本发明属于人造草坪技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种环保型人造草坪及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于天然人造草坪种植及其培养耗资巨大,从而使得人造草坪市场前景变得越来越广阔,其以非生命的塑料化纤产品为原料采用人工方法制作的拟草坪,无需像天然草坪一样需要消耗生长必需的肥料、水等资源,能满足全天24小时高强度的运动需要,且养护简单、排水迅速、场地平整度优秀。现有的人造草坪生产技术成熟,草丝编织多样化,可满足不同人群的需求,但目前市场上的人造草坪产品大多采用羧基丁苯乳胶或者聚氨酯胶液为热固性材料,影响草坪整体的回收性,而且大多人造草坪采用将草丝根部与基座粘连的方式,受使用时间、日照等因素的影响,草丝根部容易与基座脱离。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种稳固性强、弹性大、回收性好的环保型人造草坪及其制备方法。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明环保型人造草坪及其制备方法采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型人造草坪,包括基底、设于基底表面的编织层以及设于编织层表面的多簇草束,所述草束穿过编织层后嵌入基底内部,所述编织层包括相互交叠成十字型的经线和纬线,所述经线与基底热融为一体,所述纬线贴合于基底表面,且纬线之间均匀分布有多簇草束,所述基底包括用于熔融固定多簇草束根部的胶层、背胶层以及设于胶层和背胶层之间的凝胶层,所述胶层和背胶层均采用热塑性橡胶颗粒制成,所述胶层和背胶层底部均设有用于加强连接紧密性的多排六角星单元,所述六角星单元包括多个处于同一列首尾相连的六角星,且上端六角星和下端六角星之间共用同一角,所述相邻六角星单元之间通过竖条连接,所述三个相邻的六角星星角之间形成三棱锥形槽。
优选的,所述多簇草束包括等间距分布的多排草束,多排草束之间的间距为6~8mm,单排草束由多个等间距草束构成,相邻草束之间间距为1~2mm,草束高度为25~20mm。
一种环保型人造草坪的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯材料经拉丝、裁剪后制成经线和纬线,多根经线等间距地跨设于编织机两端的经轴上,纬线垂直于经线的方向设置在编织机上,人造草丝线垂直于经线和纬线形成的平面上;
(2)启动编织机,两个纬轴上的纬线按照十字交错编织方式在经线中上下穿行一次,随后纬轴沿水平方向下移至另一工位,由编织机另一侧按照十字交错编织方式在经线中上下穿行一次,重复多次,直至经线和纬线交错完全,再拉动两端经轴,使经线绷紧,制得编织层;
(3)多组人造草丝线轴由上方下行,穿过纬线之间的空隙后自相邻空隙穿出绕过限高杆后再返回第一穿设空隙,重复多次后,切割刀具触碰限高杆表面,使人造草丝线呈散开状,依此进行多行人造草丝簇植,从而形成富含人造草丝的编织层;
(4)将5~15份有机硅季铵盐、5~18份纤维素衍生物、15~25份硅凝胶以及一定量的去离子水,于25~35℃下真空搅拌30~45min后制得混合液,混合液通入上下设有矩形柱的模具内,经冷冻干燥,制得上、下表面具有矩形槽的凝胶层;
(5)将热塑性橡胶颗粒TPR、TPE或TPU在高温下熔融成液体,熔融液自矩形通柱前端流入后慢慢流延,直至凝胶层上下部分别与热塑性橡胶液充分融合,同时将步骤(3)中富含人造草丝的编织层压于凝胶层上部,通过热熔液融合,常温下冷却固化,形成环保型人造草坪。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过将人造草丝线、经线以及纬线一起编织成型,经线和纬线编织成底布,使人造草丝有着很高的束缚力,令其得到预定型;
2、本发明通过热橡胶溶液将编织层与凝胶层相互粘结,同时将草束根部与胶层固定于一体,使两者成为一体,令整体的稳固性得到提高,防止了一般人造草坪根部易脱落的问题;
3、本发明中胶层和背胶层采用热塑性材料制成,其不仅来源广泛,而且具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性,对人体脚部形成保护,同时其可与PE、PP材料良好相容,不含溶剂,具有较优的环保性能,利用环境的可持续发展;
4、本发明在凝胶层内设置季铵盐成分,不仅有效利用凝胶层的弹性,而且利用季铵盐的广系杀菌性,提升人造草坪的抗菌性。

实施例1
一种环保型人造草坪,包括基底、设于基底表面的编织层以及设于编织层表面的多簇草束,所述草束穿过编织层后嵌入基底内部,所述编织层采用黑色聚乙烯制成,所述编织层包括相互交叠成十字型的经线和纬线,所述经线与基底热融为一体,所述纬线贴合于基底表面,且纬线之间均匀分布有多簇草束,所述基底包括用于熔融固定多簇草束根部的胶层、背胶层以及设于胶层和背胶层之间的凝胶层,所述凝胶层为弹性凝胶,用于减轻地面反弹力,所述胶层和背胶层均采用热塑性橡胶颗粒制成,所述胶层和背胶层采用热塑性材料TPR、TPE、TPU中的一种或几种制成,所述胶层和背胶层底部均设有用于加强连接紧密性的多排六角星单元,所述六角星单元包括多个处于同一列首尾相连的六角星,且上端六角星和下端六角星之间共用同一角,所述相邻六角星单元之间通过竖条连接,所述三个相邻的六角星星角之间形成三棱锥形槽。其中,所述多簇草束包括等间距分布的多排草束,多排草束之间的间距为6~8mm,所述单排草束由多个等间距草束构成,相邻草束之间间距为1~2mm,所述草束高度为25~20mm,所述草束包括多根绿色草丝和少量黄色草丝。

1.一种环保型人造草坪,其特征在于:包括基底、设于基底表面的编织层以及设于编织层表面的多簇草束,所述草束穿过编织层后嵌入基底内部,所述编织层包括相互交叠成十字型的经线和纬线,所述经线与基底热融为一体,所述纬线贴合于基底表面,且纬线之间均匀分布有多簇草束,所述基底包括用于熔融固定多簇草束根部的胶层、背胶层以及设于胶层和背胶层之间的凝胶层,所述胶层和背胶层均采用热塑性橡胶颗粒制成,所述胶层和背胶层底部均设有用于加强连接紧密性的多排六角星单元,所述六角星单元包括多个处于同一列首尾相连的六角星,且上端六角星和下端六角星之间共用同一角,所述相邻六角星单元之间通过竖条连接,所述三个相邻的六角星星角之间形成三棱锥形槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型人造草坪,其特征在于:所述多簇草束包括等间距分布的多排草束,多排草束之间的间距为5~10mm,单排草束由多个等间距草束构成,相邻草束之间间距为1~2mm,草束高度为25~20mm。
3.一种环保型人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯材料经拉丝、裁剪后制成经线和纬线,多根经线等间距地跨设于编织机两端的经轴上,纬线垂直于经线的方向设置在编织机上,人造草丝线垂直于经线和纬线形成的平面上;
(2)启动编织机,两个纬轴上的纬线按照十字交错编织方式在经线中上下穿行一次,随后纬轴沿水平方向下移至另一工位,由编织机另一侧按照十字交错编织方式在经线中上下穿行一次,重复多次,直至经线和纬线交错完全,再拉动两端经轴,使经线绷紧,制得编织层;
(3)多组人造草丝线轴由上方下行,穿过纬线之间的空隙后自相邻空隙穿出绕过限高杆后再返回第一穿设空隙,重复多次后,切割刀具触碰限高杆表面,使人造草丝线呈散开状,依此进行多行人造草丝簇植,从而形成富含人造草丝的编织层;
(4)将5~15份有机硅季铵盐、5~18份纤维素衍生物、15~25份硅凝胶以及一定量的去离子水,于25~35℃下真空搅拌30~45min后制得混合液,混合液通入上下设有矩形柱的模具内,经冷冻干燥,制得上、下表面具有矩形槽的凝胶层;
(5)将热塑性橡胶颗粒TPR、TPE或TPU在高温下熔融成液体,熔融液自矩形通柱前端流入后慢慢流延,直至凝胶层上下部分别与热塑性橡胶液充分融合,同时将步骤(3)中富含人造草丝的编织层压于凝胶层上部,通过热熔液融合,常温下冷却固化,形成环保型人造草坪。
