Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, a bone nail for implanting bones is in a complex stress environment for a long time, looseness is easy to occur, and even the bone nail is gradually and slightly screwed out of the bones, so that the bone is not beneficial to rapid and stable growth and healing, secondary injury to affected parts is likely to be caused, and the life quality of patients is seriously affected.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the orthopedic implant screw for implanting into bone comprises an outer screw 10 and an inner screw 20, wherein the surface of the outer screw 10 is provided with a first thread structure 100, the outer screw 10 is rotationally drilled into the bone through the first thread structure 100, the end surface of the first end of the outer screw 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11 extending along the axial direction of the outer screw 10, the wall surface of the mounting hole 11 is provided with a thread groove 12, the thread groove 12 extends along the axial direction of the mounting hole 11, and at least a part of the thread groove 12 penetrates through the outer screw 10 in the radial direction of the mounting hole 11; the inner screw 20 is detachably disposed in the mounting hole 11, the surface of the inner screw 20 has a second screw thread structure 200 adapted to the screw thread groove 12, and the second screw thread structure 200 protrudes out of the surface of the outer screw 10 after passing through the screw thread groove 12, and the inner screw 20 is rotatably mounted into the mounting hole 11 through the second screw thread structure 200 and connected with the bone, wherein the rotation direction of the second screw thread structure 200 is opposite to the rotation direction of the first screw thread structure 100 to prevent the outer screw 10 from backing out of the bone.
Through setting up outer screw 10, outer screw 10 is bored into the skeleton with rotatory mode through first screw thread structure 100, so as to realize the normal use of orthopedics implantation screw, through the mounting hole 11 at outer screw 10 is equipped with interior screw 20, interior screw 20 is through being connected with it and the second screw thread structure 200 that wears out by the screw groove 12 of outer screw 10 bore into the skeleton, because the direction of rotation of second screw thread structure 200 is opposite to the direction of rotation of first screw thread structure 100, when outer screw 10 has the trend of rotatory withdrawal skeleton, can receive the spacing of interior screw 20 and second screw thread structure 200 to prevent further motion of outer screw 10 effectively, ensured the steadiness of outer screw 10 implantation skeleton, not only be favorable to the quick, the steady growth healing of skeleton, and avoided the affected part to receive the secondary injury, the quality of life of patient has reliably been improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the lead angle B of the second thread structure 200 is greater than the lead angle a of the first thread structure 100. This is considering that the screw lead angle a of the first screw structure 100 is smaller, the external screw 10 needs to rotate more circles to drill into the bone completely, the stable connection between the external screw 10 and the bone is ensured, the screw lead angle B of the second screw structure 200 needs to be set larger, so that the internal screw 20 can enter the mounting hole 11 only by screwing fewer circles, and is connected with the bone, the limiting effect of the external screw 10 is achieved, the internal screw 20 and the external screw 10 are assembled conveniently, and the use convenience of the orthopedic implant screw is improved.
Specifically, alternatively, the ratio of the thread lead angle B to the thread lead angle a is 2 or more and 3 or less. The second thread structure 200 and the first thread structure 100 with the ratio of the thread lead angle B to the thread lead angle A within the range are reasonable in structure, the second thread structure 200 and the inner screw 20 are convenient to integrally form and manufacture, the first thread structure 100 and the outer screw 10 are also convenient to integrally form and manufacture, and the structural rationality of the orthopedic implant screw is improved.
Optionally, the thread lead angle a is between 10 ° and 30 °. Accordingly, the thread lead angle B is between 20 ° and 90 °.
Alternatively, the radial length of the second screw structure 200 at the portion protruding from the surface of the outer screw 10 is 2mm or more. The second thread structure 200 of this parameter can be effectively coupled to bone to prevent the external screw 10 from rotating out of the bone while avoiding excessive damage to the bone.
Optionally, the number of turns of the second thread structure 200 raised around the outer Zhou Pan of the inner screw 20 is 1 or more and 3 or less. In this way, the corresponding number of turns of the inner screw 20 can be screwed, so that the assembly of the inner screw 20 and the outer screw 10 can be conveniently realized, and the outer screw 10 is reliably limited.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 4 and 5, the outer screw 10 comprises a nail tip 13, a nail body 14 and a nail cap 15 which are sequentially connected, wherein a mounting hole 11 is formed in the nail cap 15, the direction from the nail cap 15 to the nail tip 13 of the nail body 14 comprises a slotted section 141 and a thread section 142, wherein a thread groove 12 is formed in the nail cap 15 and the slotted section 141, and the thread groove 12 formed in the slotted section 141 penetrates through the outer screw 10 in the radial direction of the mounting hole 11; the first thread form 100 is located on the thread segments 142. Thus, while the internal screw 20 is screwed into the mounting hole 11, the second screw structure 200 is fed along the screw groove 12, and a portion of the second screw structure 200 protrudes from the screw groove 12 to be coupled with the bone.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 4 and 5, the outer diameter of the grooved section 141 is larger than the outer diameter of the threaded section 142, and the diameter of the grooved section 141 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the first threaded structure 100. The external screw 10 with the structure is more beneficial to drilling into bones, and has smaller wound surface to the bones and high practicability.
Optionally, the axial length of the first thread structure 100, the axial length of the thread groove 12, and the axial length of the second thread structure 200 are all equal. In this way, the orthopedic implant screw has a more compact structure when the inner screw 20 is completely rotated into the mounting hole 11 to complete the assembly with the outer screw 10.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 8, the hole section of the mounting hole 11 at the end face near the first end of the outer screw 10 is polygonal to form a screwing operation hole section 111; an operation hole 21 is formed in the tip end surface of the inner screw 20, and the hole section of the operation hole 21 is polygonal. This is to facilitate the screwing operation of the external screw 10 and the internal screw 20, and to improve the convenience of use of the orthopedic implant screw.
