It should be noted that the message billing system provided in the present application may adopt a distributed architecture design, where the distributed system is a software system built on a network, and each module in the system has high cohesiveness and transparency. Cohesiveness means that each service node is highly autonomous, and different service nodes have no influence on each other. Transparency means that each service node is transparent and equivalent to the user's application, and the bearer capability is indistinguishable. In the distributed system, the service capability is provided for the outside through the uniform interface, and a user cannot feel the distribution condition of a specific node.
The message charging system of the present application may provide a service to a user in a distributed cluster manner, which is not limited herein.
According to the message charging system provided by the embodiment, after the DCC messages reported by the provincial message charging device in real time are sorted, the unified rating unit performs unified charging rating processing, on the basis of realizing unified management of each provincial business, online real-time charging rating is realized by one point support of the headquarter based on message real-time charging, the charging period is effectively reduced, and therefore the real-time performance of signal control and short message reminding is improved. In the embodiments of the present application, "first" and "second" are used only for distinguishing descriptions and are not used to limit the order.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (17)

1. A second message charging apparatus, wherein the second message charging apparatus is applied to each province, and comprises:
the online access unit is used for receiving the message charging request message reported by the network element, converting the message charging request message into a standard DCC message according to a preconfigured routing table and sending the standard DCC message to the message control unit;
the message control unit is used for uploading the received DCC message to a first message charging device according to a first preset rule so that the first message charging device performs corresponding charging pricing processing according to the DCC message; the first message charging means is applied to headquarters.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the message control unit is further configured to perform user authentication and quota calculation processing according to the DCC message, generate a first response message, and return the first response message to the online access unit; the user authentication is to judge whether the current state of the user service is available, and does not perform back calculation processing; the quota calculation is to determine the current quota for the user according to a pre-configured calculation rule and the current state of the user service;
the online access unit is further configured to send the received first response message to a network element, so that the network element monitors a user service according to the first response message;
the message control unit is further configured to receive a second response message returned by the first message charging apparatus, perform timeout judgment if the second response message is not received within a first preset time, and perform bandwidth degradation processing if a judgment result meets a preset timeout condition.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the online access unit is further configured to generate a service put-through message if the DCC message is failed to be sent to the message control unit, and return a put-through result code corresponding to the service put-through message to the network element;
the online access unit is further configured to receive an offline call ticket reported by the network element, screen out a first offline call ticket corresponding to an online charging user, and send the first offline call ticket to the first message charging device, where the first offline call ticket is an offline call ticket generated due to service release or response timeout of the online access unit;
the message control unit is further configured to generate a second offline ticket under an abnormal condition, and send the second offline ticket to the first message charging device, where the abnormal condition includes that the DCC message cannot be sent to the first message charging device, the service is released, the bandwidth is automatically degraded, or the user information cannot be checked.
4. The apparatus of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
and the online acquisition unit is used for acquiring a third offline call ticket reported by the network element and sending the third offline call ticket to the first message charging device so that the first message charging device performs charging pricing according to the third offline call ticket and the DCC message.
5. A first message charging apparatus, applied to a headquarters, comprising:
the message collecting unit is used for receiving the DCC messages uploaded by the second message charging device, generating a first message bill with a preset unified rating format according to the DCC messages, and sending the first message bill to the sorting unit; the second message charging means is applied to each province;
the sorting unit is used for determining the user information corresponding to the first message ticket according to the first message ticket and sending the first message ticket and the user information corresponding to the first message ticket to the uniform pricing unit;
and the uniform rating unit is used for performing charging rating processing according to the received first message ticket and the user information corresponding to the first message ticket.
6. The device of claim 5, further comprising a signal-controlled reminder unit;
the uniform pricing unit is also used for sending a charging result of the charging pricing process to the signal control reminding unit;
and the signal control reminding unit is used for receiving the charging result sent by the unified rating unit and carrying out signal control and reminding processing according to the charging result.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the message aggregating unit is further configured to return a second response message to the second message charging apparatus after receiving the DCC message uploaded by the second message charging apparatus, where the second response message is a message that the DCC message upload is successful;
the message collecting unit is further configured to receive a first offline call ticket and/or a second offline call ticket sent by the second message charging device, convert the first offline call ticket and/or the second offline call ticket into a second message call ticket in a preset unified rating specification format, and send the second message call ticket and/or the second offline call ticket to the sorting unit, so that the sorting unit determines user information corresponding to the second message call ticket according to the second message call ticket, and sends the second message call ticket and the user information corresponding to the second message call ticket to the unified rating unit for charging rating processing.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 5-7, further comprising:
the user information synchronization unit is used for issuing the user information to the message control units of the second message charging devices through the user information synchronization interface, and providing user information data for the message control units of the second message charging devices to perform user authentication and quota calculation;
the standard off-line call ticket generating unit is used for receiving a third off-line call ticket sent by the on-line acquisition unit of the second message charging device, generating a standard off-line call ticket according to the third off-line call ticket and sending the standard off-line call ticket to the uniform rating unit;
the unified rating unit is further configured to receive the standard offline call ticket, and perform rating processing according to the standard offline call ticket, the first message call ticket sent by the sorting unit, and the user information corresponding to the first message call ticket.
9. A message charging method, applied to a second message charging apparatus, the second message charging apparatus being applied to provinces, comprising:
receiving a message charging request message reported by a network element, and converting the message charging request message into a standard DCC message according to a preconfigured routing table;
uploading the received DCC message to a first message charging device according to a first preset rule, so that the first message charging device performs corresponding charging pricing processing according to the DCC message; the first message charging means is applied to headquarters.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
performing user authentication and quota calculation processing according to the DCC message to generate a first response message; the user authentication is to judge whether the current state of the user service is available, and does not perform back calculation processing; the quota calculation is to determine the current quota for the user according to a pre-configured calculation rule and the current state of the user service;
sending the first response message to a network element so that the network element monitors user services according to the first response message;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving a second response message returned by the first message charging device, if the second response message is not received within a first preset time, performing overtime judgment, and if the judgment result meets a preset overtime condition, performing bandwidth degradation processing.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving an offline call ticket reported by a network element, screening out a first offline call ticket corresponding to an online charging user, and sending the first offline call ticket to the first message charging device, so that the first message charging device performs corresponding processing according to the first offline call ticket, wherein the first offline call ticket is generated due to service release or response timeout of an online access unit;
and generating a second offline call ticket under abnormal conditions, and sending the second offline call ticket to the first message charging device so that the first message charging device performs corresponding processing according to the second offline call ticket, wherein the abnormal conditions comprise that DCC messages cannot be sent to the first message charging device, service is released, the bandwidth is automatically degraded or user information cannot be found.
12. The method according to any one of claims 9-11, further comprising:
and acquiring a third offline call ticket reported by a network element, and sending the third offline call ticket to the first message charging device, so that the first message charging device performs charging pricing according to the third offline call ticket and the DCC message.
13. A message charging method applied to a first message charging apparatus applied to a headquarters, comprising:
receiving DCC messages uploaded by a second message charging device, and generating a first message ticket with a preset unified rating format according to the DCC messages; the second message charging means is applied to each province;
determining user information corresponding to the first message ticket according to the first message ticket;
and performing charging pricing processing according to the first message ticket and the user information corresponding to the first message ticket.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
performing signal control and reminding processing according to the charging result of the charging pricing processing;
the method further comprises the following steps:
after receiving the DCC message uploaded by the second message charging device, returning a second response message to the second message charging device, wherein the second response message is a message of successful DCC message uploading;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a first offline call ticket and/or a second offline call ticket sent by the second message charging device, and converting the first offline call ticket and/or the second offline call ticket into a second message call ticket with a preset unified rating format; determining user information corresponding to the second message ticket according to the second message ticket; and performing charging pricing processing according to the second message ticket and the user information corresponding to the second message ticket.
15. The method of claim 13 or 14, further comprising:
the user information is sent to the message control unit of each second message charging device through the user information synchronous interface, and user information data are provided for the message control unit of each second message charging device to carry out user authentication and quota calculation;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a third offline call ticket sent by an online acquisition unit of the second message charging device, and generating a standard offline call ticket according to the third offline call ticket;
and performing charging pricing processing according to the standard offline call ticket, the first message call ticket and the user information corresponding to the first message call ticket.
16. A message charging terminal, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the memory-stored computer program to implement the method of any one of claims 9-12 or to implement the method of any one of claims 13-15.
