背景技术
空气净化器是指能够吸附、分解或者转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。但是通常情况下,空气净化器都会被设置在某个固定位置用于室内这种小范围的空气净化,而对于室外这种大范围的空气污染治理,现有的空气净化器尚无法达到相应的治理效果,且也一直都没有大范围有效净化的治理设备,因此,在某个固定区域,一个空气净化系统只能局限于周边几米的范围,而且还需要较大功率的电扇通风,耗电量大,造价昂贵。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是解决现有空气净化器无法实现大范围空气净化的效果,且耗电量大,造价昂贵的问题。

本发明,采用室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,实现了对外部环境中空气的有效吸附净化,起到了一定的保护环境作用,同时,本装置采用四面通风的设计减少了对过滤网的风阻力,底部设置的抽屉式储水格内装有活性炭过滤棉,不仅能保持底部湿度,有效防止储水格的水份流失,还能够有效地吸附、过滤空气中污染颗粒以及有害气体,从而在净化空气的同时避免了箱体内部的二次污染。本装置结构简单、清洗方便、成本低、不需要电源、使用范围广、不惧水、防晒力强。

如图1至图3所示,本发明提供了一种室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,包括箱体1、用于将箱体1固定连接在汽车车背上的固定架2、过滤装置、吸附装置和辅助进风排风装置,且固定架2固定在箱体1的底 面上,箱体1的顶部设有可翻转打开的上盖,上盖的一端铰接设置在箱体1上,其他三端分别通过搭扣3与箱体1连接。上盖的活动设置,可以实现对箱体内部的便利清洗以及可以实时更换内部使用的过滤装置。

结合图3所示,吸附装置包括起吸附净化作用的过滤棉6,箱体1的下部设有可活动推拉的抽屉式储水格7,过滤棉6设置在抽屉式储水格7内,在本实施例中,过滤棉采用活性炭过滤棉。活性炭过滤棉可以有效吸附净化进入箱体的雾霾以及小颗粒尘埃,因此,在风的惯性下,大部分跌落至抽屉式储水格中的雾霾以及小颗粒尘埃,就会被活性炭过滤棉吸附净化掉。在使用过程中,如需要更换活性炭过滤棉或者水,只要将抽屉式储水格拉伸出来更换即可。
结合图2所示,辅助进风排风装置包括若干个设置在上盖上且用于加强排风量的风动力排风扇8。风动力排风扇可以有效促使空气进入箱体内以及排出去,为空气的流动增加动力。本实施例中,风动力排风扇采用3个,每个风动力排风扇的外部罩设有一进风罩,且进风罩上设有若干进风孔9,进风孔9设置成条形通风孔,并与第一通风孔平行设置。此处的平行设置, 是为了保证各个方位的风向流动一致,使得空气在箱体内外的流动阻力减小。

固定架2整体呈板条状,其长度与汽车车背的宽度适配,且固定架2的两端分别设有用于卡装在汽车车背上的弯钩状卡槽11,这样,可以有效的保证箱体固定在汽车车背上,固定架的下端面上设有若干起辅助吸附作用的磁铁,磁铁的使用,起到了二次加强固定的作用,使得固定效果更好。固定架本身也可以根据不同车型设计成相应的不同样式和规格,以便于更好的安装和美观。

本发明,可固定在汽车上,随汽车移动实现对大气的有效吸附净化, 起到了一定的保护环境作用,同时,四面通风的设计减少了对过滤网的风阻力,抽屉式储水格内的活性炭过滤棉,不仅能保持底部湿度,有效防止储水格的水份流失,还能够有效地吸附、过滤空气中污染颗粒以及有害气体,从而在净化空气的同时避免了箱体内部的二次污染。本装置结构简单、清洗方便、成本低、不需要电源、使用范围广、不惧水、防晒力强。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,包括箱体和用于将所述箱体固定连接在汽车车背上的固定架,且所述固定架固定在所述箱体的底面上,所述箱体的顶部设有可翻转打开的上盖,其特征在于,还包括过滤装置、吸附装置和辅助进风排风装置,其中,
    过滤装置,包括设置在所述箱体前端内侧的第一过滤网以及设置在所述箱体左、右、后端内侧的第二过滤网,所述箱体的前、后、左、右侧壁上分别设有若干第一通风孔,所述箱体的前端还设有用于进风的进风敞口,
    吸附装置,包括起吸附净化作用的过滤棉,所述箱体的下部设有可活动推拉的抽屉式储水格,所述过滤棉设置在所述抽屉式储水格内,
    辅助进风排风装置,包括若干个设置在所述上盖上且用于加强排风量的风动力排风扇。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述风动力排风扇采用3个,每个所述风动力排风扇的外部罩设有一进风罩,且所述进风罩上设有若干进风孔,所述进风孔设置成条形通风孔,并与所述第一通风孔平行设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述固定架整体呈板条状,其长度与汽车车背的宽度适配,且所述固定架的两端分别设有用于卡装在汽车车背上的弯钩状卡槽,所述固定架的下端面上设有若干起辅助吸附作用的磁铁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述上盖的一端铰接设置在所述箱体上,其他三端分别通过搭扣与所述箱体连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤装置还包括第二通风孔,且所述第二通风孔设置在所述上盖上未设置所述风动力排风扇的位置,所述上盖的内侧对应所述第二通 风孔设有第三过滤网。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述箱体前、后的箱体壁上的第一通风孔设置成条形通风孔,且呈水平设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述箱体左、右的箱体壁上的第一通风孔设置成条形通风孔,且呈竖直设置。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述第二通风孔设置成条形通风孔,并与所述第一通风孔平行设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述进风敞口采用喇叭形进风敞口。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的室外移动式大气污染及雾霾处理净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤棉采用活性炭过滤棉。
