Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The configuration file state synchronization method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a terminal 102 and a server 104. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The terminal 11 includes an eSIM card. A terminal including an eSIM card can select to download and use different profiles over the air on a server so that the eSIM-equipped terminal can receive mobile communication services provided by different network operators. After the user performs the profile management operation on the profile of the eSIM, for example, downloading, deleting, resetting, or the like, a piece of notification information is generated and transmitted to the server, and at this time, the server may synchronize the profile state of the eSIM corresponding to the server with the profile state of the eSIM at the terminal side according to the notification information. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for synchronizing a status of a configuration file is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example for being applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202, carrying out an eSIM configuration file management operation according to the control instruction, and generating feedback information and a formal notice; wherein the formal notification includes a target status of the eSIM profile.
The control instruction refers to an instruction triggered when a user needs to perform an eSIM configuration file management operation on an eSIM in the terminal; download instructions, delete instructions, reset instructions, activation instructions, etc., for the eSIM configuration file may be included.
Specifically, when a user needs to perform configuration file management operations such as downloading, deleting, resetting, and activating an eSIM configuration file on a terminal, the user may trigger a control instruction through a local file management system (LPA) of the terminal, and then perform configuration file management operations such as downloading, deleting, and resetting of the eSIM configuration file on an eSIM module in the terminal through the LPA. After the eSIM completes the corresponding eSIM profile management operation, a piece of corresponding feedback information and a formal notification containing the profile status are generated. For example, when a user needs to download and install an eSIM configuration file to an eSIM, the user may first communicate with a server through an LPA, select a corresponding eSIM configuration file on a server platform to download to the eSIM, and after the download is completed, the eSIM may automatically generate a piece of feedback information that the download is completed and a formal notification that includes status information that the configuration file is installed, and send the feedback information to the LPA.
And S204, acquiring the current network state of the terminal.
Specifically, the LPA in the terminal detects the current network status of the terminal to determine whether the current network status is normally available and can communicate with the server.
Optionally, when the network state is normal, the feedback information is directly sent to the server through the LPA, so that the server platform can conveniently change the state of the corresponding eSIM configuration file after acquiring the formal notification.
And S206, if the current network state is abnormal, caching the feedback information, and sending the feedback information to the server when the network state is recovered to be normal, so that the server acquires a corresponding formal notification according to the feedback information, and synchronizes the state of the eSIM configuration file in the server according to the formal notification.
Specifically, if the LPA of the terminal detects that the current network state of the terminal is abnormal, that is, normal network communication with an external terminal or a server cannot be performed, the feedback information generated by the eSIM is cached in the LPA, and the current network state can be detected in real time. When the server receives the feedback information, a formal notification acquisition instruction can be issued to the terminal according to the feedback information, and when the terminal receives the formal notification acquisition instruction, the formal notification is sent to the server, and at the moment, the server platform can update the corresponding eSIM configuration file state in the server according to the current eSIM configuration file state of the formal notification. Wherein the server platform may comprise an SM-DP + server platform.
According to the method for synchronizing the state of the configuration file, the management operation of the eSIM configuration file is carried out according to a control instruction, feedback information and formal notifications are generated, the current network state of the terminal is obtained, if the current network state is abnormal, the feedback information is cached, and when the network state is recovered to be normal, the feedback information is sent to the server, so that the server obtains the corresponding formal notifications according to the feedback information, and synchronizes the state of the eSIM configuration file in the server according to the formal notifications. The feedback information generated by the eSIM can be cached when the network state of the terminal is abnormal and unavailable, and the cached feedback information is sent to the server when the network is recovered to be normal, so that the feedback information is still sent when the network state of the terminal is abnormal, but the feedback information is not successfully sent to the server due to the network, the feedback information is lost, namely the server does not receive the feedback information, the terminal defaults that the feedback information is sent and does not send any more at the moment, the state of the eSIM configuration file in the server is still the previous state and is not synchronous with the state of the eSIM configuration file in the terminal, and the state synchronization state of the corresponding eSIM configuration file needs to be manually refreshed on a server platform, namely, the problem that the state of the eSIM configuration file at the terminal side and the state of the eSIM configuration file at the server side are not synchronous when the terminal side is not networked or the network is abnormal is overcome, the problem that the configuration file states of the eSIM of the terminal side and the eSIM of the server side cannot be automatically synchronized.
The foregoing embodiment describes a method for synchronizing a state of a configuration file, and further describes, in an embodiment, sending feedback information to a server when a network on a terminal side returns to normal, where in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the network state returns to normal, sending feedback information to the server, so that the server obtains a corresponding formal notification according to the feedback information, where the method includes:
and S302, when the network state returns to normal, sending the feedback information to a server.
Specifically, when detecting that the current network state is normal, the LPA in the terminal can normally communicate with the server, and at this time, the feedback information buffered in the LPA is sent to the server one by one according to the generated time.
And S304, receiving a notification acquisition request sent by the server according to the feedback information.
Specifically, after receiving the feedback information, the server may issue a notification acquisition request to the terminal, and request the terminal to send a formal notification corresponding to the feedback information, generated by the eSIM, to the server.
And S306, sending the formal notice corresponding to the feedback information to the server according to the notice acquisition request.
Specifically, after receiving the notification acquisition request, the LPA of the terminal sends the notification acquisition request to the eSIM, and after receiving the notification acquisition instruction, the eSIM sends a formal notification corresponding to the feedback information to the LPA, and the LPA sends the formal notification to the server.
In this embodiment, when the network state returns to normal, the feedback information is sent to the server, the notification acquisition request sent by the server according to the feedback information is received, and the formal notification corresponding to the feedback information is sent to the server according to the notification acquisition request, so that the feedback information can be stored without being lost when the network is abnormal, and further, when the network is normal, the stored feedback information is sent to the server, and the server can obtain the formal notification of the eSIM according to the feedback information and synchronize the state of the eSIM configuration files on the server side and the terminal side according to the state of the eSIM configuration files on the server side and the terminal side.
In the foregoing embodiment, when the network returns to normal, the terminal sends the cached feedback information to the server for description, and may send the feedback information to the server after receiving a feedback information query instruction sent by the server, and now, an embodiment is further described in which the terminal sends the cached feedback information to the server, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the network returns to normal, the terminal sends the feedback information to the server, so that the server obtains a corresponding formal notification according to the feedback information, further including:
s402, receiving a feedback information inquiry instruction sent by the server.
Specifically, the server may periodically send a feedback information query instruction to the terminal; the feedback information query instruction is used for indicating the terminal to query whether the cached feedback information exists in the LPA. For example, the terminal receives a feedback information query command sent by the server every 5 minutes, or a feedback information query command sent every 1 hour, or a feedback information query command sent every 1 day, or a feedback information query command sent in real time, which is not limited herein.
S404, searching whether the feedback information exists in the local cache or not according to the feedback information query instruction.
Specifically, when the LPA of the terminal receives a feedback information query instruction sent by the server, it automatically searches whether the feedback information exists in the local cache of the LPA.
And S406, if the feedback information exists, sending the feedback information to a server.
Specifically, if the LPA detects that feedback information sent by the eSIM exists in the local cache, the feedback information is sent to the server one by one according to the time when the eSIM generates the feedback information. Or, all the feedback information may be packaged and then sent to the server at one time, and each feedback information may carry a timestamp.
And S408, if no feedback information exists, generating response piece information and sending the response piece information to the server.
Specifically, if the LPA detects that the local cache is empty and no feedback information exists, response piece information without the feedback information is generated and sent to the server, and the response piece information indicates that the feedback information is not stored in the LPA of the terminal currently.
In this embodiment, a feedback information query instruction sent by a server is received, whether feedback information exists in a local cache is searched according to the feedback information query instruction, if the feedback information exists, the feedback information is sent to the server, and if the feedback information does not exist, receipt information is generated and sent to the server. The server can be further ensured to receive feedback information generated after the management operation of the configuration file of the eSIM, and the automatic synchronization of the state of the configuration file of the eSIM at the terminal side by the server is further realized.
In the above embodiments, the configuration file state synchronization method is described with a terminal as an execution subject, and now the configuration file state synchronization method is described with an example of a server applied in fig. 1, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the configuration file state synchronization method includes:
s502, acquiring feedback information sent by a terminal; the feedback information is generated after the terminal performs the eSIM configuration file management operation according to the control instruction, and is cached when the network state is abnormal and transmitted when the network state returns to normal.
Specifically, a user may trigger a control instruction through a local file management system (LPA) of the terminal, and then perform configuration file management operations such as downloading, deleting, and resetting an eSIM configuration file in the terminal through the LPA, and then generate a piece of corresponding feedback information and a piece of formal notification including a configuration file state, and when the network state of the terminal is normal, send the feedback information to the server through the LPA of the terminal, that is, the server obtains the feedback information sent by the terminal. When the network state of the terminal is abnormal, the feedback information is cached in the local cache of the LPA, and when the network state is recovered to be normal, the cached feedback information is sent to the server, namely the server obtains the feedback information sent by the terminal. For example, after a user deletes an eSIM configuration file in an eSIM of a terminal through an LPA, the eSIM generates a formal notification that the content is the feedback information that the configuration file is deleted and the configuration file is unavailable, and sends the feedback information to a server through the LPA, that is, the server obtains the feedback information sent by the terminal.
S504, acquiring a corresponding formal notification according to the feedback information; wherein the formal notification includes a target status of the eSIM profile.
Specifically, after receiving the feedback information, the server may issue a notification acquisition request to the terminal, and request the terminal to send a formal notification corresponding to the feedback information. For example, after receiving the feedback information that the configuration file is deleted, the server sends a notification acquisition request to the terminal, and requests the terminal to send a formal notification that the content generated while generating the feedback information is unavailable for the configuration file.
S506, changing the initial state of the corresponding eSIM configuration file into a target state according to the formal notice.
Specifically, after the server receives the formal notification sent by the terminal, the initial state of the eSIM configuration file in the server is changed to the target state in the formal notification. For example, if the formal notification is generated after the eSIM configuration file is deleted and the target state is the formal notification that the configuration file is unavailable, after receiving the formal notification, the server changes the installation of the initial state in the server to the unavailability of the target state, thereby synchronizing the state of the eSIM configuration files on the terminal side and the server side.
In the embodiment, the corresponding formal notification is obtained according to the feedback information by obtaining the feedback information sent by the terminal; the formal notification includes a target state of the eSIM configuration file, and the initial state of the corresponding eSIM configuration file is changed to the target state according to the formal notification. Because the feedback information is generated after the terminal performs the eSIM configuration file management operation according to the control instruction, and the feedback information is cached when the network state is abnormal and is sent when the network state returns to normal, the synchronization of the eSIM configuration file states of the server side and the terminal side can be realized without losing the feedback information when the terminal network is abnormal.
The foregoing embodiment describes a method for synchronizing status of configuration files, and now describes how to obtain feedback information sent by a terminal in an embodiment, where in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, obtaining the feedback information sent by the terminal includes:
and S602, sending a feedback information inquiry instruction to the terminal.
Specifically, the server may periodically send a feedback information query instruction to the terminal, and query whether the feedback information cached due to the network anomaly exists in the LPA local cache of the terminal.
And S604, receiving the feedback information sent by the terminal according to the feedback information inquiry instruction.
Specifically, after receiving the feedback information query instruction, the terminal automatically detects whether feedback information exists in an LPA local cache of the terminal, and if the LPA detects that feedback information sent by the eSIM exists in the local cache, the LPA sends the feedback information to the server one by one according to the time when the eSIM generates the feedback information. Or, all the feedback information may be packaged and then sent to the server at one time, and each feedback information may carry a timestamp. (ii) a And if the LPA detects that the local cache is empty and no feedback information exists, generating response piece information without the feedback information, and sending the response piece information to the server, wherein the response piece information indicates that the feedback information is not stored in the LPA of the terminal currently.
In this embodiment, by sending the feedback information query instruction to the terminal, the feedback information sent by the terminal according to the feedback information query instruction is received. Whether cached feedback information exists in a local cache in the terminal can be queried in real time, the feedback information is fed back to the server in time, so that the server automatically synchronizes the state of the eSIM configuration file side with the state of the eSIM configuration file side at the terminal side, the problem that the state of the eSIM configuration file side is not changed when the server does not receive the feedback information is avoided, the problem that the state of the eSIM configuration file side at the server side needs to be manually changed, time and labor are wasted, and the feedback information sent by the terminal is not omitted.
To facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the configuration file state synchronization method will now be described in an embodiment, where, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the configuration file state synchronization method includes:
s701, the terminal performs an eSIM configuration file management operation according to the control instruction and generates feedback information and a formal notification; wherein the formal notification includes a target status of the eSIM profile.
S702, acquiring the current network state of the terminal.
And S703, caching the feedback information if the current network state is abnormal.
And S704, when the network state returns to normal, sending the feedback information to a server.
S705, the server sends a feedback information query instruction to the terminal.
S706, according to the feedback information query instruction, whether the feedback information exists in the local cache is searched.
And S707, if the feedback information exists, sending the feedback information to the server.
And S708, if no feedback information exists, generating response piece information and sending the response piece information to the server.
And S709, acquiring the feedback information sent by the terminal.
And S710, receiving the feedback information sent by the terminal according to the feedback information inquiry instruction.
And S711, receiving a notification acquisition request sent by the server according to the feedback information.
And S712, sending the formal notification corresponding to the feedback information to the server according to the notification acquisition request.
S713, changing the initial state of the corresponding eSIM profile to the target state according to the official notification.
In this embodiment, an eSIM profile management operation is performed according to a control instruction, and feedback information and a formal notification are generated, so as to obtain a current network state of a terminal, cache the feedback information if the current network state is abnormal, and send the feedback information to a server when the network state returns to normal, so that the server obtains a corresponding formal notification according to the feedback information, and synchronizes the state of an eSIM profile in the server according to the formal notification.
