The cover plate 40 is provided with a mounting opening 41 at a position corresponding to the valve air inlet end 321, and the valve air inlet end 321 is sealed and penetrated and fixed in the mounting opening 41. Steam in the pot body enters the steam valve 30 through the valve air inlet 3211 on the valve air inlet end 321, and because the valve air inlet end 321 and the cover plate 40 are arranged in a sealing way, the steam cannot enter the mounting cavity 123 from the mounting opening 41 on the cover plate 40, and can be discharged out of the cooking appliance through the steam valve 30, so that the upper side of the cover plate 40 and the inner part of the upper cover 10 are prevented from being polluted by the steam, and the inner part of the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance is ensured to be clean.
According to the invention, the valve air inlet end 321 of the steam valve 30 is fixedly arranged in the mounting opening 41 of the cover plate 40 in a penetrating manner, meanwhile, the clamping buckle 323 is arranged on one side of the steam valve 30, the clamping opening 62 is correspondingly arranged on the pressing ring 60, and the clamping opening 62 is in clamping fit with the clamping buckle 323, so that the mounting stability of the steam valve 30 is further enhanced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the buckle 323 includes a connection portion extending downward from one side of the valve seat 32, and a buckle portion extending from a free end of the connection portion in a direction away from the valve seat, where the connection portion passes through the bayonet 62, and the buckle portion is buckled to an edge of the bayonet 62 of the pressing ring 60. By this arrangement, the stability of the engagement between the steam valve 30 and the pressing ring 60 can be enhanced. Further, in this embodiment, in order to make the upper cover assembly 100 attractive, and also to save space, a relief groove is formed at a position of the bottom surface of the pressing ring 60 corresponding to the fastening portion, and the fastening portion is embedded into the relief groove.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the steam valve 30 further includes a valve cap 34 fixedly connected to the valve inlet 321, and the peripheral edge of the mounting opening 41 of the cover 40 is clamped between the root of the valve inlet 321 and the upper edge of the valve cap 34. The valve air inlet end 321 and the valve cap 34 can be in threaded connection or clamping connection. Specifically, in this embodiment, the valve inlet 321 is fastened to the bonnet 34. More specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a clamping groove 3212 is formed on an outer wall surface of a side wall of the valve air inlet end 321, a clamping protrusion 343 adapted to the clamping groove 3212 is formed on an inner wall surface of the side wall of the valve cap 34, and the clamping protrusion 343 cooperates with the clamping groove 3212 to realize clamping fixation of the valve cap 34 and the valve air inlet end 321. The valve inlet 321 and the valve cap 34 are fixedly connected in a clamping manner, so that a user and a worker can conveniently detach and install the valve inlet 321 and the valve cap 34.
Referring to fig. 2, an air inlet column 341 is provided at the bottom of the valve cap 34 in an upwardly protruding manner, and the valve air inlet 3211 is formed at a side wall of the air inlet column 341 facing away from the valve air outlet 311. The bottom of the valve cap 34 is also provided with a backflow hole 342 for the liquid in the steam valve 30 to flow back into the pot.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance further includes a port sealing ring 70 for sealing a port of a pot body of the cooking appliance, an annular flange 71 is provided at an upper end of the port sealing ring 70 in an outward extending manner, and the annular flange 71 is clamped between an inner peripheral edge of the pressing ring 60 and an outer peripheral edge of the cover plate 40, so as to realize installation and fixation of the port sealing ring 70. The lower end of the sealing ring 70 is provided with an elastic expansion part 73, and the elastic expansion part 73 elastically abuts against the edge of the pot mouth of the pot body, so as to seal the joint of the upper cover assembly 100 and the pot mouth of the pot body when the cooking utensil works.
