the first fixing plate is provided with a first distance sensor, the first clamping jaw is provided with a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is used for sending working signals to the controller when the first clamping jaw clamps the object to be derusted, and the controller controls the first driving part and the second driving part to work according to the working signals; the first distance sensor is used for monitoring distance information between the derusting part and the first fixing plate, the controller controls the wall thickness detector to work according to the distance information, the wall thickness detector sends measured wall thickness information to the controller, and the controller receives the wall thickness information and controls the paint spraying machine to work when the wall thickness information is larger than a preset threshold value;
the rust cleaning device is characterized by further comprising a second lead screw, a second driving wheel and a third driving portion, wherein the two ends of the second lead screw are respectively fixed on the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate and are parallel to the first lead screw, the second driving wheel is meshed with the second lead screw, a second distance sensor is arranged on the third fixing plate, the second distance sensor monitors the distance information between one end, close to the third fixing plate, of an object to be subjected to rust cleaning and the third fixing plate and sends the distance information to the controller, and the controller controls the third driving portion to drive the second driving wheel to move on the second lead screw according to the distance information, so that the third fixing plate is driven to move on the second slide rod, and the object to be subjected to rust cleaning is fixed between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw.

The rust removing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paint spraying machine includes a nozzle and a paint pot, the paint pot being mounted on the connecting rod, the nozzle being connected to the paint pot, the spray direction of the nozzle being perpendicular to the axis of the object to be rust removed.
3. The rust removing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein a probe of the wall thickness detector is mounted on the connecting rod and faces the object to be rust removed.

The rust removing device as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a feeding device, wherein the feeding device comprises a mechanical claw and a feeding part, the feeding part comprises a frame, a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are both mounted on the frame, the driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate through a chain, a plurality of clamping plates are arranged on the chain, an object to be rust removed is clamped between adjacent clamping plates, a position sensor is arranged on the frame, the position sensor is used for sending a grabbing signal to a controller when the chain drives the object to be rust removed to reach a preset position, and the controller controls the mechanical claw to work according to the grabbing signal to move the object to be rust removed to the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw.
5. The rust removing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rust removing portion comprises a fourth driving portion and a grinding wire brush, the fourth driving portion driving the grinding wire brush to rotate, the direction of rotation of the grinding wire brush being opposite to the direction of rotation of the object to be rust removed.
