As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixture for detecting the high and low positions of the water tank float in the embodiment includes a bottom plate 1, a rotary cylinder 2, a mounting base 3, a detection plate 5, a display screen 4 and a signal processor, wherein the rotary cylinder 2 is arranged on the bottom plate 1 and has a power output end, and the rotary cylinder 2 is provided with a nitrogen spring 21 for adjusting the rotation angle.
The mounting seat 3 is arranged at the power output end of the rotary cylinder 2 and used for positioning the water tank to be detected; the mounting seat 3 in the embodiment comprises an outer frame 32 and an inner barrel 31 arranged in the outer frame 32, wherein a side plate 33 connected with the rotary cylinder 2 is formed on the side wall of the outer frame 32; the inner cavity of the inner barrel 31 is matched with the water tank to be detected and forms a port into which the lateral water supply tank is inserted, and the detection plate 5 is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner barrel 31.
The detection plate 5 is arranged on one side of the mounting base 3 and corresponds to the position of the water tank floater, and a reed pipe 51 for detecting whether the magnet is close to is arranged on the detection plate 5;
the display screen 4 is arranged on the bottom plate 1; the signal processor can convert the detection signal of the reed switch 51 into an output signal to be displayed on the display screen 4. The signal processor in this embodiment is disposed below the display screen.
The mounting seat and the mounting position of the rotary cylinder form an angle of 45 degrees (parallel to that shown in figure 4, the actual mounting is 45 degrees), the water tank to be tested is loaded into the inner barrel, and the position of the lower nitrogen spring is adjusted to be screwed to the bottom.
