In order to solve the above problems, a first object of the present invention is to provide a supporting and leveling device for a household appliance, specifically, the following technical solution is adopted:
a supporting and leveling device for household appliances comprises a leveling footing, wherein the leveling footing comprises a fixed part and a movable part, the movable part can move up and down and is connected with the fixed part, a hollow cavity is formed between the movable part and the fixed part, and a hydraulic medium is filled in the hollow cavity;
at least two leveling feet are communicated through hydraulic pipes: when the leveling feet are placed on an uneven supporting surface, hydraulic medium is pressed to circulate among the leveling feet and act on the movable part for leveling;
a liquid outlet nozzle communicated with the hollow cavity is arranged on the fixed part or the movable part, and the hydraulic pipe is hermetically connected with the liquid outlet nozzle through a clamping piece; the joint spare have and be used for the clamp portion of hydraulic pressure pipe suit on the drain nozzle, clamp portion extrusion hydraulic pressure pipe keeps sealed with the drain nozzle, the both ends coincidence of clamp portion does not meet.
Further, clamp portion form by the winding of banded structure, clamp portion have the breach, banded structure's both ends overlap not meet at the breach.
Furthermore, the belt-shaped structure is provided with a first end and a second end which are overlapped and not connected, the first end is provided with a first notch, and the second end is provided with a second notch; the first end is inserted into the second gap and is overlapped with the second end inserted into the first gap;
preferably, two first gaps are respectively arranged on two sides of the first end, a second gap is arranged in the middle of the second end, and the first end is inserted into the second gap and is overlapped with the two sides of the second end which are respectively inserted into the first gaps.
Furthermore, two ends of the clamp part are folded outwards and extend to form a bearing part for applying force to open;

Further, the joint spare includes first clamp portion and second clamp portion, and first clamp portion passes through connecting portion fixed connection as an organic whole with second clamp portion.

Further, the liquid outlet nozzle comprises two parts:
the clamping piece comprises a clamping hoop part, and the two hydraulic pipes are respectively arranged on the liquid outlet nozzle in a sealing way through the clamping hoop part of the clamping piece;
or, the clamping piece comprises two clamping hoop parts, and the two hydraulic pipes are hermetically arranged on the liquid outlet nozzle through the two clamping hoop parts of the clamping piece.
Furthermore, the liquid outlet nozzles of the two leveling feet are respectively connected to the same communicating piece through hydraulic pipes to realize the communication between the two leveling feet;
the communicating part is provided with a communicating part liquid outlet nozzle used for being connected with a hydraulic pipe, and the hydraulic pipe is connected with the communicating part liquid outlet nozzle in a sealing mode through a clamping part.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a household appliance having a support leveling device for a household appliance as described in any one of the above.
According to the support leveling device for the household appliance, the leveling bottom foot utilizes a hydraulic principle, due to different pressures generated by unevenness, the fluidity of a hydraulic medium enables the bottom foot to automatically perform adaptive adjustment, and the hydraulic medium stops flowing until the leveling bottom foot is balanced, so that automatic leveling is realized.
Because the internal pressure of the hydraulic medium is higher in the flowing process, reliable sealing performance needs to be kept between the hydraulic pipe and the leveling bottom foot to ensure the flowing stability of the hydraulic medium, so that the leveling bottom foot is hydraulically leveled. The hydraulic pipe is hermetically arranged on the liquid outlet nozzle of the leveling bottom foot by the clamping piece to prevent the leakage of the hydraulic medium, the clamping hoop part of the clamping piece is hermetically connected in an elastic extrusion mode, the sealing device is simple and convenient, the sealing reliability is good, two ends of the clamping hoop part are overlapped and not connected, the clamping hoop part is opened to facilitate installation by applying external force to the two ends of the clamping hoop part during installation, and the two ends of the clamping hoop part after reset are overlapped, so that the hydraulic pipe has a sealing effect in the whole complete circumferential direction, and the leakage of the hydraulic medium is avoided.

The invention discloses a household supporting leveling device and a household appliance, which are described in detail in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings:

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the support leveling device for a household appliance provided in this embodiment includes a leveling foot 100, where the leveling foot includes a fixed portion and a movable portion, the movable portion is connected to the fixed portion and can move up and down, a hollow chamber is formed between the movable portion and the fixed portion, and a hydraulic medium is filled in the hollow chamber;
at least two of the leveling feet 100 are in communication via hydraulic tubes 300: when the leveling feet 100 are placed on an uneven supporting surface, hydraulic medium is pressed to circulate among the leveling feet 100 and act on the movable part for leveling;
a liquid outlet nozzle 1011 communicated with the hollow cavity is arranged on the fixed part or the movable part, and the hydraulic pipe 300 is hermetically connected with the liquid outlet nozzle 1011 through a clamping piece 200; the clamping piece 200 is provided with a clamping hoop part 201 for sleeving a hydraulic pipe on the liquid outlet nozzle, the clamping hoop part 201 extrudes the hydraulic pipe 300 to be sealed with the liquid outlet nozzle 1011, and two ends of the clamping hoop part 201 are overlapped and not connected.
The leveling footing of the embodiment utilizes a hydraulic principle, and due to different pressures generated by unevenness, the mobility of a hydraulic medium enables the movable part to automatically adjust the adaptability until the leveling footing reaches balance, and the hydraulic medium stops flowing, so that automatic leveling is realized.
Because the internal pressure of the hydraulic medium is high in the flowing process, reliable sealing performance needs to be kept between the hydraulic pipe 300 and the leveling foot 100 to ensure the flowing stability of the hydraulic medium, so that the leveling foot is hydraulically leveled. This embodiment adopts joint spare 200 to carry out sealing connection through elasticity extruded form with hydraulic pressure pipe 300 on the drain nozzle of leveling footing 100, prevent that hydraulic medium from revealing, clamp portion 201 of joint spare 200, it is simple and convenient, and sealing reliability is good, and the both ends coincidence of clamp portion does not meet, through applying external force in the both ends of clamp portion when the installation, make it open the installation of being convenient for, and clamp portion both ends after reseing keep the coincidence, make the hydraulic pressure pipe have sealed effect in whole complete week, avoid hydraulic medium to reveal.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the band portion 201 is formed by winding a band-shaped structure, the band portion 201 has a notch, and two ends of the band-shaped structure are overlapped and not connected at the notch. Specifically, clamp portion 201 can be by elastic steel band or the coiling of elastic steel board form the clamp portion 201 of stratiform, and clamp portion 201 can be by individual layer elastic steel band or elastic steel board coiling, also can be by multilayer elastic steel band or elastic steel board coiling, and intensity is better, and the reliability is higher.
As shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the belt-like structure has a first end 202 and a second end 204 which are overlapped and not connected, the first end 202 has a first notch 206, and the second end 204 has a second notch 203; the insertion of the first end 202 into the second notch 206 is coincident with the insertion of the second end 204 into the first notch 206;
preferably, two first notches 206 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first end 202, a second notch 203 is arranged in the middle of the second end 204, and the first end 202 is inserted into the second notch 203 and the two sides of the second end 204 are respectively inserted into the first notches 206 to be overlapped.
The clamping band part 201 of the embodiment tightly presses the hydraulic pipe 300 for deformation sealing, although no clamping is formed at the first notch 206, the clamping band part is tightly clamped by the first end 202 at the same position on the axis of the clamping band part 201, and although no clamping is formed at the second notch 203, the clamping band part is tightly clamped by the second end 204 at the same position on the axis of the clamping band part 201, so that the clamping band part is sealed and clamped on the whole circumference, and the sealing reliability is ensured.

Further, the clip member 200 of the present embodiment includes a first clip portion and a second clip portion, and the first clip portion and the second clip portion are fixedly connected as a whole through the connecting portion 205.
Specifically, in this embodiment, two sides of the second end of the first clamp portion are respectively flanged outwards and extend to two sides of the second end of the second clamp portion and are respectively and integrally connected therewith.
In order to facilitate the deformation expansion installation of the clip, as shown in fig. 9, two ends of the clip part 201 of the present embodiment are folded outwards and extended to form a receiving part 207 for opening by applying a force.
Preferably, the first end 202 is folded outwards and extends to form a first receiving portion for opening by applying force, and the second end 204 is folded outwards and extends to form a second receiving portion for opening by applying force.
The joint spare of this embodiment has receiving portion 201, and when needs application of force with joint spare extension deformation in order to install or dismantle, can direct application of force on receiving portion 201, the operation of being more convenient for.

Further, the liquid outlets 1011 of the two leveling feet 100 are respectively connected to the same communicating piece through the hydraulic pipes 300 to realize the communication between the two;
the communicating part is provided with a communicating part liquid outlet nozzle used for being connected with a hydraulic pipe, and the hydraulic pipe is connected with the communicating part liquid outlet nozzle in a sealing mode through a clamping part.

Specifically, the hydraulic plate 101 is provided with a protruding base 1013, and the liquid outlet 1011 is provided on the base 1013.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the leveling foot of the present embodiment includes:
a hydraulic plate 101;
the sheath 102 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101;
an adjusting foot 103 disposed within the sheath 102 and axially movable relative thereto;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 102 and the adjusting foot 103;
a flexible accommodating body 105 accommodating a liquid medium therein and disposed in the accommodating chamber;
under the action of pressure, the flexible accommodating body 105 stretches and retracts to drive the adjusting foot 103 to axially move in the sheath 102 for leveling;
the sheath 102 and/or the adjusting foot 103 are/is provided with a guide limiting mechanism for limiting the circumferential rotation of the adjusting foot 103 relative to the sheath 102, and the hydraulic plate 101 is provided with an avoiding part corresponding to the guide limiting mechanism.
The leveling foot of the embodiment utilizes the hydraulic principle to automatically level the household appliance, which is simple and reliable, and the adjusting foot 300 can move axially relative to the adjusting foot and is arranged in the sheath 200, and the adjustment of the household appliance is limited in the up-and-down direction, so that the rotation of the adjusting foot 300 relative to the sheath 200 is limited to ensure the leveling stability. Thus, the guide and stop mechanism of the present embodiment serves to limit movement of alignment foot 300 relative to sheath 200 in a desired direction.
Since the household appliances (such as a washing machine) generally generate vibration during operation, in order to ensure the operation stability of the household appliances, the leveling feet of the present embodiment should reduce the overall height of the household appliances as much as possible to reduce the center of gravity of the household appliances. Therefore, this embodiment sets up the portion of dodging corresponding to direction stop gear on hydraulic plate 101, when satisfying the setting of direction stop gear, does not influence the axial displacement of adjusting foot 103, can reduce the overall height of adjusting the flat foot, improves its shock attenuation stability. Specifically, the guide limiting mechanism comprises a guide limiting groove/a guide limiting convex part arranged on the inner wall of the sheath and a guide limiting convex part/a guide limiting groove correspondingly arranged on the outer wall of the adjusting foot; the guide limiting convex part can be arranged in the guide limiting groove in a relatively sliding mode so as to limit the adjusting foot to rotate circumferentially relative to the sheath. The axial movement of the adjusting foot 103 can be limited by the matching of the guide limiting groove and the guide limiting convex part, and the structure is simple and reliable.
In this embodiment, the avoiding portion is disposed corresponding to the guiding limiting protrusion/guiding limiting groove on the adjusting foot 103, the adjusting foot 103 moves towards the hydraulic plate 101, and one end of the guiding limiting protrusion/guiding limiting groove on the adjusting foot 103 enters the avoiding portion. The axial displacement of adjustment foot 103 that this embodiment is directed to, no matter what kind of mechanism is to direction stop gear, only need dodge the portion correspond the spacing convex part of direction/the spacing recess setting of direction on the adjustment foot 103 can, consequently under the prerequisite that does not change height-adjusting, reduce the whole height of leveling footing and guarantee the spacing stability of direction.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the inner wall of the sheath 102 is provided with a guiding and limiting groove along the axial direction thereof, and the outer wall of the adjusting foot 103 is provided with a guiding and limiting convex part, which is slidably disposed in the guiding and limiting groove to limit the circumferential rotation of the adjusting foot 103 relative to the sheath 102.
The avoiding part is a channel 1014 which is arranged on the hydraulic plate 101 and corresponds to the guide limit convex part, the adjusting foot 103 moves up and down in the sheath 102 in the axial direction, and one end of the guide limit convex part enters/exits the channel 1014.
Therefore, the leveling foot of the embodiment has a larger adjusting height under the same overall height due to the fact that one end of the guide limiting convex part enters/exits the channel; the leveling feet of the present embodiment can have a smaller overall height when the height is adjusted as well.
In order to realize the up-and-down movement of the adjusting foot 103 in the sheath 102 and prevent the circumferential rotation, a certain number of guiding and limiting grooves are arranged on the circumference of the sheath 102, the number of guiding and limiting grooves is N, and N is more than or equal to 1. The number of the preferred units in the figure is 4.
The circumference of the adjusting foot 103 is also provided with corresponding guiding limit convex parts, the number of the guiding limit convex parts is N, and N is more than or equal to 1. The number of the preferred units in the figure is 4. The guide limit convex part can move in the guide limit groove and is limited by a stop part at the bottom of the guide limit groove, so that the adjusting foot 103 is prevented from falling out of the sheath 102.
In order to reduce the leveling foot height as much as possible and achieve better stability, the heights of the sheath 102 and the adjusting foot 103 can be reduced as much as possible in principle without reducing the adjusting height H0, in particular the overlapping part of the two is reduced. When H1 is small, the restraining action of the sheath 102 on the adjustment leg 103 is lowered, which causes problems such as lateral deviation of the adjustment leg 103.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the leveling foot of the present embodiment includes:
the hydraulic plate 101 is internally provided with a throttling flow channel 1012;
the sheath 102 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101;
an adjusting foot 103 disposed within the sheath 102 and axially movable relative thereto;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 102 and the adjusting foot 103;
a flexible accommodating body 105 accommodating a liquid medium therein and disposed in the accommodating chamber;
under the action of pressure, the flexible accommodating body 105 stretches and retracts to drive the adjusting foot 103 to axially move in the sheath 102 for leveling;
the flexible container body 105 has an opening portion which is sealingly mounted on the hydraulic plate 101 in communication with the throttle channel 1012.
According to the hydraulic principle, due to different pressures generated by unevenness, the leveling footing automatically adjusts in an adaptive mode through the fluidity of the hydraulic medium until the leveling footing is balanced, and the hydraulic medium stops leading, so that automatic leveling is achieved.
The stability of the liquid flow is the key for leveling the leveling feet of this embodiment, and in this embodiment, by hermetically installing the opening portion of the flexible accommodating body 105 on the hydraulic plate 101, the hydraulic medium in the flexible accommodating body 105 can flow into the throttling flow channel 1012 and flow to the liquid outlet nozzle 1011 via the throttling flow channel 1012 to realize the flow between the leveling feet for automatic leveling.
As a preferable embodiment of this embodiment, the opening of the flexible container 105 of this embodiment is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101 by a press ring 106, and the press ring 106 and the hydraulic plate 101 press the deformation of the opening together to seal. This embodiment extrudes the deformation of opening through clamping ring 106 and seals, and is more simple and convenient, and sealed effectual.
Further, the flexible accommodating body 105 comprises a small-diameter portion, an opening portion formed by outwards turning the end portion of the small-diameter portion, the pressing ring 106 is sleeved on the small-diameter portion, and the pressing ring 106 and the hydraulic plate 101 jointly extrude the opening portion to deform for sealing. In this embodiment, when the flexible accommodating body 105 is hermetically mounted, the small-diameter portion can be firstly clamped on the pressing ring 106, and only the pressing ring 106 needs to be fixedly mounted, so that the pressing ring 106 can be hermetically mounted by pressing the opening portion in the fastening process.
In an embodiment of this embodiment, a hydraulic plate groove is formed in a bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101, and an opening portion of the flexible accommodating body 105 is sealed by filling the opening portion into the hydraulic plate groove through compression deformation of the compression ring 106. In this way, the opening of the flexible accommodating body 105 is extruded and deformed in the fastening pressing ring 106 and filled into the groove of the liquid pressing plate, so that sealing can be realized, the structure is simple, and the sealing is reliable and effective.
The flexible accommodating body 105 of the embodiment includes an accommodating body, the accommodating body is a flexible bladder-shaped structure and has a flexible corrugated structure, the corrugated structure of the accommodating body is disposed in the adjusting foot 103, and the adjusting foot 103 is driven to axially move in the sheath 102 for leveling along with the expansion and contraction of the liquid medium.
The opening portion of the flexible container body 105 of the present embodiment is in an O-ring style.
The opening of the flexible accommodating body 105 of the present embodiment is rectangular, and the edges of the rectangle can be rounded, so as to effectively increase the volume and sealing effect of the bag opening.
Further, the leveling foot of the embodiment further includes a guard ring 107, the pressing ring 106 is embedded in the guard ring 107, the guard ring 107 has an arc-shaped protection surface contacting with the flexible accommodating body 105, and the guard ring 107 can protect the flexible accommodating body 105 from being damaged when the flexible accommodating body 105 extends and contracts. The leveling foot of this embodiment includes:
a hydraulic plate 101 having a liquid flow passage 1012 therein;
the sheath 102 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101;
an adjusting foot 103 disposed within the sheath 102 and axially movable relative thereto;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 102 and the adjusting foot 103;
a flexible accommodating body 105 accommodating a liquid medium therein and disposed in the accommodating chamber;
under the action of pressure, the flexible accommodating body 105 stretches and retracts to drive the adjusting foot 103 to axially move in the sheath 102 for leveling;
still include rubber gasket 104, fix in the bottom of adjustment foot 103, rubber gasket 104 bottom has the line of design, improves the frictional force to ground, reinforcing stability.
EXAMPLE five
The embodiment provides a household appliance with a supporting and leveling device for the household appliance, which comprises a shell, wherein a plurality of leveling feet are arranged at the bottom of the shell, and hydraulic media filled in the leveling feet can circulate among the leveling feet to level.
Preferably, at least two leveling feet are communicated through hydraulic pipes to realize the communication of hydraulic medium among the leveling feet.
The embodiment of the invention takes a washing machine as an example, explains the principle and the method for realizing the automatic leveling of the washing machine by the leveling feet, and after the washing machine is installed, the horizontal heights of different leveling feet are different due to uneven ground, and the leveling feet positioned at the pits of the ground are low. It can be seen that the leveling feet at the high position bear the weight of the washing machine firstly, and bear large gravity, and the leveling feet at the low position bear small gravity due to the dummy legs.
The adjusting foot of the leveling foot at the high position moves upwards under high pressure, the height of the whole foot is reduced, so that the volume compression of the hollow cavity of the flexible accommodating body filled with the hydraulic medium is reduced, the hydraulic medium is forced to enter the throttling hole or the valve hole to enter the leveling foot at the low position through the high-pressure pipe, the hydraulic medium in the flexible accommodating body of the leveling foot at the low position is increased, and the flexible accommodating body expands to push the adjusting foot to extend.
When the hydraulic pressure of the feet at the high position is the same as that of the feet at the low position, the hydraulic medium does not flow through the high-pressure pipe any more, and the relative positions of the adjusting feet and the bottom plate of the washing machine do not change any more, so that the automatic adjustment of the washing machine is completed.
In the washing or spin-drying process of the washing machine, the hydraulic medium can flow slowly and self-level, so that the vibration noise of the washing machine is greatly reduced.
The hydraulic medium of this embodiment can select to adopt hydraulic oil, and mobility is good, and the composition is stable.
In addition, the leveling feet of the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to household appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, indoor air conditioners and the like except washing machines.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
