本发明提供一种无尘车间换气除尘结构,包括车间,车间上端设有进风室,车间两侧设有排风室,进风室上端设有进风机,进风机右侧设有进风管,进风管上依次设有静电除尘箱和水洗除尘箱,车间顶端设有进风口,进风管与进风口连接,车间两侧设有排风口,排风口与排风扇相连接,排风室外侧设有排风机。本发明通过车间上端设有进风口,车间下端两侧设有排风口,空气从上到下流动,与空气中的灰尘充分结合,通过排风口排出,有效的清洁了车间内的环境,提高了车间的清洁度。

技术领域
本发明涉及洁净车间技术领域,尤其涉及一种无尘车间换气除尘结构。
背景技术
无尘车间是指在一定空间范围内将空气中的微粒子、有害空气、细菌等污染物减少到规定指标下,将室内的温度、洁净度、室内压力、气流速度与气流分布、噪音振动及照明、静电控制在某一需求范围内而特别设计的房间。现有的无尘车间的进风系统空气过滤结构单一,基本都是通过中央空调的过滤装置进行过滤,不能有效的保证无尘车间的洁净程度,因此解决这些问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无尘车间换气除尘结构,通过设置静电除尘箱和水箱除尘箱对空气中的灰尘进行充分的过滤,减少静电产生,增加空气湿度,过滤的空气通过进风口进入车间,空气与车间粉尘结合,排风机通过排风口对车间内的空气进行排出,解决了洁净度低的问题。
本发明提供一种无尘车间换气除尘结构,包括车间,车间上端设有进风室,车间两侧设有排风室,进风室上端设有进风机,进风机右侧设有进风管,进风管上依次设有静电除尘箱和水洗除尘箱,进风室内设有洁净空调,进风管和洁净空调连接,车间顶端设有进风口,洁净空调与进风口连接,车间两侧设有排风口,排风口与排风室相连接,排风室外侧设有排风机。
进一步改进在于:进风口内设有高效过滤器。
进一步改进在于:排风口上设有排风百叶。
进一步改进在于:车间地面铺设有防静电地坪。
本发明的有益效果: 通过车间上端设有进风口,车间下端两侧设有排风口,空气从上到下流动,与空气中的灰尘充分结合,通过排风口排出,有效的清洁了车间内的环境,提高了车间的清洁度;设置防静电地坪,防止灰尘产生静电吸附在地面上。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种无尘车间换气除尘结构,包括车间1,车间1上端设有进风室2,车间1两侧设有排风室3,进风室2上端设有进风机4,进风机4右侧设有进风管5,进风管5上依次设有静电除尘箱6和水洗除尘箱7,进风室2内设有洁净空调8,进风管5和洁净空调8连接,车间1顶端设有进风口9,洁净空调8与进风口9连接,车间1两侧设有排风口10,排风口10与排风室3相连接,排风室3外侧设有排风机11。进风口9上端设有高效过滤器12。排风口10上设有排风百叶13。车间1地面铺设有防静电地坪14。
本实施例空气通过进风机4从进风管5依次通过静电除尘箱6和水洗除尘箱7进行过滤净化,静电除尘箱6通过静电作用对空气中的粉尘进行吸附过滤,水洗除尘箱7对空气进行二次净化过滤,减少空气中静电含量,增加空气湿度;空气从进风管5进入洁净空调,洁净空调8对空气进行降温,降温的空气从进风口9进入车间1,通过高效过滤器12进行第三次净化过滤,空气与车间1中的粉尘结合,排风机11通过排风口10将带有粉尘的空气吸入排风室2进行排出;设置防静电地坪14,防止粉尘因为静电作用吸附在地面上,产生污染。

1.一种无尘车间换气除尘结构,包括车间(1),其特征在于:车间(1)上端设有进风室(2),车间(1)两侧设有排风室(3),进风室(2)上端设有进风机(4),进风机(4)右侧设有进风管(5),进风管(5)上依次设有静电除尘箱(6)和水洗除尘箱(7),进风室(2)内设有洁净空调(8),进风管(5)和洁净空调(8)连接,车间(1)顶端设有进风口(9),洁净空调(8)与进风口(9)连接,车间(1)两侧设有排风口(10),排风口(10)与排风室(3)相连接,排风室(3)外侧设有排风机(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的无尘车间换气除尘结构,其特征在于:进风口(9)上端设有高效过滤器(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的无尘车间换气除尘结构,其特征在于:排风口(10)上设有排风百叶(13)。
4.如权利要求1所述的无尘车间换气除尘结构,其特征在于:车间(1)地面铺设有防静电地坪(14)。
