the rotary block is elliptical in shape, the distance between the upper end and the lower end of the rotary block is larger than the distance between the left end and the right end of the rotary block, the left side and the right side of the sliding block are provided with limiting parts, one end of each limiting part is fixed on the sliding block, the other end of each limiting part can be separated from the sliding block, and the limiting parts can be outwards protruded by rotating the rotary block;
the lifting balancer comprises coil springs, the number of which is the same as that of the coil springs, and the coil springs are wound on the coil springs;
a sheet clamping groove capable of inserting a coil spring is formed in the top of the sliding block, and the sliding block is connected with the coil spring seat through the sheet clamping groove and the coil spring;
two fixing holes are symmetrically formed in the upper portion of the through hole and are respectively communicated with the sheet-shaped clamping groove, fixing blocks are arranged in the two fixing holes, and the fixing blocks are used for fixing the coil springs;

An up-down folding window comprising an upper window and a lower window, wherein the upper window and the lower window can be mutually folded, and the up-down folding window is characterized by further comprising a lifting balancer as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, and the lifting balancer is arranged in a window frame of the lower window.

A sliding window comprising a fixed window frame, wherein the sliding window further comprises a movable window frame and a window sash arranged in the movable window frame, the movable window frame can move in the fixed window frame or rotate relative to the fixed window frame, and the sliding window further comprises a sliding balancer according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the sliding balancer is arranged in the sliding window.
5. The sliding window according to claim 4, wherein a pin hole is provided in a middle portion of the rotating block, a latch is inserted into the pin hole, and the rotating block is rotated by rotating the latch.
6. The sliding window according to claim 5, wherein the latch is secured in a movable window frame, and wherein rotating the movable window frame rotates the latch.
