judging whether a braking signal is currently received or not according to whether the braking signal and the current motor rotating speed are currently received or not, wherein the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than a preset vehicle static rotating speed threshold value; or

The motor speed, the current vehicle speed, the motor rotating direction and whether the brake signal is received can be realized through the actual operation of a driver. And the power-on and power-off states of the automobile can be realized through the actual operation of the driver.
If the current gear in the gear shifting request is an N gear and the required gear is an R gear, in order to realize gear shifting, the automobile can judge whether the absolute value of the rotating speed of the current motor is not less than the static rotating speed threshold value of the automobile or not and the current speed is not greater than the high-speed driving speed threshold value, if so, the automobile is determined to be in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the automobile is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear; whether the current motor rotation direction is reverse or not is judged, and the current speed is greater than a high-speed running speed threshold value is judged, if yes, the automobile is determined to be in a gear shifting allowing state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the automobile is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear.
If the current gear in the gear shifting request is an N gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, in order to realize the gear shifting, the automobile can judge whether a braking signal is currently received or not, and the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than a high-speed driving speed threshold value, if so, the automobile is determined to be in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the automobile is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear; judging that the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than a vehicle static rotating speed threshold value, and the current vehicle speed is not greater than a high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value, if so, determining that the vehicle is in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and a required gear, and if not, determining that the vehicle is not in the current gear and the required gear; the current motor rotation direction can be judged to be positive rotation, the current speed is larger than the high-speed running speed threshold value, if yes, the automobile is determined to be in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the automobile is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear.
If the current gear in the gear shifting request is an R gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, in order to realize the gear shifting, the automobile can judge whether a braking signal is currently received or not, and the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold, if so, the automobile is determined to be in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the automobile is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear; the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is judged to be not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value, the current vehicle speed is not greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value, if yes, the vehicle is determined to be in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and if not, the vehicle is determined not to be in the current gear and the required gear.
When the gear is N gear, when the gear of a running vehicle (R/D/S) is switched, parameters such as vehicle speed, brake signals, motor rotating speed direction and the like need to be judged; the driving gear (R/D/S) can be engaged into the N gear under any vehicle speed or any condition; when the vehicle speed is low (if the vehicle speed is less than a high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value and the absolute value of the motor rotating speed is greater than a vehicle static rotating speed threshold value), the vehicle can be switched between other gears which are not a P gear at will; when the vehicle is stationary, any gear change requires the brake to be pressed, and the condition that the motor rotating speed is less than the vehicle stationary rotating speed threshold value is considered that the vehicle is stationary.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the current gear and the gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the required gear of the automobile are determined, and the current gear is switched to the required gear, so that the driving requirement of a user can be met and the safety of a driver can be ensured.
Example 5:
on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the vehicle is not in the shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to the current parameter value, the method further includes:

In the foregoing embodiment, in the driving mode, the vehicle control unit VCU may determine whether the vehicle is in the shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to a current parameter value of the vehicle generated by an operation of the user, and when it is determined that the vehicle is not in the shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to the current parameter value, it may be considered that a user has a wrong shift operation, or an operation during shifting is incorrect, so as to improve driving experience for ensuring driving safety, and a prompt message of the wrong operation may be sent to the driver.
Specifically, the prompt information to send the misoperation to the driver may be in the form of voice, text, or image prompting the misoperation information.
The VCU of the vehicle control unit can determine that the vehicle is not in a gear shifting permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, the gear shifting misoperation identification position is abnormal, the abnormal gear shifting misoperation identification position is sent to the instrument ICM of the vehicle, and prompt information of misoperation is displayed on the instrument ICM, so that a driver can sense that misoperation exists.
In addition, the meter ICM may also display a shift indicator lamp to display the current shift position and the shift position required to be shifted, and if the vehicle supports P, R, N, D, S five shift positions, the meter ICM may have a display function of the five shift positions.
Example 6:
on the basis of the above embodiments, in the embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
if the automobile is in a power-off state or an initial power-on state, judging whether the current speed is not greater than the P gear locking speed threshold;
if yes, switching the current gear to a P gear;
and if not, switching the current gear to the N gear.
The embodiment of the invention relates to a strategy judgment of an automobile under an ON gear wake-up signal, and the gear to be switched to according to the current speed can be judged when the automobile is in a power-off state or an initial power-ON state.
And when the automobile is in a power-off state or an initial power-on state, judging that the current speed is not greater than the P gear locking speed threshold.
And if the current vehicle speed is not greater than the P gear locking vehicle speed threshold value, switching the current gear to the P gear and prompting the driver to facilitate subsequent driving of the driver.
If the current vehicle speed is greater than the P gear locking vehicle speed threshold value, the current gear is switched to the N gear, and the current gear is prompted to a driver, so that the subsequent driving of the driver is facilitated.

The vehicle control unit VCU is specifically configured to, if the current gear is an R gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, determine whether a braking signal is currently received according to whether a braking signal and a current motor speed are currently received, and an absolute value of the current motor speed is not greater than a preset vehicle stationary speed threshold; or judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value.
And the VCU is further used for determining that the automobile is not in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to the current parameter value, and sending misoperation prompt information to a driver.
The VCU is further used for judging whether the current vehicle speed is not greater than the P-gear locking vehicle speed threshold value or not if the vehicle is in a power-off state or an initial power-on state; if yes, switching the current gear to a P gear; and if not, switching the current gear to the N gear.
As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle further comprises a meter ICM for displaying the current gear.
As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle further includes a motor controller IPU for controlling a driving state of the vehicle according to a user's operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, when other gears are switched to the P gear, the vehicle speed is not greater than the set P gear locking vehicle speed threshold, the switching to the P gear is allowed, the condition of entering the P gear is relaxed to a certain extent, the P gear can be switched when a slope slides, and therefore, the corresponding gear is engaged according to the requirement of a driver.
Example 8:
on the basis of the above embodiment, in the embodiment of the invention, the shifter comprises a reset type shifting knob and a gear key, wherein the gear key comprises an S gear key, a D gear key and a P gear key; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the gear shifter is used for determining the required gear of a driver according to the switch position triggered when the gear key is pressed down or the reset gear shifting knob is rotated.
The shifter is specifically used for:
when the automobile is in an initial power-on state, if the P gear key is identified to be pressed, determining that the required gear of a driver is the P gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is not the P gear and the reset type gear shifting knob is located at the original position, if the P gear button is identified to be pressed, the required gear of a driver is determined to be the P gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is not the R gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is recognized to be rotated, a first switch position is triggered, and the gear required by a driver is determined to be the R gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is not the N gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is recognized to be rotated, a second switch position is triggered, and the gear required by a driver is determined to be the N gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is not a D gear or an S gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is recognized to be rotated, the position of a third switch is triggered, and the gear required by a driver is determined to be the D gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is an S gear and the reset type gear shifting knob is located at the original position, if the fact that the D gear button is pressed is recognized, the required gear of a driver is determined to be a D gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is not a D gear or an S gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is recognized to be rotated, a fourth switch position is triggered, and the gear required by a driver is determined to be the S gear;
when the current gear of the automobile is a D gear, and the reset type gear shifting knob is located at the original point position, if the S gear button is pressed, the required gear of the driver is determined to be the S gear.
The embodiment of the invention provides a novel shifter, which comprises a reset type shifting knob and gear keys, wherein the gear keys comprise an S-gear key, a D-gear key and a P-gear key, in addition, a display panel of the shifter can also be provided with P, R, N, D, S five gear indicator lamps, and the corresponding gear indicator lamps are lightened according to the current gear and the gear to be switched.
When the vehicle control unit determines that the gear shifting state is met, the shifted gears are sent to the instrument ICM and the gear shifter ESK, the instrument ICM displays P, R, N, D, S the gears to be shifted in the five gears, and a panel of the gear shifter ESK displays P, R, N, D, S gear indicator lamps corresponding to the shifted gears in the five gears.
The novel shifter provided by the embodiment of the invention can be shown in fig. 5, the display panel of the shifter can also be provided with P, R, N, D, S five shift indicator lamps, the reset type shift knob of the shifter has five positions which are divided into an original position, the knob has two strokes (left and right as shown in fig. 5) respectively leftwards and rightwards, and the knob automatically rotates back to the original position (located between the position 2 and the position 3) after rotating leftwards or rightwards corresponding to the positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 in fig. 5.
The first switch position, the second switch position, the third switch position and the fourth switch position may be the same or different.
The gear shifter determines a required gear of a driver according to a switch position triggered when a gear key is pressed or a reset type gear shifting knob is rotated, generates a gear shifting request from the current gear to the required gear according to the obtained current gear, and sends the gear shifting request to the VCU of the whole vehicle controller.
The occurrence of a P range request is confirmed in the presence of two situations, namely, the driver's demanded gear is P range:
firstly, when an automobile is in an initial power-on state, if a P gear button is detected to be pressed, determining that a required gear of a driver is a P gear;
and secondly, when the current gear of the automobile is not the P gear, namely the R gear, the N gear, the D gear or the S gear, and the reset type gear shifting knob is in the original position (located in the middle of the position 2 and the position 3), if the P gear button is detected to be pressed, the gear required by the driver is determined to be the P gear.
Confirming that an R range request has occurred in a case where there is one of a driver's required gear is an R range:
when the current gear of the automobile is not the R gear, namely the P gear, the N gear, the D gear or the S gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is detected to be rotated to trigger a first switch position, such as a left-hand stroke 1 (triggering a position 2 in fig. 5) or a right-hand stroke 1 (triggering a position 3 in fig. 5), the required gear of the driver is determined to be the R gear.
Determining that an N-range request is present, i.e., that the driver's desired gear is N-range, if one of:
when the current gear of the automobile is not the N gear, namely the P gear, the R gear, the D gear or the S gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is detected to be rotated, a second switch position, such as a left-hand stroke 2 (triggering a position 1 in fig. 5), is triggered, and the gear required by the driver is determined to be the N gear.
The "forward gear memory state" may be stored in the shifter, and the "forward gear memory state" may be maintained each time the user operates the reset type shift knob to the forward gear without changing the "forward gear memory state" by the driver.
The occurrence of a D range request, i.e. the driver's demanded gear D range, is determined in two cases:
first, when the current gear of the vehicle is not D gear and not S gear, i.e., P gear, R gear or N gear, if it is detected that the reset shift knob is rotated, a third switch position, e.g., right-hand stroke 2 (position 4 in fig. 5 is triggered), is triggered, and if the "forward memory state" is D gear, it is determined that the driver' S desired gear is D gear.
Secondly, when the current gear of the automobile is an S gear and the reset type gear shifting knob is located at the original position, if the fact that a D gear button is pressed is detected, the required gear of the driver is determined to be the D gear, at the moment, the driver changes a forward gear memory state, and therefore the forward gear memory state is changed from the S gear to the D gear.
An S-range request is determined to occur, i.e. the driver' S demanded gear S-range, in two cases:
firstly, when the current gear of the automobile is not the D gear and the S gear, namely the P gear, the R gear or the N gear, if the reset type gear shifting knob is detected to be rotated, a fourth switch position is triggered, such as a right-hand travel 2 (a position 4 in fig. 5 is triggered), and if a forward gear memory state is the S gear, the gear required by the driver is determined to be the S gear, and at the moment, the fourth switch position is consistent with the third switch position.
Secondly, when the current gear of the automobile is a D gear and the reset type gear shifting knob is located at the original position, if the S gear key is detected to be pressed down, the required gear of the driver is determined to be the S gear, and at the moment, the driver changes the forward gear memory state, so that the forward gear memory state is changed from the D gear to the S gear.
In the gear shifting operation under other conditions, the gear shifter ESK takes the current gear as a required gear, namely, the gear is kept unchanged.
The novel gear shifter provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for facilitating the gear shifting operation of a driver and ensuring that the driver is in a safe state to shift gears.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an automobile control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the device includes:
a receiving module 601, configured to receive a shift request from a current gear to a required gear;
a determining module 602, configured to determine whether a current vehicle speed of the vehicle is not greater than a set P-gear lock vehicle speed threshold if the required gear is a P gear, where the P-gear lock vehicle speed threshold is not 0;
a control module 603, configured to switch the current gear to the required gear when the determination result of the determining module 602 is yes.
The determining module 602 is further configured to determine whether a brake pedal of the vehicle is pressed down if the current gear is a P gear;
a control module 603, configured to switch the current gear to the required gear when the determination result of the determining module 602 is yes.
The determining module 602 is further configured to, if the current gear is not a P gear and the required gear is not a P gear, obtain a parameter required by a shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and obtain a current parameter value of the parameter, where the parameter includes at least one of a motor rotation speed, a motor rotation direction, a vehicle speed, and whether a braking signal is received; judging whether the automobile is in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear or not according to the current parameter value;
a control module 603, configured to switch the current gear to the required gear when the determination result of the determining module 602 is yes.
The determining module 602 is specifically configured to determine, if the current gear is an N gear and the required gear is an R gear, according to a current motor speed and a current vehicle speed, whether an absolute value of the current motor speed is not less than a preset vehicle stationary speed threshold, and the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed driving vehicle speed threshold, where the high-speed driving vehicle speed threshold is greater than the P-gear locking vehicle speed threshold; or judging whether the current motor rotating direction is reverse or not according to the current motor rotating direction and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold.
The determining module 602 is specifically configured to determine whether a braking signal is currently received according to whether a braking signal and a current motor speed are currently received if the current gear is an N gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, and an absolute value of the current motor speed is not greater than a preset vehicle stationary speed threshold; or judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value; or judging whether the current rotation direction is positive rotation or not according to the current motor rotation direction and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold.
The determining module 602 is specifically configured to determine whether a braking signal is currently received according to whether a braking signal and a current motor speed are currently received if the current gear is an R gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, where an absolute value of the current motor speed is not greater than a preset vehicle stationary speed threshold; or judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value.
The device further comprises:
and the prompting module is used for determining that the automobile is not in the gear shifting allowable state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to the current parameter value, and sending misoperation prompting information to a driver.
The determining module 602 is further configured to determine whether a current vehicle speed is not greater than the P-range lock vehicle speed threshold if the vehicle is in a power-off state or an initial power-on state;
the control module 603 is configured to switch the current gear to the P gear when the determination result of the determining module 602 is yes; and when the judgment result of the judgment module 602 is negative, switching the current gear to the N gear.
In the embodiment of the invention, when other gears are switched to the P gear, the vehicle speed is not greater than the set P gear locking vehicle speed threshold, the switching to the P gear is allowed, the condition of entering the P gear is relaxed to a certain extent, the P gear can be switched when a slope slides, and therefore, the corresponding gear is engaged according to the requirement of a driver.

Claims (11)

1. A control method for a vehicle, applied to the vehicle, includes:
receiving a shift request from a current gear to a required gear;
if the required gear is a P gear, judging whether the current speed of the automobile is not greater than a set P gear locking speed threshold, wherein the P gear locking speed threshold is not 0;
if so, switching the current gear to the required gear;
the method further comprises the following steps:
if the automobile is in a power-off state or an initial power-on state, judging whether the current speed is not greater than the P gear locking speed threshold;
if yes, switching the current gear to a P gear;
if not, switching the current gear to an N gear;

and if so, switching the current gear to the required gear.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the current gear is P gear, the method further comprises:
judging whether a brake pedal of the automobile is stepped down;
and if so, switching the current gear to the required gear.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the current gear is an N gear and the demanded gear is an R gear, the determining whether the vehicle is in a shift-allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the demanded gear according to the current parameter values comprises:
judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than a preset vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value, and the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value is greater than the P-gear locking vehicle speed threshold value; or
And judging whether the current motor rotating direction is reverse or not according to the current motor rotating direction and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein if the current gear is an N gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, the determining whether the vehicle is in a shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear according to the current parameter values comprises:
judging whether a braking signal is currently received or not according to whether the braking signal and the current motor rotating speed are currently received or not, wherein the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than a preset vehicle static rotating speed threshold value; or
Judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold; or

7. The device of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further configured to determine whether a brake pedal of the vehicle is pressed if the current gear is a P gear;
the judging module is specifically configured to judge whether an absolute value of a current motor rotation speed is not less than a preset vehicle stationary rotation speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotation speed and a current vehicle speed if the current gear is an N gear and the required gear is an R gear, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed driving vehicle speed threshold value, and the high-speed driving vehicle speed threshold value is greater than the P-gear locking vehicle speed threshold value; or judging whether the current motor rotating direction is reverse or not according to the current motor rotating direction and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold;
the judging module is specifically configured to judge whether a braking signal is currently received according to whether a braking signal and a current motor rotating speed are currently received or not if the current gear is an N gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, and an absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than a preset vehicle stationary rotating speed threshold; or judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value; or judging whether the current rotating direction is positive rotation or not according to the current motor rotating direction and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is greater than the high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value;
the judging module is specifically configured to judge whether a braking signal is currently received according to whether a braking signal and a current motor rotating speed are currently received or not if the current gear is an R gear and the required gear is a D gear or an S gear, and an absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not greater than a preset vehicle stationary rotating speed threshold; or judging whether the absolute value of the current motor rotating speed is not less than the vehicle static rotating speed threshold value or not according to the current motor rotating speed and the current vehicle speed, wherein the current vehicle speed is not greater than a preset high-speed running vehicle speed threshold value.
8. An automobile, characterized in that the automobile comprises a gear shifter ESK and a vehicle control unit VCU; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the VCU is further configured to, if the current gear is not a P gear and the required gear is not a P gear, obtain a parameter required by a shift permission state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear, and obtain a current parameter value of the parameter, where the parameter includes at least one of a motor rotation speed, a motor rotation direction, a vehicle speed, and whether a braking signal is received, and the parameter further includes an ON gear wake-up signal used to indicate that the vehicle is in an initial power-ON state, a power-ON state, or a power-off state; judging whether the automobile is in a gear shifting allowed state corresponding to the current gear and the required gear or not according to the current parameter value; and if so, switching the current gear to the required gear.
9. The vehicle of claim 8, wherein the gear shifter ESK comprises a reset shift knob, a shift key, the shift key comprising an S-shift key, a D-shift key, a P-shift key; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
