Abstract

The purpose of the pressure release cover 34 and the pressure release spring 35 is that if the power device 37 directly acts on the pressure release lever 31, since the pressure release lever 31 and the power device 37 are of a rigid structure, and there is a manufacturing error in actual production, the travel distance of the pressure release lever 31 from the open position to the sealed position is easily made to be too large, so that the pressure release lever 31 is moved to the sealed position where the seal 32 completely seals the pressure release hole 23, and then the movement is continued. This may cause the seal 32 to excessively fit with the relief hole 23 or even protrude from the relief hole 23, resulting in a problem of poor sealing.
While the power device 37 indirectly drives the pressure release lever 31 through the pressure release cover 34 and the pressure release spring 35, when the pressure release lever 31 moves to the sealing position where the sealing member 32 completely seals the pressure release hole 23, if the power device 37 continues to act on the pressure release cover 34, part of the acting force is absorbed due to the buffering action of the pressure release spring 35, so that the pressure release lever 31 and the sealing member 32 can be ensured to be fixed at the position without excessive movement. Thereby ensuring the accuracy of sealing the relief aperture 23 with the relief assembly 30.
In order to keep the movement of the pressure release cover 34 and the pressure release lever 31 stable, a pressure release seat 36 is also provided. The pressure release cover 34 and the pressure release lever 31 are fixed together on the liner 21 by the pressure release seat 36 and are fastened by fasteners such as screws, so that the pressure release cover 34 and the pressure release lever 31 can only move up and down in the axial direction of the pressure release lever 31, while remaining fixed in other directions.
Fig. 5 shows a preferred embodiment of the power plant 37, which comprises a transmission 371, an electromagnet 372 and an electromagnetic spring 373. The transmission 371 is connected to the core 377 of the electromagnet 372. An electromagnetic spring 373 is disposed between the transmission 371 and the electromagnet 372. When the electromagnet 372 is operated, the iron core 377 is sucked, the transmission member 371 is driven to move toward the direction approaching the electromagnet 372, and the electromagnetic spring 373 is compressed. When the electromagnet 372 is de-energized, the iron core 377 is not attracted, and the elastic force of the electromagnetic spring 373 moves the transmission member 371 in a direction away from the electromagnet 372. Of course, it is also possible to provide the electromagnetic spring 373 on the side of the transmission member 371 remote from the electromagnet 372, and to cause the electromagnetic spring 373 to be stretched when the transmission member 371 is moved toward the electromagnet 372.
The transmission member 371 is used for transmitting the movement of the core 377 of the electromagnet 372 to the pressure release rod 31 and converting the movement into the movement of the pressure release rod 31. Specifically, the transmission member 371 is generally configured in an elongated shape, which includes a pressing portion 374 and a relief portion 375. The relief 375 is connected to the core 377. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the transmission member 371 is located above the pressure release cover 34, and along the axial direction of the pressure release lever 31, the escape portion 375 is farther from the pressure release cover 34 than the pressing portion 374.
When the electromagnet 372 is powered off, the iron core 377 is in a free state, the transmission member 371 is far away from the electromagnet 372 under the action of the electromagnetic spring 373, and the avoiding portion 375 is aligned with the pressure release cover 34 along the axial direction of the pressure release rod 31. At this time, the transmission member 371 is located at the reset position and is not in contact with the pressure release cover 34, so that the pressure release lever 31 is located at the open position without being acted on by the power device 37. And when electromagnet 372 is energized, iron core 377 is attracted to drive member 371 against electromagnet 372 and pressing portion 374 is aligned with pressure relief cap 34 along the axial direction of pressure relief rod 31. At this time, the transmission member 371 is located at the in-place position, and the pressing portion 374 presses the pressure release cover 34 to move the pressure release lever 31 toward the sealing position, and fixes the pressure release lever 31 at the sealing position.
It will be appreciated that the transmission 371 may also be connected to the core 377 of the electromagnet 372 by a pressing portion 374. Thus, the position of drive member 371 when it is near electromagnet 372 should be the reset position and the position when drive member 371 is far from electromagnet 372 should be the home position.
Preferably, the transition between the relief portion 375 and the pressing portion 374 of the transmission member 371 is angled to facilitate the transfer of motion from the transmission member 371 to the pressure relief housing 34 during movement. Preferably, the transmission member 371 is provided with a through slot 376, and is sleeved on the pressure release rod 31 through the slot 376. In this way, the relative positions of the transmission piece 371 and the pressure release cover 34 can be ensured, so that the transmission is more reliable. Note that the length of the slot 376 should be greater than the distance that the transmission 371 moves between the reset and home positions, so as to avoid excessive contact between the transmission 371 and the pressure relief lever 31 as much as possible so as not to interfere with movement of the pressure relief lever 31.
According to the cooking utensil disclosed by the invention, the sealing ring and the pressure relief hole can be forcedly separated for pressure relief through the pressure relief button and the transmission mechanism, so that the pressure relief operation is simple, convenient and reliable. Even if the electromagnetic spring fails to cause the pressure release rod to be at the sealing position all the time, or when pressure release is needed in the electrifying process of the electromagnet, the forced pressure release can be realized through the transmission mechanism. And the pressure release button is arranged on the front side surface of the cooker body, so that a user can easily find that the cover is opened and the pressure is released in a transverse pressing mode, and the cooker is convenient for the user to use.

Claims (13)

1. A cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising:
a pot body, wherein an inner pot is arranged in the pot body;
The cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot when the cover body covers the cooker body, and a pressure release hole communicated with the cooking space is formed in the cover body;
A pressure reducing device for making the pressure in the cooking space lower than a predetermined pressure; and

When the pressure release button moves from the original position to the pressure release position, the pressure release button drives the sealing piece through the transmission mechanism so as to release the sealing of the pressure release hole; the transmission mechanism comprises a pressure release rod and a lever, the sealing element is connected to the pressure release rod and integrally moves along with the pressure release rod, the lever is transversely arranged and can pivot in a vertical plane around a lever pivot shaft, the lever is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end is connected with the pressure release rod, when the pressure release button moves to a pressure release position, the pressure release button directly or indirectly pushes the lever to pivot, and the lever drives the pressure release rod to move to a position where the sealing element is far away from the pressure release hole.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the lid comprises a clasp pivotally connected to the lid about a clasp pivot axis, one end of the clasp having a hooking portion capable of hooking onto the pot in a state in which the lid is closed over the pot, the other end of the clasp being located above the second end of the lever;
when the pressure release button moves to the pressure release position, the pressure release button directly or indirectly pushes the clasp to pivot and drives the lever to pivot, and the hooking part is separated from the pot body.

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the pot body includes a lid opening push plate pivotably connected to the pot body about a push plate pivot shaft, one end of the lid opening push plate being located inside the hooking portion and the other end of the lid opening push plate being located inside the pressure release button in a state where the lid body covers the pot body;
when the pressure release button moves to the pressure release position, the pressure release button pushes the cover opening push plate to pivot and drives the clasp to pivot.

5. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism further comprises a power device that drives the pressure relief lever and secures the pressure relief lever in the sealed position.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the pressure relief lever is provided with a lever seat fixedly connected with the pressure relief lever;
