the horizontal adjusting mechanism (21) comprises a rectangular column (211), a T-shaped push plate (212), a trapezoid table (213), a pushing cylinder (214), a rectangular mounting plate (215) and a rectangular connecting table (216); the upper end of the rectangular column (211) is connected with a rectangular connecting table (216) through a hinge, a trapezoid table (213) is arranged at the lower end of the rectangular connecting table (216), a rectangular groove with a certain inclination angle is formed in the trapezoid table (213), the upper end of the T-shaped push plate (212) is arranged in the rectangular groove with a certain inclination angle formed in the trapezoid table (213) in a sliding fit mode, the lower end of the T-shaped push plate (212) is arranged on the bottom plate (1) in a sliding fit mode, a rectangular mounting plate (215) is arranged on the bottom plate (1), a pushing cylinder (214) is arranged on the rectangular mounting plate (215), and the top end of the pushing cylinder (214) is connected to the T-shaped push plate (212);

the brushing device (3) comprises a rotating frame (31), a brushing adjusting rod (32), a rotating gear (33), a telescopic mechanism (34) and a collecting mechanism (35), wherein the brushing adjusting rod (32) is symmetrically connected to the front end and the rear end of the rotating frame (31), the rotating gear (33) is arranged at the lower end of the brushing adjusting rod (32), and the rotating gear (33) is meshed with the driving rack (2253); the upper end of the brushing adjusting rod (32) is provided with a rectangular through hole, the telescopic mechanism (34) is arranged in the rectangular through hole formed in the upper end of the brushing adjusting rod (32) in a sliding fit mode, and the brushing adjusting rod (32) is connected with the collecting mechanism (35) through a pin shaft;
