The display unit 106 is used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user. The user input unit 107 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the mobile terminal. Specifically, the user input unit 107 may include a touch panel 1071 and other input devices 1072. The touch panel 1071, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect a touch operation performed by a user on or near the touch panel 1071 (e.g., an operation performed by the user on or near the touch panel 1071 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory), and drive a corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. The touch panel 1071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. retrieving and determining a target cabinet number and a target goods picking code in the short message, the picture information and the voice information according to the target express service provider information;
the retrieving and determining the target cabinet number and the target goods picking code in the short message, the picture information and the voice information according to the target express service provider information comprises the following steps:
respectively extracting a first cabinet number from the short message, a second cabinet number from the picture information and a third cabinet number from the voice information;

matching the first express service provider information, the second express service provider information and the third express service provider information to obtain target express service provider information; comparing the express service provider information in the first express service provider information, the second express service provider information and the third express service provider information; according to the comparison result, determining at least two identical express service provider information as the target express service provider information; the express service provider information for comparison also comprises express service provider information obtained through display information of a shopping application program or inquiry information of the shopping application program; the comparison of the express delivery service provider information also comprises the comparison of the telephone numbers provided by the express delivery service providers;
retrieving and determining a target cabinet number and a target goods picking code in the short message, the picture information and the voice information according to the target express service provider information;

and carrying out difference comparison on the short message, the picture information and the voice information, selecting the information with complete information for comparison, and selecting the information with incomplete information for marking.
5. The information labeling apparatus of claim 4, wherein the computer program when executed by the processor implements:
determining character keywords, image key elements and voice keywords corresponding to the express cabinet information;
detecting the short message, the picture information and the voice information within the preset time period by combining the character key words, the image key elements and the voice key words;
and determining short messages containing the express cabinet information, picture information containing the express cabinet information and voice information containing the express cabinet information.

determining the name, the telephone and the icon of the express service provider;
and extracting the first express service provider information from the short message, the second express service provider information from the picture information and the third express service provider information from the voice information according to the name, the telephone and the icon respectively.
