the floor layer comprises a concrete layer and a heat preservation layer filled in the concrete layer; the concrete layer is in a cuboid shape, two side edges of the concrete layer are respectively provided with a self-centering guide groove and a self-centering guide strip which are matched with two sides of the concrete layer, and a cavity for accommodating filling of the heat preservation layer is formed in the concrete layer;
the top plate module comprises a top beam unit, a waterproof plate, a drainage plate and a drainage module; the side edges of the drainage plates are spliced on the top beam unit, and a drainage groove structure is formed between the drainage plates and the top beam unit; a through hole is formed in the middle of the drain board, the edge of the through hole is turned outwards and bent to form a bulge, and the waterproof board covers the bulge on the drain board;
the side edge of the drain board is bent to form a first bending edge, and the first bending edge comprises a first side bending edge and a first bottom bending edge; the first side bending edge protrudes outwards to form a step, and the first bottom bending edge is perpendicular to the first side bending edge and bends towards the back surface of the drain board; the middle part of the first bottom bending edge is inwards recessed to form a bolt end accommodating groove;

the drainage module is of a prismatic shell structure, and the bottom end surface of the drainage module is arranged on the top plate of the box-type house and is positioned at the end angle of the mutually vertical top beam unit;
the bottom end surface of the drainage module is opened and communicated with an upright post arranged at the corner of the top beam unit of the box-type house; a column locking limit hole is formed in the top end face of the drainage module; two side surfaces of the drainage module are respectively connected to the side surfaces of the top beam unit, the other side surfaces of the drainage module are vertically connected between the top end surface of the top plate of the box-type house and the top end surface of the drainage module, and overflow ports communicated with the drainage groove structure are formed in the side surfaces.
