本发明公开了一种防爆防火隔离门,包括活动门体、混凝土门框、铰链、圆盘以及转盘;所述活动门体的一边部通过铰链安装在混凝土门框内;所述圆盘和转盘分别位于活动门体的内侧和外侧,分别固定在贯穿活动门体的转轴的两端;所述活动门体的内侧上下各设有一组交叉的连杆,所述连杆的一端通过第一活动关节与圆盘连接,连杆的另一端与活动门体上的第二活动关节固定,第二活动关节可活动的设置在活动门体的两侧边部,并分别固设有一活动门栓,通过转动圆盘带动连杆发生移动,并使得第二活动关节发生旋转,从而将活动门栓转入混凝土门框的卡槽内,满足双向开关的需要。

一种防爆防火隔离门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆防火隔离门,属于人防设施领域。
背景技术
防爆门为抵抗工业建筑外面装置偶然发生的爆炸,保障人员生命安全和工业建筑内部设备完好,不受爆炸冲击波危害;有效的阻止爆炸危害的延续,保障生命和财产安全。防爆门采用特种工业钢板按照严格设置的力学数据制作,并配以高性能的五金配件,使用起来更加的实用和美观。防爆门上一般还需要喷涂耐火涂层,以隔断火源。现有的防爆门多在门的一边设置门栓,在受爆炸冲击时,有门栓的一侧和无门栓的一侧支撑力不平衡,耐冲击性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种支撑平衡,耐冲击性能优越的防爆门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种防爆防火隔离门,包括活动门体、混凝土门框、铰链、圆盘以及转盘;所述活动门体的一边部通过铰链安装在混凝土门框内;所述圆盘和转盘分别位于活动门体的内侧和外侧,分别固定在贯穿活动门体的转轴的两端;所述活动门体的内侧上下各设有一组交叉的连杆,所述连杆的一端通过第一活动关节与圆盘连接,连杆的另一端与活动门体上的第二活动关节固定,第二活动关节可活动的设置在活动门体的两侧边部,并分别固设有一活动门栓,通过转动圆盘带动连杆发生移动,并使得第二活动关节发生旋转,从而将活动门栓转入混凝土门框的卡槽内。
进一步地,活动门体的内侧交叉的一组连杆分别连接圆盘的内外两侧,一方面方便安装,另一方面有利于传动的稳定性。
更进一步地,位于圆盘同一侧的两根连杆之间通过加强杆进行连接,加强杆的两端通过第一活动关节固定在圆盘上,以增强圆盘的稳定性和操作性。
优选地,所述活动门体与混凝土门框之间填充有防火胶条,所述防火胶条受热能够发生膨胀,从而在火灾发生后,隔绝火源产生的浓烟。
优选地,所述活动门体包括内侧的钢板层、外侧的铝板以及位于钢板层和铝板之间的岩棉板层,以保证隔离门的强度和轻量化。
进一步地,所述钢板层的外侧涂有防火涂层,所述防火涂层为北京市建筑涂料厂生产的YZL-858B膨胀型饰面防火涂料。
有益效果:
1、本发明防爆防火隔离门能够采用内外转盘驱动活动门栓进出混凝土门框,满足双向开关的需要;圆盘通过连杆驱动活动门栓,传动可靠稳定,连杆进行交叉设计,配合两侧的活动门栓,能够使隔离门受爆炸冲击时受力平衡;
2、本发明防爆防火隔离门的活动门体与混凝土门框之间填充有防火胶条,防火胶条受热能够发生膨胀,从而在火灾发生后,隔绝火源产生的浓烟,保护人身安全;
3、本发明防爆防火隔离门的活动门体采用三层设计,内侧的钢板涂有防火涂层,具有较高的抗冲击强度,门体轻量化,且耐火性能显著。

如图1和2所示,该防爆防火隔离门包括活动门体1、混凝土门框2、铰链3、圆盘4以及转盘5;活动门体1的一边部通过铰链3安装在混凝土门框2内;圆盘4和转盘5分别位于活动门体1的内侧和外侧,分别固定在贯穿活动门体1的转轴41的两端;活动门体1的内侧上下各设有一组交叉的连杆12,连杆12的一端通过第一活动关节14与圆盘5连接,连杆12的另一端与活动门体1上的第二活动关节13固定,第二活动关节13可活动的设置在活动门体1的两侧边部,并分别固设有一活动门栓11,通过转动圆盘4或者转盘5带动连杆12发生移动,并使得第二活动关节13发生旋转,从而将活动门栓11转入混凝土门框2的卡槽21内,以足双向开关的需要。
活动门体1的内侧交叉的一组连杆12分别连接圆盘4的内外两侧,一方面方便安装,另一方面有利于传动的稳定性。
位于圆盘5同一侧的两根连杆12之间通过加强杆42进行连接,加强杆42的两端通过第一活动关节14固定在圆盘4上,以增强圆盘的稳定性和操作性。
活动门体1与混凝土门框2之间填充有防火胶条6,所述防火胶条6受热能够发生膨胀,从而在火灾发生后,隔绝火源产生的浓烟。
如图3所示,活动门体包括内侧的钢板层101、外侧的铝板102以及位于钢板层101和铝板102之间的岩棉板层103,具有较高的抗冲击强度且门体轻量化,达到防爆门Ⅰ级标准。
钢板层101的外侧涂有防火涂层,所述防火涂层为北京市建筑涂料厂生产的YZL-858B膨胀型饰面防火涂料,其由有机高分子材料和无机材料复合而成,具有较好的防火性能和装饰性能。
本发明提供了一种防爆防火隔离门的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (6)

1.一种防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,包括活动门体(1)、混凝土门框(2)、铰链(3)、圆盘(4)以及转盘(5);所述活动门体(1)的一边部通过铰链(3)安装在混凝土门框(2)内;所述圆盘(4)和转盘(5)分别位于活动门体(1)的内侧和外侧,分别固定在贯穿活动门体(1)的转轴(41)的两端;所述活动门体(1)的内侧上下各设有一组交叉的连杆(12),所述连杆(12)的一端通过第一活动关节(14)与圆盘(4)连接,连杆(12)的另一端与活动门体(1)上的第二活动关节(13)固定,第二活动关节(13)可活动的设置在活动门体(1)的两侧边部,并分别固设有一活动门栓(11),通过转动圆盘(4)带动连杆(12)发生移动,并使得第二活动关节(13)发生旋转,从而将活动门栓(11)转入混凝土门框(2)的卡槽(21)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,活动门体(1)的内侧交叉的一组连杆(12)分别连接圆盘(4)的内外两侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,位于圆盘(5)同一侧的两根连杆(12)之间通过加强杆(42)进行连接,加强杆(42)的两端通过第一活动关节(14)固定在圆盘(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,所述活动门体(1)与混凝土门框(2)之间填充有防火胶条(6),所述防火胶条(6)受热能够发生膨胀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,所述活动门体(1)包括内侧的钢板层(101)、外侧的铝板(102)以及位于钢板层(101)和铝板(102)之间的岩棉板层(103)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防爆防火隔离门,其特征在于,所述钢板层(101)的外侧涂有防火涂层,所述防火涂层为北京市建筑涂料厂生产的YZL-858B膨胀型饰面防火涂料。
