雪地靴渐渐受到人们的追捧,其保暖效果好深受人们喜爱,但是目前市面上的雪地靴在提供保暖效果的同时,容易导致使用者脚部出汗,而且本身透气性较差,容易导致鞋内滋生细菌,从而导致使用者脚部引发皮肤病,故而提出一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴来解决上述问题。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,具备保温透气效果好等优点,解决了目前市面上的雪地靴在提供保暖效果的同时,容易导致使用者脚部出汗,而且本身透气性较差,容易导致鞋内滋生细菌,从而导致使用者脚部引发皮肤病的问题。

该保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,通过设置的真丝面料层有效增加了鞋面的抗拉伸性,其亲肤性强,透气性能好,与人体表面肌肤接触是无违和感,其真丝本身健康环保,自身可自动降解,环保卫生,提升鞋面整体使用品质,设置的牛奶蛋白纤维面料具有羊绒般的手感,纤维膨松细软,触感如羊绒般柔软、舒适和滑糯,便于人们使用,设置的织面层和棉芯层能对鞋内起到较好的保温效果,设置的高分子材料层有效增加了鞋面的强度,设置的耐水解层有效增加了鞋面的强度,避免使用过程受外界物质水解,设置的承重层有效承接整个人体重量,设置的隔热层能有效隔断鞋内外热量的交换,使得鞋内具备良好的保温性,设置的密封层能隔断鞋底的水分子,保证鞋内的干燥,设置的耐磨层增大了鞋底的耐磨性,提升了使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3,一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,包括鞋面1,鞋面1的底部固定安装有鞋底2,鞋底2的底部铺设有防滑层3,鞋面1的顶部固定安装有贴合圈4。
鞋面1包括真丝面料层11,真丝面料层11为三层真丝纤维编织而成,第一层真丝纤维为通过经线和纬线交织而成的光面结构,第二层真丝纤维和第三层真丝纤维均为通过经线和纬线交织而成的网状结构,三者的厚度比为一比一比二棉纤维,其三者的混纺占比为一比一比二,真丝面料层11的顶部铺设有牛奶蛋白纤维面料12,牛奶蛋白纤维面料12为三层的苎麻混纺纱、苎麻混纺纱和动物纤维组成,苎麻混纺纱、苎麻混纺纱和动物纤维呈等距离间隔排布,牛奶蛋白纤维面料12的顶部铺设有织面层13,织面层13的顶部铺设有高分子材料层14,高分子材料层14的顶部铺设有耐水解层15,织面层13为两层的棉和聚酯纤维组成,棉和聚酯纤维呈等距离间隔排布,高分子材料层14为酚醛树脂和聚酰亚胺合成,其二者质量比例为四比二,耐水解层15为耐水解树脂、有机溶剂和抗老化助剂制成,三者为一次压合成型,耐水解层15的顶部铺设有棉芯层16,棉芯层16的顶部开设有贯穿耐水解层15、高分子材料层14、织面层13、牛奶蛋白纤维面料12和真丝面料层11的固定孔17,固定孔17内填充有棉条18。
鞋底2包括承重层21,承重层21的底部铺设有隔热层22,隔热层22的底部铺设有密封层23,承重层21为废旧塑料、原状煤灰和纤维制成,其原材料经过模压和拉制工艺制成新型再生树脂复合材料,隔热层22为两层的碳酸钙和聚乙烯组成,碳酸钙和聚乙烯呈等距离间隔排列,密封层23为植物纤维和树脂混合制成,植物纤维与树脂的成分比例为一比二,密封层23的底部铺设有耐磨层24,耐磨层24和防滑层3均为乳液发泡橡胶制成,防滑层3的底壁开设有防滑槽,通过设置的真丝面料层11有效增加了鞋面1的抗拉伸性,其亲肤性强,透气性能好,与人体表面肌肤接触是无违和感,其真丝本身健康环保,自身可自动降解,环保卫生,提升鞋面1整体使用品质,设置的牛奶蛋白纤维面料12具有羊绒般的手感,纤维膨松细软,触感如羊绒般柔软、舒适和滑糯,便于人们使用,设置的织面层13和棉芯层16能对鞋内起到较好的保温效果,设置的高分子材料层14有效增加了鞋面1的强度,设置的耐水解层15有效增加了鞋面1的强度,避免使用过程受外界物质水解,设置的承重层21有效承接整个人体重量,设置的隔热层22能有效隔断鞋内外热量的交换,使得鞋内具备良好的保温性,设置的密封层23能隔断鞋底2的水分子,保证鞋内的干燥,设置的耐磨层24增大了鞋底2的耐磨性,提升了使用寿命。

1.一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,包括鞋面(1),其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)的底部固定安装有鞋底(2),所述鞋底(2)的底部铺设有防滑层(3),所述鞋面(1)的顶部固定安装有贴合圈(4);
所述鞋面(1)包括真丝面料层(11),所述真丝面料层(11)的顶部铺设有牛奶蛋白纤维面料(12),所述牛奶蛋白纤维面料(12)的顶部铺设有织面层(13),所述织面层(13)的顶部铺设有高分子材料层(14),所述高分子材料层(14)的顶部铺设有耐水解层(15),所述耐水解层(15)的顶部铺设有棉芯层(16),所述棉芯层(16)的顶部开设有贯穿耐水解层(15)、高分子材料层(14)、织面层(13)、牛奶蛋白纤维面料(12)和真丝面料层(11)的固定孔(17),所述固定孔(17)内填充有棉条(18);
所述鞋底(2)包括承重层(21),所述承重层(21)的底部铺设有隔热层(22),所述隔热层(22)的底部铺设有密封层(23),所述密封层(23)的底部铺设有耐磨层(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,其特征在于:所述真丝面料层(11)为三层真丝纤维编织而成,第一层真丝纤维为通过经线和纬线交织而成的光面结构,第二层真丝纤维和第三层真丝纤维均为通过经线和纬线交织而成的网状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,其特征在于:所述牛奶蛋白纤维面料(12)为三层的苎麻混纺纱、苎麻混纺纱和动物纤维组成,苎麻混纺纱、苎麻混纺纱和动物纤维呈等距离间隔排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,其特征在于:所述织面层(13)为两层的棉和聚酯纤维组成,棉和聚酯纤维呈等距离间隔排布,所述高分子材料层(14)为酚醛树脂和聚酰亚胺合成,,所述耐水解层(15)为耐水解树脂、有机溶剂和抗老化助剂制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,其特征在于:所述承重层(21)为废旧塑料、原状煤灰和纤维制成,所述隔热层(22)为两层的碳酸钙和聚乙烯组成,碳酸钙和聚乙烯呈等距离间隔排列,所述密封层(23)为植物纤维和树脂混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温透气效果好的防滑雪地靴,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(24)和防滑层(3)均为乳液发泡橡胶制成,所述防滑层(3)的底壁开设有防滑槽。
