The starting segment of the program is stored at the edge of the network and is close to the user, once the user selects to play, the remaining segment part is continuously transmitted from other nodes, the content transmission process can be greatly optimized, the content transmission process is very smooth, the storage space is saved, the network congestion condition is maximally reduced, meanwhile, the system load is more balanced, and the system hit rate is higher. And the large screen end plays the video in the wireless network condition and the video is zero stuck.
The streaming media server cluster system related by the method of the invention supports the classification and organization of a series of on-demand contents according to certain specifications and the sequential playing. The virtual channel is a virtual channel which is not different from the common channel, and the virtual channel greatly facilitates the organization of content by content providers and meets the traditional viewing habits of partial audiences in the initial stage of the service. The user is provided with two modes of menu time shifting and instant time shifting. Meanwhile, the user is supported to set the time-shifting storage time in a personalized manner, and the storage time can be accurately set; the storage time of different channels can be set independently, more time is distributed to the favorite channels of the audience, and the network storage space is saved.
In the method, the technical architecture among the mobile equipment, the streaming media server cluster system and the television can be realized through DLNA and UPnP.
With further reference to fig. 4, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, the present application provides an embodiment of an apparatus for remotely controlling a television by voice, where the embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1.

The matching unit 401 is configured to match a mobile device with a WIFI signal receiver inserted into an HDMI interface of the television, and if the matching is successful, the mobile device and the WIFI signal receiver establish a wireless connection.
Under the condition that the mobile phone and the display are ensured to be in the same WiFi condition, in the setting, namely network and connection, more connection modes are clicked, the options displayed wirelessly can be seen, and then the matching can be realized by clicking.
And the remote control unit 402 is used for acquiring voice information by the mobile equipment and converting the voice information into a corresponding control instruction and then sending the control instruction to the streaming media server when the matching is successful, and the streaming media server transmits the corresponding media content to the television for playing according to the control instruction.
In an embodiment of the invention, the mobile device is a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer. After the wireless connection is successful, the content of the set top box of the mobile phone end is synchronously interacted with the television end through a voice command, data are transmitted to the television end through the mobile phone end, the television end receives the voice command to pull a corresponding template (such as a video-on-demand interface), then the template is issued to inform the streaming media server end, the streaming media server end transmits the corresponding template of the television end to the television terminal and the mobile phone end after receiving the instruction of the television end, the data of the mobile phone end and the television end are displayed on the same screen, and the principle of voice remote control of the television is realized. This is one of the important points of the invention.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the operations of the mobile device acquiring the voice information and converting the voice information into the corresponding control instruction are: the mobile equipment transmits the collected voice information to a filter by using a gain amplifier to eliminate interference noise, and then converts the voice information into a voice digital signal after analog-to-digital conversion; the mobile equipment sends the voice digital signal to voice recognition equipment, and the voice recognition equipment converts the voice digital signal into a temporary template and matches the temporary template with a standard voice template in storage; and if the error between the temporary template and the standard voice template is smaller than a preset threshold value, setting the operation corresponding to the standard voice template as a control instruction. For those skilled in the art, the recognition of the speech and the conversion of the speech into the control command may be performed on the mobile device, the speech recognition device, the server, or the smart tv, or may be performed in a distributed manner in these devices, that is, the recognition of the speech is performed through distributed computation.
The speech recognition used by the device of the invention is shown in figure 2, and figure 2 shows the process of speech recognition, the collection of the speech is the same in the recognition and training processes, namely, the mobile device collects the speech to obtain the speech pulse sequence, the digital signal of the speech is obtained after preprocessing (generally analog-to-digital conversion), then the feature extraction is carried out, the multidimensional feature can be extracted, the ten-dimensional feature vector is extracted in the invention, then the vector quantization processing, generally the normalization processing is carried out, the multidimensional standard feature vector is obtained, and the ten-dimensional standard feature vector is obtained in the invention. The speech library must be trained before use, at which time the mode switch is in a 'training' state, and the best standard feature vector, i.e. the speech template, obtained based on the parameter evaluation of the speech is stored in the speech template library. In practical use, at the moment, the mode switch is in a 'recognition' state, a voice feature vector obtained by processing the collected voice is matched with the optimal standard feature vector in the voice template library, and a matching result is output through the voice. The speech recognition of the invention is to carry out probability statistics on speech feature standard vectors acquired and extracted for multiple times, extract the optimal speech feature standard vector of a speaker, and prevent the influence on the speech recognition effect caused by inaccurate extracted feature parameters due to factors such as mood, environment and the like of the speaker, so that the feature extraction module mainly comprises the processing processes of probability statistics, parameter evaluation and the like and is realized by a Hidden Markov Model (HMM).
The main function of the speech recognition device is to compare the re-collected standard speech feature vectors with speech models in the speech template library, determine a current speech command function, and transmit the received speech information to the terminal device.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the voice recognition device uses the LD3320 chip to perform voice training, voice storage, and voice recognition.
Through the speech recognition process shown in fig. 2, the technical problems that in the prior art, the precision of the television controlled by speech is low, the same languages spoken by different people are difficult to recognize, the recognition of language ambiguity is poor, and environmental noise and interference have serious influence on speech recognition, so that the recognition rate is low are solved.
In one embodiment of the apparatus, the operation corresponding to the standard template is a channel number. Namely, the voice information can be converted into a channel number to be transmitted to the television, so that the television can perform channel switching operation.
In order to solve the problem of remotely controlling the functions of a conventional television by using voice commands, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the voice recognition device can convert control commands into infrared signals for directly remotely controlling the television, and the voice recognition device converts the control commands into infrared signals for directly controlling the television, and the voice recognition device includes an STM32F101C8T6 processor for generating infrared pulse codes, a first NPN transistor and a second NPN transistor connected in series for switching, and NE555D in charge of a carrier wave, wherein the processor controls the first NPN transistor to be switched on and off, and NE555D controls the second NPN transistor to be switched on and off, and only when the first NPN transistor and the second NPN transistor are switched on, an infrared signal is sent to remotely control the television. The S TM32F101C8T6 processor is a microprocessor produced by an Italian semiconductor, and has strong processing performance and strong adaptability to the environment. NE555D, a commercial chip in SOIC package, has 8 pins. The result realizes that the voice remote control method of the invention not only can remotely control the smart television, but also can remotely control the technical effect of the traditional television, which is one of the important invention points of the invention.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, when the voice information is displayed synchronously, for example, the voice sent by the user is "screen-projection operation", the mobile device receives the voice, and then recognizes a rear screen-projection control instruction, and the screen-projection instruction projects the content displayed on the mobile device onto the television for display through the wireless connection.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the displayed content is a video played, a displayed picture or a game picture on the mobile device.
Through screen projection operation, cross-screen games can be achieved, a large screen is used as visual impact of game display on users, and a mobile phone is used as an entrance for operation control and payment, so that the bottleneck which puzzles the development of the television game industry at present can be rapidly solved, and the problems that the large output of the television game is low and the like can be solved. The mobile phone terminal can also be used for projecting the video watched by the mobile phone terminal to the television terminal in a touch screen mode through the mobile phone touch screen, so that the television can be watched on a large screen.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the remote controlling step is performed by: the mobile device sends the control instruction to a streaming media server, the streaming media server forwards the control instruction to a forwarding server, the forwarding server processes the control instruction and sends the control instruction to the television, and the television acquires a playing video according to the processed control instruction and plays the video.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, when the voice information is a screen dragging operation, for example, a voice sent by a user is a "screen dragging operation," after receiving the voice, the mobile device converts the voice information into an instruction for acquiring a currently played content of a television through the mobile device and sends the instruction to the television, the television sends the instruction to the streaming media server, the streaming media server transmits a corresponding code stream video address to the mobile device according to the received instruction, and the mobile device plays a video according to the code stream video address.
The mobile device is convenient to carry about, and a user can watch a television by touching the screen with the mobile phone when going out, namely the user can directly touch the screen of a television play or a movie played by the television terminal to drag the screen to the mobile phone by touching the screen through the mobile phone touch screen to play, so that the user can conveniently know the content of the television play at home, the remote monitoring function is realized, and children are prevented from drowning in television programs or watching television programs with adverse effects under the condition of no monitoring by people, which is one of important invention points of the invention.
In an embodiment of the device, the television can be remotely controlled by voices of a plurality of mobile devices, namely when a plurality of users exist at the same time, the voice command which is sent by a terminal device needs to be identified, the phenomenon that the voice command is serial and causes the display of the terminal to be disordered is avoided, and the request is broadcasted for a plurality of times in a short time.
The streaming media server (or a streaming media server cluster system consisting of a plurality of streaming media servers) related to the device of the invention stores the media file in a slicing mode, and the content is divided into a plurality of segments to be stored in different service nodes. And the large screen end plays the video in the wireless network condition and the video is zero stuck.

The device can realize the technical architecture among the mobile equipment, the streaming media server cluster system and the television through DLNA and UPnP.
The method and the device of the invention support the transparent transmission of the media file by the touch screen remote control television, adopt a transparent transmission mechanism from the production, encryption, storage, distribution and playing of the media content, can comprehensively support various coding formats of standard definition and high definition standards, such as MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, WM9, AVS and the like, ensure the operation of developing various media format services on a single platform, really realize that the system architecture is irrelevant to the coding format, and avoid the repeated investment during the service upgrading.
The WiFi signal receiver is not provided with a television system, and only can receive WiFi signals which can not be received by a traditional television by being linked with the television, and then the mobile phone is bound and connected in the same local area network by searching television equipment to establish communication service between the mobile phone and the television network, so that the television interface at the mobile phone end is pushed to a large screen by touch screen operation at the mobile phone end, double-screen interaction is realized, the television is controlled by voice of the mobile phone, and a set top box is separated. The mobile phone is really used as a voice set-top box, and the mobile phone is really used as the voice set-top box.
Fig. 5 is a hardware block diagram illustrating an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a memory 51 and a processor 52.
The memory 51 is used to store non-transitory computer readable instructions. In particular, memory 51 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile memory may include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (cache), and/or the like. The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), hard disk, flash memory, etc.
The processor 52 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in the electronic device 50 to perform desired functions. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor 52 is configured to execute the computer readable instructions stored in the memory 51, so that the electronic device 50 performs all or part of the foregoing steps of the method for remotely controlling a television by voice according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that known structures such as communication buses, interfaces, etc. may also be included in the present embodiments and are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
For the detailed description of the present embodiment, reference may be made to the corresponding descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, a computer-readable storage medium 60, having non-transitory computer-readable instructions 61 stored thereon, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The non-transitory computer readable instructions 61, when executed by a processor, perform all or a portion of the steps of the method for voice remote control of a television of the various embodiments of the present disclosure previously described.
The computer-readable storage medium 60 includes, but is not limited to: optical storage media (e.g., CD-ROMs and DVDs), magneto-optical storage media (e.g., MOs), magnetic storage media (e.g., magnetic tapes or removable disks), media with built-in rewritable non-volatile memory (e.g., memory cards), and media with built-in ROMs (e.g., ROM cartridges).
In summary, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for remotely controlling a television by voice. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Claims (22)

1. A method for remotely controlling a television by voice, the method comprising the steps of:
matching, namely matching the mobile equipment with a WIFI signal receiver inserted into an HDMI of the television, and if the matching is successful, establishing wireless connection between the mobile equipment and the WIFI signal receiver;
and a remote control step, when the matching is successful, the mobile equipment collects voice information, converts the voice information into a corresponding control instruction and then sends the control instruction to the streaming media server, and the streaming media server transmits the corresponding media content to the television for playing according to the control instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the mobile device comprises a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the operation of the mobile device for collecting the voice information and converting the voice information into the corresponding control instruction comprises the following steps:
the mobile equipment transmits the collected voice information to a filter by using a gain amplifier to eliminate interference noise, and then converts the voice information into a voice digital signal after analog-to-digital conversion; the mobile equipment sends the voice digital signal to voice recognition equipment, and the voice recognition equipment converts the voice digital signal into a temporary template and matches the temporary template with a standard voice template in storage;
and if the error between the temporary template and the standard voice template is smaller than a preset threshold value, setting the operation corresponding to the standard voice template as a control instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein: the operation corresponding to the standard voice template comprises a channel number.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein: the voice recognition device converts the control command into an infrared signal to be directly used for remotely controlling the television, and comprises an STM32F101C8T6 processor used for generating infrared pulse codes, a first NPN type triode, a second NPN type triode and an NE555D, wherein the first NPN type triode is used for being switched on and off, the second NPN type triode is used for being switched on and off, the NE555D is used for controlling the second NPN type triode to be switched on and off, and the infrared signal is sent out to remotely control the television only when the first NPN type triode and the second NPN type triode are switched on.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein: the voice recognition device uses the LD3320 chip to perform voice training, voice storage and voice recognition.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein: and when the voice information is synchronously displayed, projecting the content displayed on the mobile equipment to the television through the wireless connection for displaying.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: the displayed content is a video played on the mobile device, a displayed picture or a game picture.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein: the operation of the remote control step includes: the mobile device sends the control instruction to a streaming media server, the streaming media server forwards the control instruction to a forwarding server, the forwarding server processes the control instruction and sends the control instruction to the television, and the television acquires a playing video according to the processed control instruction and plays the video.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein: when the voice information comprises a screen dragging operation, the voice information is converted into an instruction for acquiring the current playing content of the television through the mobile equipment and is sent to the television, the television sends the instruction to the streaming media server, the streaming media server transmits a corresponding code stream video address to the mobile equipment according to the received instruction, and the mobile equipment plays videos according to the code stream video address.
11. An apparatus for remotely controlling a television by voice, the apparatus comprising:
the matching unit is used for matching mobile equipment with a WIFI signal receiver inserted into an HDMI of the television, and if the matching is successful, the mobile equipment is wirelessly connected with the WIFI signal receiver;
and the remote control unit is used for acquiring voice information by the mobile equipment, converting the voice information into a corresponding control instruction and then sending the control instruction to the streaming media server when the mobile equipment is successfully matched with the WIFI signal receiver, and transmitting the corresponding media content to the television by the streaming media server according to the control instruction for playing.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein: the mobile device comprises a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein: the operation of the mobile device for collecting the voice information and converting the voice information into the corresponding control instruction comprises the following steps: the mobile equipment transmits collected voice information to a filter after using a gain amplifier so as to eliminate interference noise, and then the voice information is converted into a voice digital signal after analog-to-digital conversion, the mobile equipment sends the voice digital signal to voice recognition equipment, the voice recognition equipment converts the voice digital signal into a temporary template and matches the temporary template with a standard voice template in storage, and if the error between the temporary template and the standard voice template is smaller than a set threshold value, the operation corresponding to the standard voice template is set as a control instruction.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein: the operation corresponding to the standard template includes a channel number.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein: the voice recognition device converts the control command into an infrared signal to be directly used for remotely controlling the television, and comprises an STM32F101C8T6 processor used for generating infrared pulse codes, a first NPN type triode, a second NPN type triode and an NE555D, wherein the first NPN type triode is used for being switched on and off, the second NPN type triode is used for being switched on and off, the NE555D is used for controlling the second NPN type triode to be switched on and off, and the infrared signal is sent out to remotely control the television only when the first NPN type triode and the second NPN type triode are switched on.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein: the voice recognition device uses the LD3320 chip to perform voice training, voice storage and voice recognition.
17. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein: and when the voice information is synchronously displayed, projecting the content displayed on the mobile equipment to the television through the wireless connection for displaying.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein: the displayed content includes video played on the mobile device, pictures displayed, or game frames.

The apparatus of claim 10, wherein: the operation of the remote control unit includes: the mobile device sends the control instruction to a streaming media server, the streaming media server forwards the control instruction to a forwarding server, the forwarding server processes the control instruction and sends the control instruction to the television, and the television acquires a playing video according to the processed control instruction and plays the video.

The apparatus of claim 10, wherein: when the voice information is in screen dragging operation, the voice information is converted into an instruction for acquiring the current playing content of the television through the mobile equipment and is sent to the television, the television sends the instruction to the streaming media server, the streaming media server transmits a corresponding code stream video address to the mobile equipment according to the received instruction, and the mobile equipment plays videos according to the code stream video address.
21. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:

a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the method of remotely controlling a television by speech according to any of claims 1-10.
