Background
In the SDN network, a south direction of an SDN controller issues configuration information to network equipment through a NETCONF protocol to realize management of the network equipment, in order to keep the configuration information issued by the SDN controller persistent, the SDN controller issues a 'save' command (namely a configuration information storage instruction) through the NETCONF protocol, and after receiving the 'save' command, the network equipment stores current configuration information to prevent the configuration information from being lost after the network equipment is abnormally restarted.
When the SDN controller issues the "save" command, if the network device is in an abnormal state, for example, a network device that is split in the stacking system or an interface board of the network device is abnormal, the network device cannot complete the "save" command, so that the network device does not store the configuration information in the "save" command. After the subsequent abnormal recovery of the network device, the "save" command is not executed, so that the latest configuration information does not exist, only the initial configuration can be performed, and the initial configuration parameters are default values and are generally different from the configuration information of the SDN controller side, so that the configuration information of the SDN controller side and the configuration information of the network device side are not synchronous.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In an SDN network, configuration information synchronization of network devices is generally performed in a manner that an SDN controller issues a "save" command. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an SDN network, where an SDN controller manages three network devices, which are a network device a, a network device B, and a network device C. The network devices are all in a normal state when being initially managed by the SDN controller, and if the SDN controller detects that the configuration information of the network device B changes, the SDN controller issues a 'save' command to the network device B so that the network device B can store the current configuration information. However, after a period of usage and consumption, an interface board of the network device B is abnormal, and due to the abnormality of the interface board of the network device B, the network device B cannot execute the "save" command, that is, cannot write the corresponding configuration information into the configuration file of the interface board, when the interface board recovers to be normal, because the configuration file of the interface board has no configuration information, the network device B performs initialization configuration on the interface board, and therefore the configuration information of the interface board is not synchronized with the configuration information of the SDN controller side.
Based on the problem that the configuration information is not synchronized, the SDN controller and the method and apparatus for controlling a configuration information storage instruction according to the embodiments of the present disclosure can synthesize a period of state, a current state, and a change condition of the configuration information on a network device, and send the configuration information storage instruction in a targeted manner, for example, when the configuration information is not changed, if there is an interface board that is not in place in the period of the network device and causes an abnormality in the period of the network device, the current state of the network device is normal after the interface board is restored in place in the period, and the SDN controller can issue the configuration information storage instruction, so that the interface board that is in normal state in the period is restored, the configuration information storage instruction can be executed in time, and further the current configuration information of the network device is stored on the interface board in time, and the network device is synchronized with the configuration information on the SDN controller side in time, thereby ensuring the normal processing of the subsequent services.
For the sake of understanding the present embodiment, a detailed description will be given of a control method of a configuration information storage command disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a control method for a configuration information saving instruction is shown, and the method is applied to an SDN controller, which is located in an SDN network and typically hosts a plurality of network devices, which may be switches, routers and other devices. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S202, the SDN controller checks the current configuration information change condition and the current state of the managed network device.
The SDN controller may periodically check and record the change of configuration information of each managed network device and the current state of the network device. The check period set here may be set differently according to actual conditions, and in the present embodiment, the SDN controller checks the configuration information change condition of the network device and the state of the network device for half an hour, that is, every half an hour.
The change condition of the configuration information can be determined based on the comparison result between the current configuration information and the configuration information issued before. For example: comparing whether the current configuration information of the managed network equipment is consistent with the configuration information of the previous period or not; if the current configuration information of the network equipment is consistent, determining that the current configuration information of the network equipment is unchanged; otherwise, it is determined that the current configuration information of the network device changes.
And the current state of the network device is determined according to the difference between the on-site information of the interface board of the network device and the reference state information of the interface board of the network device. If the on-site information of the current interface board of the network equipment is consistent with the reference state information of the interface board of the network equipment, the current state of the network equipment is normal; if the on-site information of the current interface board of the network equipment is inconsistent with the reference state information of the interface board of the network equipment, the current state of the network equipment is abnormal.
For example: when initially managed by the SDN controller, the network device a has on-site interface boards a1, a2, and A3. The reference state information of network device a is that interface boards a1, a2, A3 are on bit. After a period of time, the SDN controller checks that the current state information of the network device a is normal if it is still that interface boards a1, a2, and A3 are in place, and if at least one of interface boards a1, a2, and A3 of the network device a is not in place, the current state of the network device a is abnormal.
Step S204, when the current state of the network device is normal, the SDN controller determines whether a configuration information saving instruction needs to be issued according to the state of the last cycle of the network device and the change condition of the current configuration information.
After the SDN controller obtains the current configuration information change condition and the current state, whether the current state is normal or not is judged, if the current state is normal, the state of the last period of the network equipment is further checked, and whether a configuration information storage instruction, namely a 'save' command needs to be issued to the network equipment or not is judged based on the state of the last period of the network equipment and the current configuration information change condition.
Step S206, when the determination result in the step S204 is that the configuration information saving instruction needs to be issued, the SDN controller issues the configuration information saving instruction to the network device, so that the network device saves the current configuration information of the network device.
After the network device receives the configuration information storage instruction, the configuration information storage operation is executed based on the configuration information storage instruction, the current configuration information of the network device is stored in the configuration files of all interface boards, when the network device is restarted, the configuration files of all the interface boards store the configuration information stored last time, and then the configuration information can be configured, so that the configuration information synchronization of the SDN controller side and the network device side is achieved.
If the current state of the network device is abnormal, the SDN controller may not issue a configuration information saving instruction ("save" command) to the network device, but in the prior art, as long as the current configuration information is different from the previous configuration information, the "save" command may be issued, and when the current state of the network device is abnormal, the "save" command may also be issued. By the embodiment, when the current state of the network equipment is abnormal, the 'save' command does not need to be issued, and the redundant issuing process of the 'save' command is further reduced.
The control method for the configuration information storage instruction provided by the embodiment of the disclosure judges whether the configuration information storage instruction needs to be issued according to the state of the last cycle of the network device and the change condition of the current configuration information by checking the change condition and the current state of the current configuration information of the managed network device when the current state of the network device is normal.
The step of determining whether to issue the configuration information storage instruction according to the state of the last cycle of the network device and the change condition of the current configuration information includes the following instruction issue determination mechanisms:
(1) when the current state of the network device is normal, if the state of the last cycle of the network device is also normal and the change condition of the current configuration information is changed, a configuration information storage instruction needs to be issued to the network device;
(2) when the current state of the network equipment is normal, if the state of the last period of the network equipment is abnormal, a configuration information storage instruction needs to be issued to the network equipment;
that is, if the current state of the network device is normal and the state of the previous cycle is abnormal, the configuration information storage instruction needs to be issued to the network device without judging whether the change condition of the configuration information of the network device changes.
(3) When the current state of the network equipment is normal, if the state of the last period of the network equipment is normal and the current configuration information is unchanged, a configuration information storage instruction does not need to be issued to the network equipment;
(4) when the current state of the network device is abnormal, no matter whether the state of the last period of the network device is normal or not, the configuration information storage instruction does not need to be issued to the network device.
Based on the instruction issuing judgment mechanism, the configuration information storage instruction can be issued in a targeted manner, so that the purpose of issuing the 'save' command in time is achieved, and in the prior art, if the current configuration information is the same as the previous configuration information, the 'save' command cannot be issued, and the 'save' command cannot be issued in time. For example: if the current state of the network equipment is normal, but the current configuration information is not changed from the previous configuration information, but the state of the last period of the network equipment is abnormal, the configuration information storage instruction needs to be issued through the instruction issuing judgment mechanism (2). If the network device is abnormal in the previous period, the network device may not be able to timely store the configuration information issued by the SDN controller in the previous period, and thus the problem of non-synchronization of the configuration information between the network device and the SDN controller occurs; through the instruction issuing judgment mechanism (2), the configuration information storage instruction can be issued in one cycle on the network equipment, and is normal at present, no matter whether the configuration information is changed or not, so that the problem that the configuration information cannot be stored in time after the exception is recovered because the configuration information is not stored due to the exception of part of service boards or interface boards of the network equipment is solved. By the instruction issuing judgment mechanisms (3) and (4), issuing of redundant configuration storage instructions can be avoided.
In addition, it should be noted that, after the controller sets the reference state of the network device, at this time, there is no "previous cycle state" of the network device (the previous cycle state is a default value or is null), and therefore, for the first cycle, the controller directly issues the configuration information saving instruction to the network device. Specifically, when the controller recognizes that the current state of the network device is normal and the state of the previous period is a default value or a null value, the controller directly issues a configuration information storage instruction to the network device.
In specific implementation, whether the current state of the network device is normal or not can be determined based on the on-site information of the interface board when the network device is managed for the first time. Based on this, the step of checking the current state of the managed network device in step S202 includes the following specific steps: acquiring current in-place information of an interface board included by the network equipment through a communication channel established with the network equipment in advance; comparing whether the current on-site information of the interface board is consistent with the reference state information of the interface board; the reference state information is the on-site information of an interface board included by the network equipment when the network equipment is managed for the first time; and if the current state of the network equipment is consistent with the current state of the network equipment, determining that the current state of the network equipment is normal. And if not, determining that the current state of the network equipment is abnormal.
By the checking mode, whether the state of the network equipment changes or not can be quickly checked, and then the conclusion whether the network equipment is normal or not can be quickly obtained, so that the timeliness of configuration information synchronization is guaranteed.
When the SDN controller manages the network device for the first time, it may read the in-place information of the service board or the interface board of the network device through the NETCONF protocol, where the in-place information includes interface parameters and the like, which may be expressed as reference state information of the interface board. Generally, when a network device is managed for the first time, which interface boards of the network device are actually in place are recorded in the reference state information, for example, when the network device a is managed for the first time by the SDN controller, the interface boards in place are a1, a2, and A3, and the reference state information is a1, a2, and A3 in place.
When the network device is initially managed, the initial state of the network device is normal, the SDN controller may set a first identifier (for example, a green light identifier or a number 1 identifier) to indicate that the state of the network device is normal, if half an hour elapses (it is assumed that a period of issuing a configuration information storage instruction by the SDN controller is half an hour), check whether current in-place information of an interface board included in the network device is consistent with reference state information, if the current in-place information and the reference state information are consistent, determine that the current state of the network device is normal, continue to maintain the first identifier, if the current in-place information and the reference state information are not consistent, determine that the current state is abnormal, and set a second identifier (for example, a red light identifier or a number 0 identifier) for the network device.
In order to facilitate the SDN controller to check the state of the network device, the SDN controller stores a state table for recording the state of the network device; in the state table, the first mark is used for indicating that the state is normal, and the second mark is used for indicating that the state is abnormal. The first identifier and the second identifier are used to distinguish between normal and abnormal states of the network device, and may have various expressions, such as a green light for indicating normal, a red light for indicating abnormal, and the like in the present embodiment. Referring to the schematic diagram of the state table shown in fig. 3, the state table includes three items of names, times and states of network devices, new network devices and new states of the network devices may be continuously added over time, and in order to avoid redundancy, data in the last few days or data in the last few cycles may be set to be reserved, in this embodiment, only the data in the last two times is taken as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the names of the network devices include: network device a, network device B, and network device C, the time includes: 2017.10.04, 10: 30 and 2017.10.04, 11: 00, the status includes the corresponding status of each network device at the corresponding time, and the red light and the green light represent the abnormal status and the normal status respectively.
The method further comprises the following steps: when the current state of the network equipment is detected to be normal, recording the current state as a first identifier in a state table; and when the current state of the network equipment is detected to be abnormal, recording the current state as a second identifier in the state table. Specifically, the SDN controller periodically checks the current state of the network device and records the check result in the state table, and since it is determined whether to issue the configuration information storage instruction, only the last cycle of the state and the current state of the network device are used, the state table may also be set to only retain the last two check results, which may greatly reduce the memory occupation space.
In practical applications, capacity expansion or capacity reduction operations may be performed on a network device according to design requirements, and the adoption of the method in the foregoing embodiment may mistakenly determine that the network device is in an abnormal state, and in order to effectively distinguish the operations and meet requirements of practical applications, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, a forced synchronization function may be set on the SDN controller, and the function may be implemented as a logical button, and if the button of the forced synchronization function is pressed, the forced synchronization function is started. Based on this, referring to the flowchart of another control method for the configuration information saving instruction shown in fig. 4, the method may further include the following steps based on the above method:
step S402, if the forced synchronization function is started, inquiring the on-site information of an interface board of the network equipment;
in the event of an unexpected normal situation (such as the above-described capacity expansion operation) at the network device, the user may press a button of the forced synchronization function on the SDN controller to initiate the forced synchronization function.
Step S404, the inquired in-place information is used as the reference state information of the interface board included in the network equipment;
step S406, modifying the current state of the network device in the state table of the network device to be normal;
step S408, issuing a configuration information storage instruction to the network device according to the modified state table.
Through the mode, the button with the forced synchronization function provided on the SDN controller is used for automatically modifying the state table, the current state of the network equipment is set to be normal, the problem that a configuration information storage instruction cannot be issued all the time after the current state is abnormal due to capacity expansion or capacity reduction of an interface board is avoided, the configuration information of the capacity expansion or capacity reduction interface board is different from that of the previous period generally, namely the configuration information changes, and therefore the SDN controller issues the configuration information storage instruction according to the modified state table; or, if the capacity expansion or reduction interface board and the configuration information of the network device do not change in time, the configuration information changes in the next period, and the configuration information storage instruction can be issued in time according to the modified state table, so that the problem that the configuration information storage instruction is not issued all the time due to the red light state of the capacity expansion or reduction operation of the normal interface board or service board can be avoided.
A specific example is listed below to describe the configuration information saving instruction issuing mechanism according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 5 illustrates a configuration information saving instruction issuing mechanism according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the figure, the current configuration information change condition includes change and no change, the current state and the last period state respectively include normal state and abnormal state, which are respectively represented by green light and red light, and the configuration information storage instruction issuing mechanism, namely, the 'save' command issuing mechanism, includes issuing and non-issuing. The specific corresponding relation is as follows:
(1) the state of the last period is green, the current state is also green, and if the change condition of the current configuration information is unchanged, a 'save' command is not issued; if the change condition of the current configuration information is changed, issuing a 'save' command;
(2) the state of the last period is green, but the current state is red, and no matter whether the change condition of the current configuration information is changed or not, the 'save' command is not sent;
(3) the state of the previous period is red, but the current state is green, and a 'save' command is issued no matter whether the change condition of the current configuration information is changed or not;
(4) the state of the last period is red light, the current state is also red light, and no matter whether the change condition of the current configuration information is changed or not, the 'save' command is not sent.
Continuing with the schematic networking diagram of the SDN network shown in fig. 1 as an example, the SDN controller manages a network device a, a network device B, and a network device C, which are all in a normal state when managed by the SDN controller, and the SDN controller takes on-site information of interface boards of the network devices as reference state information and sets the states of the network devices to green lights (that is, indicates a normal state). However, after a period of time of use and consumption, one interface board of the network device B is abnormal, and when the SDN controller reaches a periodic check time, the in-place information of the interface board of the network device B is compared with the reference state information of the interface board, and the result is inconsistent, so that the SDN controller sets the current state of the network device B to be a red light, in this case, according to (2) in the configuration information storage instruction issuing mechanism in fig. 5, the SDN controller does not issue a "save" command to the network device B, thereby avoiding an insignificant command issuing process. Then the interface board of the network device B is recovered to normal, after the periodic check time is reached, the SDN controller acquires the interface board in-place information of the network device B again, compares the interface board in-place information of the network device B with the reference state information thereof, finds that the interface board in-place information is consistent, and sets the current state of the network device B as a green light, under this condition, according to the configuration information storage instruction issuing mechanism (3) in fig. 5, the SDN controller immediately issues a "save" command, so that the network device B timely stores the current configuration information, thereby avoiding the problem that the configuration information of the network device B is lost due to subsequent restart, realizing the synchronization with the configuration information of the controller side, and relieving the problem that the configuration information of the SDN controller side and the network device side cannot be synchronized due to the fact that the configuration information storage instruction is issued when the network device is abnormal in the prior art.
It should be noted that the above method embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device for a configuration information storage instruction, where the control device is disposed in an SDN controller, and the device includes: a checking module 61, a judging module 62 and an instruction issuing module 63.
