Preferably, the transition between the relief portion 375 and the pressing portion 374 of the transmission member 371 is angled to facilitate the transfer of motion from the transmission member 371 to the pressure relief housing 34 during movement. Preferably, the transmission member 371 is provided with a through slot 376, and is sleeved on the pressure release rod 31 through the slot 376. In this way, the relative positions of the transmission piece 371 and the pressure release cover 34 can be ensured, so that the transmission is more reliable. Note that the length of the slot 376 should be greater than the distance that the transmission 371 moves between the reset and home positions, so as to avoid excessive contact between the transmission 371 and the pressure relief lever 31 as much as possible so as not to interfere with movement of the pressure relief lever 31.
According to the cooking utensil disclosed by the invention, the seal is released by utilizing the elasticity of the sealing element, so that the pressure release assembly is simple in structure, safe and reliable in operation process, and not easy to cause faults, and a user can smoothly use the cooking utensil.

Claims (11)

1. A cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising:
a pot body, wherein an inner pot is arranged in the pot body;
the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot when the cover body covers the cooker body, and a pressure release hole communicated with the cooking space is formed in the cover body;
a pressure reducing device for making the pressure in the cooking space lower than a predetermined pressure; and
a pressure relief assembly, the pressure relief assembly comprising,
a pressure relief lever vertically movable between a sealed position and an open position;
the power device drives the pressure release rod and fixes the pressure release rod at the sealing position; and
the sealing piece is connected with the cover body and the pressure relief rod, when the pressure relief rod is positioned at the sealing position, the sealing piece elastically deforms and seals the pressure relief hole, and the sealing piece applies elastic force to the pressure relief rod so as to move the pressure relief rod to the opening position and release the sealing of the pressure relief hole when the power device stops working;
the pressure release rod is provided with a rod seat which is fixedly connected with the pressure release rod;
the pressure relief assembly further comprises a pressure relief cover and a pressure relief spring, the pressure relief cover is sleeved on the pressure relief rod and can move relative to the rod seat, the pressure relief spring is located between the pressure relief cover and the rod seat, and the power device acts on the pressure relief cover to drive and fix the pressure relief rod.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the seal comprises:
a fixing portion having a ring shape, the fixing portion being connected to the cover;
the sealing part is round and is used for sealing the pressure relief hole, and the sealing part is connected to the pressure relief rod and integrally moves along with the pressure relief rod; and
and the deformation part is connected with the fixing part and the sealing part, and is kept in the original state when the pressure release rod is positioned at the opening position, and elastically deforms and exerts restoring force when the pressure release rod is positioned at the sealing position.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the pressure relief cap is connected to the stem base and is relatively movable in an axial direction of the pressure relief stem.
4. A cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the movable distance between the pressure relief cap and the stem base is in the range 3mm to 6mm.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the rod seat is connected to an end of the pressure release rod, the rod seat being provided with ribs extending perpendicular to an axial direction of the pressure release rod, the seal being snap-connected with the ribs.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the power means comprises:
the transmission piece can transversely move between a reset position and a position in place, when the transmission piece is positioned at the reset position, the transmission piece is not contacted with the pressure release cover, and when the transmission piece is positioned at the position in place, the transmission piece presses the pressure release cover to fix the pressure release rod at the sealing position;
the iron core of the electromagnet is connected with the transmission piece, and the iron core drives the transmission piece to move between the reset position and the in-place position; and
and the electromagnetic spring biases the transmission piece towards a direction away from the electromagnet.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the transmission member includes a relief portion and a pressing portion, wherein the relief portion is farther from the pressure release cover than the pressing portion along an axial direction of the pressure release lever;
when the transmission piece is located at the reset position, the avoidance portion is aligned with the pressure release cover along the axial direction, and when the transmission piece is located at the in-place position, the pressing portion is aligned with the pressure release cover along the axial direction.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the escape portion and the pressing portion are obliquely transited in a moving direction of the transmission member.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the transmission member is provided with a through long groove, the transmission member is sleeved on the pressure release lever through the long groove, and the pressure release cover is positioned below the transmission member.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein a length of the elongated slot is greater than or equal to a maximum travel distance of the transmission member.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the lid comprises a liner and a removable cover, the pressure relief vent is disposed on the removable cover, and the pressure relief assembly is disposed on the liner.
