Referring to fig. 8-12, the elastic glue recycling mechanism 62 includes a mounting seat 621, an elastic guiding mechanism 622 and a pre-pressing plate 623, wherein one side of the elastic guiding mechanism 622 is provided with the mounting seat 621, the other side is provided with the pre-pressing plate 623, and one side of the pre-pressing plate 623 away from the elastic guiding mechanism 622 is respectively elastically attached to the electric reel 31 and the driven reel 32; the pre-pressing plate 623 is driven by the elasticity of the elastic guiding mechanism 622 to realize that the pre-pressing plate 623 is elastically attached to one sides of the electric winding drum 31 and the driven winding drum 32 in real time, so that the pre-pressing plate 623 can prevent residual glue from flowing out of the gluing mechanism 3 along the edge, and meanwhile, the pre-pressing plate 623 is provided with a glue recycling flow channel; a first flow channel 6233 is arranged on one side of the pre-pressing plate 623, which is attached to the electric winding drum 31 and the driven winding drum 32, and a second flow channel 6234 vertically connected with the first flow channel 6233 is arranged on the top end of the pre-pressing plate 623; the second flow passage 6234 extends through the pre-compression plate 623; the residual glue flows along the tangential ends of the motorized reel 31 and the driven reel 32 to the first and second fluid channels 6233 and 6234, respectively, for negative pressure recovery.
The elastic guide mechanism 622 comprises two guide posts 6221, two positioning pins 6222 and two second springs 6223; one end of the guide post 6221 is fixed on the mounting seat 621, and the other end penetrates through a limit hole 6231 of the pre-pressing plate 623; the positioning pin 6222 has one end fixed to the mounting seat 621 and penetrates through the second spring 6223, one end of the second spring 6223 is attached to the mounting seat 621, the other end is attached to the through hole 6232 of the pre-pressing plate 623, and the elastic attachment of the pre-pressing plate 623 to one side of the driven roller 32 along the direction of the guide post 6221 is realized through the second spring 6223.
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, the platen roller swing mechanism 7 includes a movable platen roller mechanism 71 and a platen roller support mechanism 72 engaging the movable platen roller mechanism 71; the movable platen roller mechanism 71 includes a first rotating main shaft 711, a first swing handle 712, two platen roller swing arms 713, and a platen roller 714.
One end of the first rotating main shaft 711 is sleeved with the machine base 1, the other end of the first rotating main shaft 711 is connected with the first swing handle 712, and two paper pressing shaft swing arms 713 are distributed on the first rotating main shaft 711 in an array; both ends of the platen 714 are provided with a second circular table 7141 and a third circular table 7142 arranged at one side of the second circular table 7141, and the second circular table 7141 is engaged with an engaging groove 7131 of the platen swing arm 713; the second round table 7141 is clamped by the clamping groove 7131, so that one end of the paper pressing shaft 714 is clamped by the paper pressing shaft swing arms 713, and two ends of the paper pressing shaft 714 are clamped by the two paper pressing shaft swing arms 713 distributed in an array manner; by rotating the first swing handle 712, the first rotating main shaft 711 is driven to rotate and the two platen swing arms 713 and the platen 714 swing around the first rotating main shaft 711 are realized, thereby realizing the swing positioning of the platen 714.
The platen roller supporting mechanism 72 includes a second rotary main shaft 721, a second swing handle 722, and two fixing supports 723; one end of the second rotating main shaft 721 is sleeved with the base 1, the other end of the second rotating main shaft 721 is connected with the second swing handle 722, two fixed supports 723 are distributed on the second rotating main shaft 721 in an array mode, and meanwhile, the fixed supports 723 are provided with sleeved grooves 7231 sleeved with the third round platforms 7142; by rotating the second swing handle 722, the second rotating main shaft 721 is driven to rotate and the two fixed supports 723 swing around the second rotating main shaft 721, so that the swing positioning of the two fixed supports 723 is realized; when the swingable platen roller mechanism 71 and the platen roller supporting mechanism 72 swing, the third round tables 7142 at two ends of the platen roller 714 are respectively sleeved in the sleeve grooves 7231 of the fixed support 723, so as to realize that the swingable platen roller mechanism 71 is sleeved in and fixes the platen roller supporting mechanism 72, and meanwhile, the swingable platen roller mechanism 71 is meshed with the electric reel 31 through a gear, so that the platen roller 714 is driven by the electric reel 31 to rotate in a follow-up manner.

The novel glue scraping and pasting machine comprises a machine base (1), a paper conveying mechanism (2) and a gluing mechanism (3), wherein the gluing mechanism (3) comprises an electric winding drum (31) and a driven winding drum (32) which is arranged on the electric winding drum (31) and tangential to the electric winding drum (31); the method is characterized in that: an elastic scraping device (4), a glue backflow mechanism (6) and a paper pressing shaft swinging mechanism (7) are arranged on one side of the electric winding drum (31), the elastic scraping device (4) is elastically abutted against the electric winding drum (31), and a paper discharging blade (5) corresponding to the elastic scraping device (4) is arranged on the other side of the electric winding drum (31); the paper pressing shaft swinging mechanism (7) is positioned and fixed along the swinging direction; the glue backflow mechanism (6) is used for dripping glue on the surface of the electric winding drum (31), a part of the glue on the surface of the electric winding drum (31) is adhered to the surface of paper, and the residual glue is backflow and recovered along the direction of the electric winding drum (31);
the elastic scraping device (4) comprises a fixed seat (41), a mounting rod (42), a scraping blade (43), a first spring (44) and an adjustable knob (45), wherein the fixed seat (41) is provided with a first clamping groove (411) which is clamped with a supporting rod (11) of the base (1) and is used for fixing the supporting rod (11) of the base (1) through screw pressing, and the fixed seat (41) is enabled to move along the direction of the supporting rod (11) through the first clamping groove (411) to adjust the position; the fixed seat (41) is also provided with an inner cavity (412) penetrated by the mounting rod (42), a limiting groove (413) for pre-pressing the first spring (44) and a through hole (414) penetrated by the adjustable knob (45);
One end of the mounting rod (42) is provided with a first round table (421), the first round table (421) is arranged in the limit groove (413) and penetrates through the first spring (44), and one end of the first round table (421) is provided with a screw hole (4211) in threaded connection with the adjustable knob (45); the other end of the mounting rod (42) is fixed with the doctor blade (43);
One end of the doctor blade (43) is provided with an arc-shaped blade end (431) which is abutted with the electric winding drum (31);
The glue backflow mechanism (6) comprises a glue dripping pipe (61) and elastic glue recycling mechanisms (62) arranged on two sides of the electric winding drum (31) and the driven winding drum (32);
one end of the rubber dropping pipe (61) is connected with a rubber inlet end, and the other end of the rubber dropping pipe flows to the tangential end of the electric winding drum (31) and the driven winding drum (32); one end of the elastic glue recycling mechanism (62) is elastically attached to one side of the electric winding drum (31) and one side of the driven winding drum (32), and the other end of the elastic glue recycling mechanism is connected with a negative pressure glue recycling end;
