As shown in fig. 1, a furniture system 20 includes a first furniture object and a second furniture object, such as a cabinet 22 and at least one drawer 24 (also referred to as furniture objects). Wherein, the drawer 24 can be folded relative to the cabinet 22.
As shown in fig. 2, the drawer 24 (only a portion of the drawer 24 is shown in fig. 2) includes a front wall 26 (e.g., a front panel), a rear wall 28, a bottom 30, and a side wall 32. As shown in FIG. 3, the rear wall 28 of the drawer 24 has a mounting feature, such as a mounting hole 34. A slide mechanism 36 according to embodiments of the present invention is suitable for use with a furniture item, such as the drawer 24. Specifically, the slide mechanism 36 includes a first rail 38, a second rail 40 (also referred to as a slide), and a first adjusting device 44 (see fig. 4).
The first rail 38 may be secured to an object via an extension 46, for example, the extension 46 may be threadably secured to the cabinet 22; the second rail 40 is longitudinally disposed and longitudinally displaceable relative to the first rail 38 along the length of the first rail 38. The second rail 40 includes a front portion 40a and a rear portion 40 b. Preferably, a third rail 48 is movably mounted between the first rail 38 and the second rail 40 for extending the displacement stroke of the second rail 40 relative to the first rail 38.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first adjusting device 44 is located between the front portion 40a and the rear portion 40b of the second rail 40, and the first adjusting device 44 is disposed adjacent to the rear portion 40b of the second rail 40. Preferably, the slide mechanism 36 further includes a second adjusting device 50 and a housing 52. The housing 52 is attached to the second rail 40, for example, the housing 52 is attached adjacent the rear portion 40b of the second rail 40. The first adjustment device 44 and the second adjustment device 50 are mounted to the housing 52. The first adjusting device 44, the second adjusting device 50 and the housing 52 form an adjusting assembly.
Fig. 5 shows the mounting relationship between the drawer 24 and the slide mechanism 36, with the bottom 30 of the drawer 24 supported by the second rail 40. Through the displacement of the second rail 40 relative to the first rail 38, the drawer 24 can be displaced from a closed state to an open state relative to the cabinet 22.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the housing 52 includes a plurality of portions for mounting the first adjustment device 44 and the second adjustment device 50. For example, the housing 52 includes a first side plate 52a, a second side plate 52b, a middle plate 52c connected between the first side plate 52a and the second side plate 52b, and a bottom plate 52d extending from the bottom of the middle plate 52 c. Preferably, a partition plate 52e is further included and is connected substantially perpendicularly to the bottom plate 52 d.

Specifically, the first base 56 includes a first portion 58 and a second portion 60. And the second portion 60 is connected to the first portion 58. Preferably, the first portion 58 and the second portion 60 are integrally formed. For example, the first portion 58 and the second portion 60 form a support plate, and the support plate has a length L. The direction of this length L is substantially the same as the longitudinal length or direction of longitudinal displacement of the aforementioned slide rail (e.g., second rail 40). Preferably, the first base 56 further includes an extension wall 62 substantially perpendicularly connected to the second portion 60. Preferably, the extension wall 62, the second portion 60 and the first portion 58 are integrally formed. Preferably, the first base 56 is flexible, for example, the first base 56 is made of metal or plastic.
The first adjustment member 54 includes a main body portion 64, an eccentric portion 66 and an operating portion 68. The body portion 64 is generally circular in configuration; the eccentric portion 66 is located on the main body portion 64 and is not coaxial (or different from the center of the circle) with the main body portion 64, and the main body portion 64 can pass through an opening 70 of the middle plate 52c of the housing 52, so that the eccentric portion 66 is mounted on the extension wall 62 of the first base 56, and the first base 56 can be adjusted and displaced by the first adjusting member 54.
Preferably, the extension wall 62 of the first base 56 includes a connection hole 72 corresponding to the eccentric portion 66 of the first adjusting member 54, and the width w of the connection hole 72 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the eccentric portion 66 of the first adjusting member 54. Here, the connection hole 72 may be a long hole. Preferably, the connecting hole 72 provides a connecting member 74 disposed on the extending wall 62 of the first base 56. The connecting member 74 has a first connecting portion 74a and a second connecting portion 74b connected to the first connecting portion 74 a. The outer diameter of the first connecting portion 74a is greater than the height h of the connecting hole 72, so that the first connecting portion 74a can be located outside the connecting hole 72 when assembled on the first base 56; the second connecting portion 74b has an outer diameter smaller than the height h of the connecting hole 72 and can penetrate into the connecting hole 72 and connect with the eccentric portion 66 of the first adjusting member 54. The operation portion 68 is connected to the main body portion 64.
Preferably, the main body 64 is mounted to the second connecting portion 74b of the connecting member 74 through a mounting plate 76 after passing through the opening 70 of the housing 52, wherein the mounting plate 76 is slightly larger than the main body 64, and the mounting plate 76 is located between the main body 64 and the extension wall 62.
Preferably, the body portion 64 of the first adjustment member 54 and the housing 52 have first and second features 78, 80 that correspond to one another. Here, it is exemplified that the periphery of the body portion 64 has a plurality of first features 78, and the middle plate 52c of the housing 52 has two second features 80. The first and second features 78, 80 may be concave and convex, or may be a combination of convex and concave structures, such that when the first adjustment member 54 is adjusted to rotate, the first adjustment member 54 can be temporarily positioned with respect to the housing 52 after rotating by the engagement of one of the first and second features 78, 80.
On the other hand, the second adjusting device 50 includes a second adjusting member 82 and a second base 84. The second adjusting member 82 is used for adjusting the second base 84, so that the second base 84 can be adjusted and displaced in the transverse direction T, in other words, the second adjusting member 82 can adjust a transverse position of the second base 84. Preferably, the second base 84 is flexible, for example, the second base 84 is made of metal or plastic.
Specifically, the second base 84 includes a seat 86 and a protrusion 88, the protrusion 88 is fixed to the seat 86, and the protrusion 88 is disposed longitudinally. For example, the projection 88 can be riveted to the seat 86 by a rivet 89 (see fig. 9), but is not limited in implementation. Preferably, the seat 86 has a height, and the protrusion 88 is fixed to the seat 86. Preferably, the protrusion 88 has a first support section 90, and the seat 86 has a second support section 92 against which the first support section 90 abuts. Since the protrusion 88 is fixed relative to the seat 86, the protrusion 88 and the seat 86 can be regarded as the same component. Preferably, the second base 84 is located in a space defined by the first side plate 52a, the bottom plate 52d and the partition plate 52e of the housing 52. Preferably, the housing 52 includes a first guide section 94, and the second base 84 has a second guide section 96 mounted to the first guide section 94. Preferably, one of the first guiding segment 94 and the second guiding segment 96 is a convex rib, and the other of the first guiding segment 94 and the second guiding segment 96 is a long hole or a long groove, so that the displacement of the second base 84 in the transverse direction T is facilitated by the cooperation of the first guiding segment 94 and the second guiding segment 96.
The second adjustment member 82 is operatively coupled to the second base 84. The second base 84 (seat 86) and the second adjustment member 82 have corresponding first and second adjustment structures 98 and 100.
The first adjustment structure 98 and the second adjustment structure 100 are, for example, threaded structures that are threaded with each other. Through the cooperation of the first adjustment structure 98 and the second adjustment structure 100, the second adjustment member 82 can adjust the displacement of the second base 84 in the transverse direction T.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first adjusting member 54 is mounted behind the middle plate 52c of the housing 52; on the other hand, the projection 88 of the second base 84 projects to the front of the intermediate plate 52 c.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the adjustment assembly is disposed adjacent the rear portion 40b of the second rail 40. Wherein the first portion 58 of the first base 56 is fixed relative to the second rail 40. For example, the first portion 58 is fixedly connected to the second rail 40 by riveting, welding, or the like.
During the installation process, a user can first adjust the lateral position of the second base 84 through the second adjustment member 82, so that the protrusion 88 of the second base 84 can be aligned with the installation hole 34 of the rear wall 28 of the drawer 24 (or the load). Further, when the drawer 24 is mounted to the second rail 40, the protrusion 88 of the second base 84 is inserted into the mounting hole 34 of the rear wall 28 of the drawer 24, and the second portion 60 is used to support the bottom of the drawer 24.
As shown in fig. 11, a user can operate the first adjustment member 54 to rotate in a rotation direction R relative to the housing 52 for adjusting the first base 56 to move in a height direction U. In other words, the first adjustment member 54 can adjust a height of the first base 56.
As shown in fig. 12, when the user wants to adjust the tilting angle of the drawer 24, the user can adjust a tilting angle of the second portion 60 relative to the longitudinal direction or the longitudinal length of the second rail 40 through the first adjusting member 54.
Specifically, in this embodiment, since the first portion 58 is fixedly connected to the second rail 40, when the user operates the first adjustment member 54 to rotate in the rotation direction R, the inclination angle of the second portion 60 relative to the longitudinal length of the second rail 40 can be adjusted, for example, the second portion 60 can be adjusted to have a first inclination angle a1 relative to the first portion 58. In other words, the rear wall 28 of the drawer 24 is obliquely raised, so that the inclination angle of the drawer 24 is adjusted. Wherein the inner wall 35 of the mounting hole 34 of the drawer 24 is also adjacent to the protrusion 88 of the second base 84.
As shown in fig. 13, the user can operate the first adjustment member 54 to rotate continuously in the rotation direction R relative to the housing 52, so as to adjust the first base 56 to move continuously in the height direction U.
As shown in FIG. 14, when the user wants to further adjust the tilting angle of the drawer 24, the user can continuously adjust the second portion 60 via the first adjusting member 54, so that the second portion 60 is changed from the first tilting angle A1 to a second tilting angle A2.
Specifically, in this embodiment, since the first portion 58 is fixedly connected to the second rail 40, when the user operates the first adjustment member 54 to continue rotating in the rotating direction R, the inclination angle of the second portion 60 relative to the first portion 58 can be further adjusted. In other words, the rear wall 28 of the drawer 24 is further obliquely raised, so that the inclination angle of the drawer 24 is adjusted. Wherein the inner wall 35 of the mounting hole 34 of the drawer 24 is further adjacent to the protrusion 88 of the second base 84.
It is worth mentioning that sometimes, due to the problem of the dimensional tolerance of the mounting hole 34 of the drawer 24 and the protruding portion 88 of the second base 84, in the first case, the hole inner wall 35 of the mounting hole 34 of the drawer 24 may contact the protruding portion 88 of the second base 84, wherein, since the protruding portion 88 of the second base 84 is fixed relative to the seat 86, the protruding portion 88 is not carried along by the hole inner wall 35; alternatively, in the second case, when the force applied to the first adjustment member 54 by the user is too large, the hole inner wall 35 contacts and the force applied to the protrusion 88 is greater than the flexibility or rigidity of the protrusion 88 itself, the protrusion 88 is forcibly pushed so as to be deformed to tilt slightly. Therefore, the position of the protrusion 88 is not easily changed by external force through the fixation of the protrusion 88 to the seat 86, thereby increasing the reliability of the structure.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are:
first, the slide mechanism 36 includes a first adjusting device 44 and/or a second adjusting device 50. Wherein the first adjusting device 44 can adjust the tilt angle of the furniture object (such as a drawer); the second adjusting device 50 includes a second base 84 and a second adjusting member 82 for adjusting the transverse (or lateral) displacement of the second base 84 so as to align the protrusion 88 of the second base 84 with the mounting hole 34 of the furniture object.
Secondly, the position of the protruding portion 88 is not easily changed by external force through the fixing of the protruding portion 88 relative to the seat portion 86, thereby increasing the reliability of the structure.
Third, the first portion 58 and the second portion 60 of the first base 56 are integrally formed without additional parts, and the first portion 58 is fixed on the second rail 40, and the second portion 60 is adjusted to be able to tilt relative to the first portion 58, so as to adjust the tilt angle of the furniture object (such as a drawer), thereby simplifying the structure and saving the cost.
Fourth, the first guiding section 94 and the second guiding section 96 are matched to facilitate the lateral or side displacement of the second base 84.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these are by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.
