Furthermore, a limiting mechanism for preventing the adjusting foot from falling off from the sheath is arranged on the sheath and/or the adjusting foot.
Furthermore, the limiting mechanism comprises a sheath stop arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the sheath and an adjusting foot stop arranged in the inner cavity of the adjusting foot; when the adjusting foot axially moves to the lowest end along the outer part of the sheath, the sheath stop abuts against the adjusting foot stop to prevent the adjusting foot from falling off.
Furthermore, a limiting sliding block/a limiting sliding groove is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the sheath, a limiting sliding groove/a limiting sliding block is arranged on the inner wall of the inner cavity of the adjusting foot, and the limiting sliding block axially slides along the limiting sliding groove to limit the relative rotation between the adjusting foot and the sheath;

Furthermore, the sheath comprises a columnar body with a hollow cavity which is axially communicated inside, the adjusting foot is of a columnar structure with an open internal cavity inside, one end of the columnar body is sleeved in the adjusting foot, and the other end of the columnar structure is turned outwards to form a connecting plate which is fixedly attached to the hydraulic plate;

Furthermore, the communication device comprises a hydraulic pipe and a communication piece with a liquid flow channel inside, one end of the hydraulic pipe is connected with the hydraulic foot, and the other end of the hydraulic pipe is connected with one end of the liquid flow channel of the communication piece;
the liquid flow channel is internally provided with a liquid flow channel or a plurality of liquid flow channels which are mutually communicated so as to communicate two or more than two hydraulic feet.
According to the leveling device disclosed by the invention, according to a hydraulic principle, due to different pressures generated by unevenness, the mobility of a hydraulic medium enables the movable adjusting part to automatically perform adaptive adjustment until the leveling device reaches balance, and the hydraulic medium stops flowing, so that automatic leveling is realized.
According to the leveling device, after the hydraulic bottom feet are fixed on the bottom plate of the household appliance, the movable adjusting part capable of moving up and down is sleeved outside the fixed part, so that the transverse size of the movable adjusting part can be increased, the contact area between the movable adjusting part and the supporting surface is effectively increased, and the supporting stability of the leveling device on the household appliance is improved.

The leveling device of a household appliance and a washing machine having the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the leveling device of a household appliance of the present embodiment includes a hydraulic foot 100, and the hydraulic foot 100 includes:
a fixed part;
the movable adjusting part is sleeved outside the fixed part and can axially move relative to the fixed part;
an accommodating chamber for accommodating a hydraulic medium is arranged between the fixed part and the movable adjusting part;
along with the change of the pressure, the hydraulic medium flows to drive the movable adjusting part to axially move along the outer part of the fixed part to level.
According to the leveling device of the embodiment, according to a hydraulic principle, due to different pressures generated by unevenness, the mobility of a hydraulic medium enables the movable adjusting part to automatically adjust the adaptability until the leveling device reaches balance, and the hydraulic medium stops flowing, so that automatic leveling is realized.
According to the leveling device, after the hydraulic bottom feet are fixed on the bottom plate of the household appliance, the movable adjusting part capable of moving up and down is sleeved outside the fixing part, so that the transverse size of the movable adjusting part can be increased, the contact area between the movable adjusting part and the supporting surface is effectively increased, and the supporting stability of the leveling device on the household appliance is improved.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the fixing portion includes a hydraulic plate 101 and a sheath 103 fixedly connected to the hydraulic plate 101, and a hollow chamber axially penetrating through the sheath 103 is provided therein; the movable adjusting part is an adjusting foot 104, and an internal cavity with an open end is arranged in the adjusting foot 104; the open end of the adjusting foot 104 is sleeved outside the sheath 103 and can move axially relative to the sheath, and the hollow chamber and the inner chamber together form an accommodating chamber. The adjusting foot 104 of the embodiment is sleeved outside the sheath 103, so that the contact area between the adjusting foot and the supporting surface can be increased, and the supporting stability of the leveling device is improved.
Further, since the adjusting foot 104 will move axially along the sheath 103 to achieve supporting and leveling, for the leveling stability of the leveling device, a limiting mechanism for preventing the adjusting foot 104 from coming off the sheath 103 is provided on the sheath 103 and/or the adjusting foot 104 in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the limiting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a sheath stopper 1031 disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the sheath 103 and a setting foot stopper 1041 disposed in the internal cavity of the setting foot 104; when the adjusting foot 104 moves to the lowest end along the outer axial direction of the sheath 103, the sheath stopper 1031 abuts against the adjusting foot stopper 1041 to prevent the adjusting foot from being removed.
Specifically, the sheath stopper 1031 of the present embodiment is formed by turning the lower end of the sheath 103 outward to form an annular rib protruding from the outer peripheral wall surface of the sheath 103, and the adjustment leg stopper 1041 is formed by turning the opening of the adjustment leg 104 inward to form an annular rib protruding from the inner wall of the inner chamber.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, a limiting sliding block/a limiting sliding groove is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the sheath 103, and a limiting sliding groove/a limiting sliding block is disposed on the inner wall of the inner cavity of the adjusting foot 104, and the limiting sliding block axially slides along the limiting sliding groove to limit the relative rotation between the adjusting foot and the sheath. The embodiment prevents the relative rotation between the sheath 103 and the adjusting foot 104, so that the two move only axially relative to each other, and the leveling process is more stable and effective.
The limiting sliding groove/limiting sliding block of the embodiment can be matched with the stopping structure to implement, and can also be implemented independently, and furthermore, the end part of the limiting sliding groove is provided with a limiting stopping block used for preventing the limiting sliding block from being separated.
The hydraulic foot 100 of this embodiment adopts the hydraulic principle to realize the leveling, therefore the leakproofness of hydraulic medium 102 is great to the leveling effect of hydraulic foot 100, as a sealing mode of hydraulic medium 102 of this embodiment, the fixed part be connected with the movable adjusting part between the movablely sealed, can form sealed accommodation chamber between fixed part and the movable adjusting part like this, realize the sealed of hydraulic medium 102. Specifically, the hydraulic plate 101 of the present embodiment is connected with the sheath 103 in a static sealing manner, and the sheath 103 is connected with the adjusting foot 104 in a dynamic sealing manner.
As another sealing manner of the hydraulic medium 102 in this embodiment, the hydraulic foot 100 further includes a flexible accommodating body disposed in the accommodating chamber, the flexible accommodating body has a cavity, the hydraulic medium 102 is accommodated in the cavity, and the flexible accommodating body deforms along with the flow of the hydraulic medium 102 to drive the movable adjusting portion to move axially along the outside of the fixing portion for leveling.
Specifically, the hydraulic plate 101 is provided with a liquid flow channel 1012 inside, and the flexible accommodating body comprises an opening, and the opening of the flexible accommodating body is hermetically mounted on the hydraulic plate 101 and is communicated with the liquid flow channel 1012. In the embodiment, the hydraulic medium 102 is accommodated in the flexible accommodating body, and only the flexible accommodating body needs to be connected with the hydraulic plate 101 in a sealing manner, so that the installation among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 103 and the adjusting pin 104 is simplified.
Specifically, the sheath 103 of this embodiment includes a columnar body having a hollow cavity therein and running through axially, the adjusting foot 104 is a columnar structure having an open internal cavity therein, one end of the columnar body is sleeved in the adjusting foot 104, and the other end of the columnar structure is turned outwards to form a connecting plate attached and fixed to the hydraulic plate 101.
Preferably, the columnar body and the columnar structure are both cylindrical, and the diameter of the columnar body is smaller than that of the columnar structure.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the hydraulic foot 100 further includes a damping pad 105, and the damping pad 105 is disposed at an end of the movable adjustment portion contacting the supporting surface.
Preferably, the damping shim 105 is provided with damping lines for increasing friction.
The area of the damping gasket of the embodiment is increased, the damping force of the hydraulic bottom feet on the washing machine is effectively increased, the vibration of the household appliance (such as the washing machine) during working is effectively reduced, and the problems of displacement and the like of the household appliance (such as the washing machine) caused by vibration are effectively solved.
At least two hydraulic feet 100 of the embodiment are communicated through a communication device, and under the action of different pressures of the mutually communicated hydraulic feet 100, the hydraulic medium 102 flows between the hydraulic feet 100 until the hydraulic balance realizes leveling.
Specifically, the communication device comprises a hydraulic pipe 200 and a communication piece 300 with a liquid flow passage inside, wherein one end of the hydraulic pipe 200 is connected with the hydraulic foot 100, and the other end is connected with one end of the liquid flow passage of the communication piece 300;
the liquid flow channel has a liquid flow channel 302 or a plurality of liquid flow channels 302 communicated with each other to communicate two or more hydraulic feet 100.
The hydraulic plate 100 of this embodiment has a hydraulic nozzle 1013, the hydraulic nozzle 1013 communicates with a liquid flow channel 1012 in the hydraulic plate, the communicating member 300 has a connecting nozzle 303 communicating with the liquid flow channel 302 in the communicating member, and two ends of the hydraulic tube 200 of this embodiment are respectively connected with the hydraulic nozzle 303 and the connecting nozzle 303.
The communicating member 300 of the present embodiment is provided with a filling opening 301, and the filling opening 301 is communicated with a liquid flow channel 302 of the communicating member 300, so that after the hydraulic foot is filled with the hydraulic medium 102 through the filling opening 301, the filling opening 301 is hermetically installed through the sealing member. The filling mode of the hydraulic medium 102 in the embodiment is simple and convenient, and the filling mode of the hydraulic medium is greatly simplified.
The hydraulic plate 101 of the present embodiment is provided with the mounting hole 1011, the sheath 103 is axially movably sleeved in the adjusting foot 104, and then the hydraulic plate 101 and the sheath 103 are fixedly connected to realize the independent assembly of the hydraulic foot. The assembled hydraulic bottom feet are integrally installed on the bottom plate of the household appliance through the installation holes 1011, and the leveling device is installed on the household appliance.
The leveling device of the embodiment directly fixes the hydraulic plate 101 at the bottom of the household appliance, and fixedly connects the sheath 103 with the hydraulic plate 101, so that the hydraulic plate 101 is sandwiched by the bottom of the household appliance and the sheath 103, the strength of the fixed connection of the hydraulic plate 101 and the sheath 103 is unnecessary, the two are connected to form an integral footing, and the strength of the connection is irrelevant to the gravity of the household appliance and the supporting force of the adjusting foot 104. Therefore, the leveling device of the invention can realize the quick and reliable fixed connection of the hydraulic plate 101 and the sheath 103, reduce the requirement of the connection strength of the hydraulic plate and the sheath, and further reduce the necessary space and height required by the connection.
In conclusion, the leveling device of the embodiment is simpler in structure, simpler and more convenient to install and has better stability.
In addition, the structural design of the leveling device of the embodiment can also reduce the overall height of the leveling device, and the leveling device has a better shock absorption effect on household appliances, such as a washing machine.
Further, in this embodiment, the upper end of the sheath 103 is flanged outward to form a mounting plane, and the mounting plane is attached and fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101.
In the embodiment, the installation plane of the sheath 103 is attached to the hydraulic plate 101, so that more pressure is transmitted to the installation plane and is dispersed, and the phenomenon that the pressure on the hydraulic plate 101 is too large is avoided, because the hydraulic plate 101 is internally provided with a liquid flow passage for flowing of a hydraulic medium, and the stability of the hydraulic plate 101 is the key for the stable leveling of the whole leveling device. The installation plane of the embodiment is formed by flanging the upper end of the sheath 103 outwards, so that the installation contact surface of the sheath 103 and the hydraulic plate 101 is increased, and the stability and the dispersity of force transmission from the hydraulic plate 101 to the installation plane of the sheath 103 are further facilitated.
In addition, the mounting plane of sheath 103 and hydraulic pressure board 101 are laminated fixed connection mutually, have avoided designing mounting structure on sheath 103 or hydraulic pressure board 101, reduce the overall structure of hydraulic pressure footing.
Further, the outline of the installation plane described in this embodiment matches the outline of the hydraulic plate 101, and the installation plane is attached and fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101. Like this, the pressure that hydraulic plate 101 received can be better correspond transmit for the mounting surface of sheath 103 on, avoid hydraulic plate 101 local not caused by the mounting surface and take place stress concentration, more do benefit to the stable circulation of hydraulic medium in the hydraulic plate.
Preferably, the hydraulic plate 101 of the present embodiment has a profile similar to or identical to that of the installation plane. Therefore, the two parts can be corresponded, and the installation is simpler and more convenient.
As an installation manner of this embodiment, the sheath 103 and the hydraulic plate 101 described in this embodiment may also be fixedly connected by snapping, or adhering, or heat melting, or welding, and then fixedly installed at the bottom of the household appliance.
The hydraulic plate 101 of the present embodiment is made by plastic integral injection molding or metal die casting, and the sheath 103 is made by plastic integral injection molding or metal material die casting.
According to the stress characteristic of the hydraulic foot of the embodiment, preferably, the hydraulic plate 101 is made of plastic by integral injection molding, and the sheath 103 is made of metal by die casting. Because sheath 103 atress is great, consequently adopt metal die-casting in order to guarantee intensity, like this, the hydraulic pressure footing manufacturing cost of this embodiment is lower, and can guarantee its bulk strength.

As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the opening of the flexible container is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101 by a press ring, and the press ring and the hydraulic plate 101 press the deformation of the opening together to seal the opening. This embodiment seals through clamping ring extrusion opening deformation, and is more simple and convenient, and sealed effectual.
Further, flexible container includes the minor diameter portion, and the tip of minor diameter portion turns up the opening that forms, the clamping ring cover establish on the minor diameter portion, the clamping ring seals with hydraulic pressure board 101 coextrusion opening deformation. This embodiment can be earlier with the thin-diameter part card cover at the clamping ring when carrying out the sealed installation of flexible container, only needs fixed mounting clamping ring, and at the in-process of fastening, the sealed installation can be realized to clamping ring extrusion opening.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the bottom surface of hydraulic pressure board 101 sets up the hydraulic pressure board recess, the opening of flexible container fills into in the hydraulic pressure board recess through clamping ring extrusion deformation and seals. By adopting the mode, the sealing can be realized by filling the opening part of the flexible accommodating body into the groove of the liquid pressing plate through extrusion deformation at the fastening pressing ring, the structure is simple, and the sealing is reliable and effective.
Preferably, the volume enclosed by the hydraulic plate groove and the pressure ring is smaller than the volume of the opening part of the flexible accommodating body. Thus, the opening part of the flexible accommodating body can be in close contact with the groove of the hydraulic plate, and the sealing performance is ensured.
The flexible containing body of this embodiment holds the body including holding the body, holds the body and is soft saccate structure, the telescopic ripple structure that has, the ripple structure sets up in adjusting foot 104, and along with hydraulic medium's flow flexible drive adjusting foot 104 carries out the leveling along the axial motion of sheath 103.
The hydraulic foot of this embodiment also includes the protection ring that is used for protecting flexible container, the clamping ring embedding is in the protection ring, has following technological effect like this:
1. the compression ring and the protection ring of the embodiment are installed in an embedded mode, the limiting effect can be achieved, the complex limiting structure is avoided being arranged, and the installation is simple and stable.
2. The hydraulic foot of this embodiment is under very big impact pressure (for example install the domestic appliance or the article that use this hydraulic foot when falling or lift and place suddenly), and the guard ring does not have any clearance with flexible container body and exerts the binding face, avoids the flexible container body consequently inflation fracture scheduling problem, has improved the reliability.
3. The compression ring and the protection ring of the embodiment are installed in an embedded mode, the installation height of the compression ring and the protection ring is reduced, the overall height of the hydraulic bottom feet is reduced, the compression ring and the protection ring are installed on a household appliance and have small influence on the overall gravity center of the household appliance, the support stability of the household appliance is better facilitated, and the shock absorption effect on shock (such as dehydration shock of a washing machine) in the working process of the household appliance is better.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, one end of the protection ring is provided with a protection curved surface, and the protection curved surface is matched with the outer surface of the flexible accommodating body to prevent the flexible accommodating body from being damaged under pressure.
The other end of the protection ring of this embodiment sets up the embedded groove, the clamping ring embedding protection ring in the embedded groove.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the inner wall of the fitting groove of the guard ring is provided with a stopper protrusion, and the fixing member is provided with a stopper recess that fits the stopper protrusion. The limiting structure of the embodiment is designed according to the embedded installation of the pressure ring and the protection ring, the limiting movement is realized while the limiting structure is embedded and installed, and the limiting structure is simple in structure, stable and reliable.
The outer circumference of the protection ring is completely wrapped by the pressure ring, and only the protection ring is pressed into the adjusting pin 104, so that the reliability and the bonding stability are greatly improved. Therefore, after the protection ring of the embodiment is pressed into the adjusting foot 104, the protection ring can always stably and axially move in the adjusting foot 104, the movement is smooth and reliable, the whole hydraulic foot is more stable by the protection ring and the adjusting foot, and a certain amount of movement can exist between the protection ring and the pressing ring up and down.
Since the household appliances (such as a washing machine) generally generate vibration during operation, in order to ensure the operation stability of the household appliances, the hydraulic foot of the embodiment should reduce the overall height of the household appliances as much as possible to reduce the center of gravity of the household appliances. Therefore, this embodiment corresponds the spacing slider setting on hydraulic plate 101 and dodges the mouth, when satisfying the setting of direction stop gear, does not influence the axial motion of adjustment foot 104, can reduce the overall height of hydraulic pressure footing, improves its shock attenuation stability.
Example two
The embodiment also provides a household appliance with the leveling device according to any of the above embodiments, which comprises a housing, wherein a plurality of the hydraulic feet 100 are mounted at the bottom of the housing, and the hydraulic medium filled in the hydraulic feet 100 can circulate between the hydraulic feet 100 for leveling.
The embodiment of the invention takes a washing machine as an example, explains the principle and the method for realizing the automatic leveling of the washing machine by the leveling device, and after the washing machine is installed, the horizontal heights of different hydraulic feet are different due to uneven ground, and the hydraulic feet positioned in a pit on the ground are low. It can be seen that the high position hydraulic foot bears the weight of the washing machine first and bears a large weight, and the low position hydraulic foot bears a small weight due to the dummy leg or the bearing.
The adjusting foot of the hydraulic foot at the high position moves upwards under large pressure, the height of the whole foot is reduced to reduce the volume compression of the hollow cavity of the flexible accommodating body filled with the hydraulic medium, the hydraulic medium is forced to enter the throttling hole or the valve hole to enter the hydraulic foot at the low position through the high-pressure pipe, the hydraulic medium in the flexible accommodating body of the hydraulic foot at the low position is increased, and the flexible accommodating body expands to push the adjusting foot to extend.
When the hydraulic pressure of the feet at the high position is the same as that of the feet at the low position, the hydraulic medium does not flow through the high-pressure pipe any more, and the relative positions of the adjusting feet and the bottom plate of the washing machine do not change any more, so that the automatic adjustment of the washing machine is completed.
In the washing or spin-drying process of the washing machine, the hydraulic medium can flow slowly and self-level, so that the vibration noise of the washing machine is greatly reduced.
The hydraulic medium of this embodiment can select to adopt hydraulic oil, and mobility is good, and the composition is stable.
In addition, the leveling device of the above embodiments of the present invention can also be applied to household appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, indoor air conditioners, etc., besides washing machines.
It should be noted that: the above-described embodiments of the present invention may be implemented individually or in combination of a plurality of embodiments.
