transverse direction X, and as the material, a polyurethane-based fiber such as a rubber fabric and Spandex (Spandex elastic fiber), a rayon fiber, a cotton thread, an acrylonitrile fiber, a nylon fiber, or the like is preferably used. In the present embodiment, the body panel cover 30 is formed of a plurality of fibers including polyurethane fibers and rayon.
Specifically, the stretchable fabric forming the panel fabric 30 is formed of 5 mass% of polyurethane fiber, 40 mass% of rayon fiber, and 55 mass% of cotton fiber. As described above, since the garment sheet material 30 is formed of the stretchable material containing the rayon fiber at a certain ratio, the required fit is ensured and the sweat absorbing property is excellent as compared with the case where the stretchable material is formed of only the polyurethane fiber or the blend fiber of the polyurethane fiber and the cotton or polyester fiber. In particular, when the body temperature is raised by covering a quilt or the like at bedtime, the body temperature or heat is easily accumulated in the shorts, and by using rayon having superior moisture absorption and moisture dissipation properties as compared with nylon fibers or the like, the stuffiness in the shorts can be suppressed.
The panel fabric 30 is easily stretchable in the longitudinal direction Y and the transverse direction X, is stretchable, and has a stretch ratio of 200% in the longitudinal direction Y and the transverse direction X. Since the garment material has high stretchability in the vertical, horizontal, or all directions, the entire sanitary shorts stretch along the body shape of the wearer 90, and therefore the wearer 90 does not feel tight. In particular, since the front body 11 not provided with a material having low stretchability such as a waterproof cloth is easily stretched and does not provide a feeling of pressure to the abdomen, the wearer 90 can comfortably wear the sanitary napkin and can relax at bedtime.
The sanitary shorts further have a ring-like waist elastic region 61 defining the waist opening 8 and leg elastic regions 62 defining the leg openings 9. The opening edge portions of the waist opening 8 and the opening edge portions of the leg openings 9 are formed by the waist elastic region 61 and the leg elastic regions 62, respectively, and therefore, the respective opening edge portions are fitted to the body of the wearer 90.
The waist elastic region 61 includes a covering sheet 64 and a waist elastic body 66, the covering sheet 64 is attached to the upper edge portion of the body panel 30 via a ring-shaped sewing thread 54 extending in the girth direction in a folded-in-half state, and the waist elastic body 66 is arranged between the folded covering sheets 64 so as to be contractible in an extended state. The leg elastic region 62 is formed of a single or a plurality of leg elastic bodies 68 extending annularly along the leg opening 9, and the leg elastic bodies 68 are attached to the inner surface of the body panel cover 30 so as to be contractible in an extended state. The waist elastic body 66 and the leg elastic body 68 are formed of elastic materials such as string-like, belt-like or strip-like rubbers, urethanes, and elastic fiber nonwoven fabrics.
In the waist elastic region 61, the waist elastic body 66 is formed in a double-layered structure sandwiched between the doubled-over covering sheets 64, and therefore, the heat retaining property of the waist opening edge portion is improved. Therefore, the wearer 90 can be warmed up in the vicinity of the umbilicus as compared with the case of having a single-layer structure, and menstrual pain due to cold abdomen can be prevented from worsening.
Further, by disposing the waist elastic 66 in the waist elastic region 61, the extension stress in the transverse direction X becomes higher than the extension stress in the transverse direction X of the other portions of the front and rear body panels 11, 12. Since the portions (lower portions) of the front and rear body panels 11 and 12 other than the waist elastic region 61 are formed only by the panel cloth 30 except for the region where the rear body waterproof cloth 71 described later is disposed, the portions are easily stretched and do not give a tight feeling to the body of the wearer 90, and therefore, when the extension stress of the waist elastic region 61 is relatively large compared to the other portions, the wearer 90 may feel a strong pressing feeling at the waist opening edge portion.
In the present embodiment, the magnitude of the extension stress in the portions of the front and rear body panels 11, 12 other than the waist elastic region 61 is 0.6 to 0.9 times the extension stress in the predetermined width of the waist elastic region 61. In this way, since the extension stress of the waist elastic region is not excessively large compared to the other portions of the front and rear body panels 11 and 12, the wearer 90 is not strongly fastened, and the waist portion can be firmly held.
The outer edge portions of the leg elastic regions 62 are bound by lace cloth 69 having decorative elements (not shown in the figure) such as geometric patterns. The lace fabric 69 is an option, and by forming the leg openings 9 with the lace fabric 69, a soft impression is given, and the appearance design is excellent. The lace covers the thigh 91 of the lying wearer 90, and suppresses the turn-up of the thigh 91 due to turning over or the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a rear body waterproof cloth 71 is disposed on the inner surface of the central portion of the rear body 12 in the lateral direction X. The rear body waterproof cloth 71 is attached to the body panel 30 via the ring-shaped sewing thread 55 extending between the transverse sewing thread 52 and the ring-shaped sewing thread 54 in a curved manner.
Further, a longitudinally-cut elastic body 70 attached so as to be contractible in a state of being extended in the longitudinal direction Y is disposed between the body cover 30 and the back body waterproof cover 71. The longitudinal elastic body 70 is formed of the same elastic material as the waist elastic body 66 and the like, and extends continuously from the transverse sewing line 52 to the outer side portion 22, but may extend intermittently therebetween. The longitudinal elastic member 70 may extend continuously from the transverse sewing line 52 to the transverse sewing line 51 so as to longitudinally cut the crotch portion 13.
Referring to fig. 4, the transverse seam 52 is located between the crotch and is not located on the back body panel 12 side. Thus, the front end of the longitudinal elastic body 70 is positioned between the vaginal opening and the anus of the wearer 90. Since the crotch portion cannot be strongly pressed against the body because the garment material 30 is easily stretched, the front end of the longitudinal elastic body 70 is positioned between the vaginal opening and the anus by making the length dimension in the longitudinal direction Y of the crotch portion 13 relatively small, and the crotch portion 13 can be firmly pressed against the body from the portion that becomes the starting point of the anal cleft, and no gap is formed between the body and the sanitary napkin 40.
Preferably, the back body water-proof cloth 71 is colored in a color different from the waist cloth 31 forming the outer surface of the back body 12. In this case, the wearer 90 can visually recognize that the central portion of the back body 12 has the prevention function, and the wearer 90 can be given a feeling of reassurance against leakage of menstrual blood. Further, for example, when a sanitary napkin having a relatively long longitudinal length for nighttime use or the like is disposed in the sanitary napkin, the back sheet waterproof cloth 71 can function as a positioning member for disposing the sanitary napkin from the crotch portion 13 to the back sheet 12. Thus, by arranging the sanitary napkin at the correct position, the side leakage of menstrual blood can be suppressed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the crotch portion 13 includes a crotch cloth 81 and a pad 82, the crotch cloth 81 is fixed to the inner surface of the crotch fabric 33, and the pad 82 is positioned on the skin-facing surface side of the crotch cloth 81 and is used to attach the sanitary napkin 40 to the body. The crotch tarpaulin 81 is fixed to the crotch fabric 33 over the entire outer peripheral edge by a part of the ring-shaped sewing thread 55 and the pair of transverse sewing threads 51 and 52 arranged along both side edges of the crotch portion 13.
The cloth liner 82 has a belt shape extending in the longitudinal direction Y, has a dimension in the longitudinal direction substantially equal to that of the crotch tarpaulin 81, has a width smaller than that of the crotch tarpaulin, and has a smaller dimension in the transverse direction X. Both end portions of the cloth pad 82 extending in the transverse direction X are fixed to the crotch cloth 81 at the transverse sewing threads 51 and 52, and both side edge portions of the cloth pad 82 extending in the longitudinal direction Y are not fixed to the crotch cloth 81, and portions other than both end portions are in a free (unfixed) state.
The cloth liner 82 is formed of a waterproof cloth, similarly to the crotch waterproof cloth 81. The waterproof cloths used for the back piece waterproof cloth 71, the crotch waterproof cloth 81, and the bed cloth 82 are waterproof knitted fabrics made of synthetic fibers such as polyethylene fibers, polyester fibers, and acrylic fibers, and are non-stretchable or less stretchable than the piece cloth 30. The back body waterproof fabric 71 has a plurality of mesh structures (deer-grain-shaped texture), has a required waterproof property, and has moisture permeability to the extent that hot air accumulated inside is discharged to the outside.
The sanitary napkin 40 has a skin-facing surface and a non-skin-facing surface, an absorber 41 disposed in the sanitary napkin body, and a pair of wings 42 extending from both sides of the absorber. The sanitary napkin 40 is stably fixed to the sanitary napkin by bending the flap sections 42 in a state where the non-skin-facing surface is in close contact with the crotch part of the pad 82, inserting the folded flap sections between the pad 82 and the crotch part of the waterproof cloth 81, and attaching the folded flap sections to the non-skin-facing surface of the pad 82 via the adhesive sections 43 on the skin-facing surface side of the flap sections 42. Since the pad cloth 82 is free except for both end portions, it is suspended and held in the crotch portion 13, and the sanitary napkin 40 can be moved in conformity with the movement of the wearer 90, and leakage of menstrual blood can be effectively prevented.
When the sanitary napkin 40 is attached to the pad cloth 82, if the dimension in the transverse direction X of the crotch tarpaulin 81 is the same as the dimension in the transverse direction X of the pad cloth 82, the crotch tarpaulin 33 is stretched in the longitudinal direction Y by the stretching action thereof, and both side edge portions overlap each other, so that it is difficult to pinch only both side edge portions of the pad cloth 82, and the attachment operation cannot be smoothly performed. In the present embodiment, as described above, since the dimension in the transverse direction X of the crotch fabric 82 is smaller than the dimension in the transverse direction X of the crotch fabric 81, both side edge portions of the fabric 82 are easily pinched, and the attachment operation can be smoothly performed.
In the present embodiment, the crotch fabric 33 has high stretchability and is fitted to the crotch of the wearer while exhibiting a required stretchability, and a double waterproof fabric including the crotch fabric 81 and the back fabric 82 formed of a waterproof fabric is disposed on the inner surface side, thereby providing high waterproofness. Therefore, even if menstrual blood oozes from both sides of the sanitary napkin 40, leakage to the outside can be effectively prevented. However, the pad cloth 82 may be non-waterproof as long as the crotch portion 13 exhibits the required waterproofness. Even in such a case, since the crotch tarpaulin 81 is wider than the cloth liner 82, menstrual blood leaking from the side of the sanitary napkin 40 attached to the cloth liner 82 can be prevented from moving to the outside.
In the worn state of the sanitary shorts, the longitudinal elastic body 70 is disposed in the center portion of the back body 12, and therefore, the tension in the front-back direction Z generated by the contraction force of the longitudinal elastic body 70 acts on the crotch portion 13 (the crotch fabric 33) connected via the longitudinal elastic body 70 and the transverse sewing thread 52. The sanitary napkin 40 is pressed against the crotch of the wearer 90 by such tension, and the absorber 41 located at the center of the sanitary napkin main body is brought into close contact with the vicinity of the vaginal opening. This improves the absorbency of the sanitary napkin and can prevent the occurrence of side leakage of menstrual blood.
Although not shown in the drawings, the crotch tarpaulin 81 and the cloth pad 82 may be formed of cloth materials colored in different colors. In this case, when the wearer 90 wears the sanitary napkin 40, the position and shape of the pad cloth 82 can be instantly grasped when looking into the sanitary napkin. Further, by coloring the crotch tarpaulin 81 and/or the patch 82 in the same color as the back body tarpaulin 71, it can be visually recognized that the inner surface of the sanitary short pants has a waterproof function from the crotch part 13 to the back body 12.
In the sanitary shorts 10 according to the present embodiment, since the garment panel 30 has a relatively high stretchability during wearing, the wearer 90 does not feel a strong abdominal pressure feeling due to the contact of the front body 11. Further, since the panel cloth 30 is stretched in the longitudinal direction Y and the lateral direction X in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the shape of the buttocks, a portion facing the gluteal cleft is in a stretched state. In such a case, although there is a possibility that menstrual blood leaking from the sanitary napkin 40 may leak to the outside along the gap due to the gap with the gluteal cleft, by arranging the low-stretch or non-stretch back sheet waterproof cloth 71 so as to cover the gluteal cleft, the garment sheet cloth 30 located around the back sheet waterproof cloth 71 is pulled toward the gluteal cleft side, and the back sheet waterproof cloth 71 stays at a position facing the gluteal cleft, and can be embedded in the gluteal cleft to block the menstrual blood outflow path.
Further, since the longitudinal elastic body is disposed along the gluteal groove, the rear body waterproof cloth 71 can be more strongly pressed against the gluteal groove by the contraction action thereof, and such a menstrual blood outflow path can be reliably blocked. However, since the panel cloth 30 is highly stretchable, there is a possibility that the panel cloth 30 cannot completely resist the stretching force and is buried in the gluteal cleft. In particular, when the sanitary napkin 40 absorbs menstrual blood and becomes heavy, the garment sheet material 30 tends to stretch in the longitudinal direction Y, and therefore the sanitary napkin 40 may separate from the crotch portion and cause side leakage of menstrual blood.
In the present embodiment, by setting the elongation stress of the longitudinally-cut elastic body 70 to be relatively high, the sanitary shorts can be firmly pressed against the crotch against the garment panel cloth 30 having relatively high stretchability, and can be stably fitted to the buttocks along the shape of the buttocks having the concavity and convexity. This makes it possible to prevent leakage of menstrual blood while maintaining the state in which the sanitary napkin 40 is fitted in the crotch portion.
In addition, when the leg elastic members 68 have a relatively high elongation stress, the sanitary short pants may be pulled strongly in the transverse direction X in the crotch portion 13, and the sanitary napkin 40 may not be pressed strongly against the crotch portion by the tension of the longitudinal elastic members 70. In the present embodiment, the elongation stress of the longitudinal elastic body 68 is higher than the elongation stress of the leg elastic body 68. Thereby, the crotch portion 13 is strongly pulled in the transverse direction X, and the sanitary napkin 40 can be prevented from separating from the crotch portion.
In addition, the elongation stress in the longitudinal direction Y of the longitudinal elastic body 70 is equal to or less than the elongation stress in the waist circumferential direction of the waist elastic body 66. As described above, the elongation stress of the waist elastic body 66 is so large that the required holding force is exerted and the abdominal tightening feeling is not given, but when the elongation stress is lower than the elongation stress of the longitudinal elastic body 70, the waist opening edge is slipped off by the contraction force of the longitudinal elastic body 70. Accordingly, by setting the elongation stress of the longitudinal elastic body 70 to be smaller than the elongation stress of the waist elastic body 66, the waist opening edge portion does not slip off, and the sanitary napkin 40 does not separate from the body.
Here, when the longitudinal elastic body 70, the waist elastic body 66, and the leg elastic body 68 are formed of the same elastic material, the elongation ratio of the longitudinal elastic body 70 is 15 to 25%, the elongation ratio of the waist elastic body 66 is 25 to 35%, and the elongation ratio of the leg elastic body 68 is 5 to 10%. If the stretch ratio of the longitudinal elastic body 70 is less than 15%, the tension for pressing the crotch portion 13 against the body cannot be sufficiently exerted, and if it is greater than 25%, the stretching force higher than that of the waist elastic body 66 is exerted, and the waist opening edge portion may slip off.
The rear-body waterproof cloth 71 of the rear body 12 and the crotch waterproof cloth 81 of the crotch portion 13 are joined to each other via the transverse sewing thread 52, but are preferably not integrated but separate. When the back-body waterproof fabric 71 and the crotch waterproof fabric 81 are integrally and continuously formed, the tension acting in the longitudinal direction Y of the longitudinal elastic body 70 may directly act on the entire crotch portion 13, and a gap may be formed between the crotch portion and the vicinity of the groin of the wearer 90, and by forming the separate body, the direct influence of the tension may be blocked, and the crotch waterproof fabric 81 may be arranged at an accurate position.
< method for measuring elongation stress >
The elongation stress of each of the elastic bodies 66 and 68 was measured using a tensile tester (manufactured by インストロン) at a tensile speed of 300 mm/min. First, a 25mm wide elastic region (including the garment fabric 30) including the elastic bodies 66 and 68 was cut out from the sanitary shorts 10 as a test piece, the test piece was fixed between chucks of a tensile tester in a contracted state (the initial inter-chuck distance was 100mm), and the length of each test piece at the time of maximum elongation was measured and taken as the maximum dimension (100%). Thereafter, the test piece was left to stand at 20 ℃ and 60% humidity for 48 hours. After 48 hours had elapsed, the test piece was stretched to a size of 85% of the maximum size, and then returned to a size of 75% of the maximum size, and the stress at that time was measured, and the measured value was taken as the stretching stress (N/25mm) of each waist elastic body. The measurement of the elongation stress of the garment panel cloth 30 was also carried out by cutting the garment panel cloth to a width of 25mm as a test piece, and the measurement of the waist elastic region 61 was also carried out by cutting the physiological pants 10 to a width of 25mm as a test piece by the same method. In addition, when a width of 25mm cannot be cut out from the product in each test piece, the elongation stress was calculated in terms of the width of 25 mm.
Referring to fig. 6, the sanitary shorts 10 further include a cylindrical portion 20, and the cylindrical portion 20 extends downward from a central portion 13A of the crotch portion 13, i.e., a portion in contact with a lower end 92 of the lower abdomen of the wearer 90. The cylindrical portion 20 has a ring shape surrounding the proximal side of the thigh portion 91 of the wearer 90, and has an inner portion 21 in contact with the proximal portion 93 of the groin of the wearer 90, and an outer portion 22 located outside in the lateral direction X thereof and in contact with the thigh portion 91. The inner portion 21 of the cylindrical portion 20 is formed by two side portions located on both sides of the central portion 13A of the crotch portion 13.
Referring to fig. 7(a), in a state where the wearer 90 wearing the sanitary napkin 10 lies on his/her back for sleeping, the sanitary napkin 10 is stably fitted to the body via the panel fabric 30 formed of an elastic fabric as a whole, and the sanitary napkin 40 is also stably fitted to the body by attaching the sanitary napkin 40 to the pad fabric 82 disposed in the crotch portion 13 in a floating pad-like manner. In the case of a so-called high-split pants having leg openings formed by cutting upward from the center of the crotch portion, the upper portions of the thighs 91 are exposed, and therefore, even if the body is slightly moved, the leg opening edge portions are pulled toward the crotch portion, and therefore, when the sanitary napkin is attached to the crotch portion, the sanitary napkin is likely to be displaced.
Since the sanitary napkin 10 according to the present embodiment is a one-piece pants (or sport pants) including the cylindrical portion 20, the entire waist circumference of the wearer 90 and the base portions of the thighs 91 are covered, and the sanitary napkin 40 is stably disposed in the crotch portion 13, thereby suppressing the occurrence of positional deviation. In addition, the wearer 90 can be given a sense of reassurance in appearance that the sanitary napkin 40 is not displaced and the menstrual blood is not leaked laterally. Further, even if the body is covered over a relatively wide range in this way, the garment panel is stretchable, and therefore does not give the wearer 90 a sense of tightness.
Even when menstrual blood equal to or greater than the absorption capacity of the sanitary napkin 40 is excreted, the crotch portion 13 has water-repellency, and the inner portion 21 of the cylindrical portion 20 that contacts the base of the groin of the wearer 90 also has water-repellency, so that menstrual blood can be prevented from leaking from the side of the sanitary shorts.
As shown in fig. 7(b), when the wearer 90 turns over and the thigh portions 91 of both legs cross each other, the cylindrical portion 20 is deformed by the movement of the body, and a gap is formed between the cylindrical portion and the body, which may cause a side leakage of menstrual blood. In particular, since the outer shape of the sanitary shorts is formed by the highly stretchable panel cloth 30, the sanitary shorts stretch in the direction of body movement in conjunction with each other, and such a gap is easily formed. Referring to fig. 7(c), when the wearer 90 lies down with such a gap kept, menstrual blood may propagate along the body and move downward to contaminate the clothing.
In the present embodiment, by disposing the crotch tarpaulin 81 in the inner portion 21 of the cylindrical portion 20, the stretchability of the inner portion 21 is lower than the stretchability of the outer portion 22. Therefore, when the wearer 90 turns over to a state in which the legs cross each other, the outer portion 22 of the cylindrical portion 20 stretches in conjunction with the movement of the body, while the inner portion 21 having a lower elasticity than the outer portion 22 does not stretch and contract in conformity with the outer portion 22 and stays in a correct position while being in contact with the vicinity of the base 93 of the groin of the wearer 90, and therefore, a gap causing a side leakage of menstrual blood is not formed between the body and the cylindrical portion 20.
Further, since the front body 11 is more likely to stretch in the longitudinal direction Y and the transverse direction X than the back body 12 and the crotch portion 13, even if the wearer 90 turns over and the abdomen is largely deformed, the front body 11 is stretched in accordance with the movement, and thus, the reduction in the fit of the sanitary napkin 40 due to the separation of the front body 11 from the body can be prevented.
Thus, when the sanitary napkin 10 is used for night use, the wearer 90 can wear the sanitary napkin in a relaxed state without tightening the abdomen, and the cylindrical portion 20 is firmly fitted to the root of the thigh portion 91, and even if menstrual blood leaks from the sanitary napkin 40, the menstrual blood is reliably guided by the crotch tarpaulin 81, so that the wearer can sleep comfortably without fear of menstrual blood flowing out of the sanitary napkin 10 and adhering to clothing, bedding, and the like.
Referring again to fig. 3, a fold region 18 composed of a plurality of small folds is formed in the outer surface of the back body panel 12 at the portion where the longitudinal elastic body 70 is fixed. By forming the fold region 18 on the outer surface of the back body 12, folds are formed also on the back body tarpaulin 71 located on the inner surface side, and the contact area with the skin is reduced. This reduces frictional resistance to the vicinity of the gluteal cleft, and allows comfortable wearing of the sanitary shorts.
As the member constituting the sanitary shorts, any known material generally used in the art may be used without limitation, except for the materials described in the present specification, unless otherwise specified. In addition, the terms "first" and "second" used in the present specification are simply used to distinguish the same members, positions, and the like.
